Appearance: Miles is quit the large man, being around 1 meter 90 which is somewhat larger then average, he is build quite muscular, especially in his arms, his skintone is quite pale , his almost blackish hair isn't too long, it goes to around his ears at the sides and to his neck on the back. his eyes are jade coloured and his brows are quite thick, he has some beard grow, but he tends to shave a lot, but often you can see his beard starting to grow.
Since not long a go Miles wears a marine coat, on his shoulders, he doesn't really like wearing those robes since it slows him down quite a bit,and he could acidently cut the coat when using his blades, the white coat doesn't really fit his black fedora hat, which he always wears when is not fighting, when he is not on a marines job he would either wear a suit, or casual clothes consisting of a polo, some jeans and sneakers, miles doesnt like to wear too colourfull clothes for no particulair reason.
History:
Miles had a good childhood, he was born to a family that loved him and he had a great time, when miles was three he had one of the happiest moments in his life, he would get a baby brother, he was so happy and couldn't wait for it, every day he asked his mom when the baby would come, when the baby finally was there miles was happy, really loving his new brother, but things changed after a while, when mom and dad used to play with him all the atttention now went out to his little brother, he did understand part of it, but he thought that they were forgetting him. He started going outside a lot. doing things he shouldn't it started as going around with a gang of friends knocking on people's houses and running away to teasing people.
He was turning into a person that was yelling all the time and was mean, he didn't start bullying other people but started yelling and swearing alot running away from home, thinking his parents didn't care about him anymore, this went on for around 5 years till when Miles was eight years old, his parents didn't know what to do with him any more and planned to send him to a school where he would live and be educated, when Miles heard it he ran away to his friends, which found he did it himself and abbandoned him, leaving him alone.
Miles brought two years in that school not learning lots of stuff, but he realized that he mssed his parents, he was angry at them for not giving him atention he did understand part of it, but they could atleast have given him some more atention, one day he ran away from the school to go back home, on his way back home which was a 5 day trip on feet he decided to sleep in the forest, which wasnt a good idea, when he woke up he woke up all tied up in a small wooden house, not knowing where he was, deserted marines had captured him and would sell him for money, they had also abducted an elder woman, when the people were away miles and the woman talked.
the old woman told Miles that his story was something like her own son, she could see resemblences in both, and told him that it would hurt his parents too that they couldnt give him more atention and they sure would have a good reason, Miles still was mad but thanked the woman for her understanding. Days passed, weeks passed they were still cappative, hold by marines that wanted to sell them for money, werent marines the good people he though. Weeks later a man appeared knocking out the marines with one hit in their necks, when he cut loose Miles and the old woman, Miles heard an explosion and saw a cannonball flying trough the house, the roof was destroyed and the house was in flames, lots of marines came in, aiming there guns at the man that just saved razor, before they shot the man was gone, the only thing left was an ace of hearts.
After that Miles returned home his family was worried when they heard miles went missing, after days of talking he and his parents understood eachother better, he know heard his brother was very sick at that moment and they wouldn't want to worry Miles, but it was bad of them His brother was cured, and he even got a little sister who just turned one, he had missed so much and he hated the fact that he acted like that.
From that moment on he started doing good things, when someone would get bullied he would jump between, catching their punches letting the kid who got bullied get away, Miles wanted to become stronger, to help people, like the man that helped him, he started to train his body and swordfighting, which he wasnt too good at , he did have too much control of the sword and always managed to use it in the bad way. when Miles turned 18 he became a marine. then he went to the blacksmith to make the blades he painted and thought out, he would be able to fight with them,
Now Miles just turned 22, he is promoted to marine captain and he is just about to begin his real adventure, Instead of creating his own crew he got an invitation to join cp9, he doesnt know a lot of rokushiku techniques but he has the potential. and in the restart of cp9 Miles would be a good ediion
Personality:Miles is a kind man, always wanting to help everyone and everything even when he knows it isn't a good idea, he is kind and quite open, well not really open, he seems open but hides a lot of things from people he doesn't really know, he could get irritated and hold it for long times without anyone noticing, the bad side of this is that he has some anger spikes where he starts yelling at someone and becomes very angry for little reason.
Miles loves to be around people, but he can also enjoy the silence of being alone and thinking about life, when he is alone he spends lots of time on writing his story which he hasn't let anyone read and doesn't plan to, he is quite unsure about his skills as a writer but he enjoys writing. Razor is the kind of person that forgives but doesn't forget easily, if someone has done something against him, he would keep an eye on that person, not out of anger, just to be safe.
Miles loves food and drinks, but doesnt eat or drink too much since he wants to stay in good shape, he loves the sound of good music, and reading good stories , he is very happy when he can be around his family his little brother and little sister .at times he doesn't even like leaving home, but he wants to protect justice and peace,
He doesn't like the way it goes in the world governement, but decided to stay he wouldnt harm or kill people who didn't do anything wrong, there were people in the navy that just killed for peace, he always thought that those people should be punished too. Miles also is a day dreamer he could dream off at bad moments just thinking about lots of things

3 spinning dance , miles spins his blades around him in ways that he would cut anyone who comes in a 2-3 meter radius, at high speed he tries to cover all the areas with lots of attacks following each other
4wind slash, by spinning the blade around his hand for a while, miles creates small air curents around his blade, then he throws them at his enemy at high speed, leaving a big cut and a few smaller at his target,
5 distractoin, miles runs around the target at high speed, often throwing kunais and daggers as distraction, then at a moment he throws one of his blades, then using soru to get to the other side of the target before dodging the blade, then cutting him with the other
6.twin slash. - after jumping in the air Miles starts spinning his blades around, when he is close enough to his target he slashes with both blades at the same time, leaving cutting wounds and burning wounds due to the high rotation speed,
for the rest miles would use different attacks using his weapons are body

Character Flaws: Miles might be fast and strong, but his personality brings him in danger at moments when he sees someone in danger he would always jump in to help them, which bring his in dire situations, miles is a daydreamer when not focused he could get caught off guard very easily,
Goals: Aid the navy in any way possible, helping people in need, meeting the masked man he met that day once again to thank him what he did. for people to enjoy his story
