Technique list name: Goro-Goro no mi techniques
Overview: These techniques are in case Saki needs to defend herself. They came from her mind as she looked for ways to become stronger and be able to fend for herself.
User: Saki Star
History: When Saki left to become a pirate after Sylvia's death, she discovered that she had unnatural abilities, while training she came up with some techniques that would help her if she found herself in danger.
Techniques:

-Level zero-

Name: Lightning Orb
Type: DF move
Description: Saki creates an orb in her hand and hurls it at the enemy. The orb has lightning inside of it equivalent to her DF mastery bolt limitations (so at 100% DF mastery Saki has 200 million volts in that tiny orb). If the orb hits a conductor like metal, or hits something that can transfer the lightning like a stream, then the lightning is transferred through it and can hit a person indirectly.
Effect: Does lightning damage equivalent to the amount of volts the user can create. At 40 million volts an average person can be burned, second degree, and somewhat shocked. If the opponent is hit four times with this at 40 million volts the opponent will lose 10% in speed.
Stat Requirements: 20% DF control

Name: Lightning stream
Type: DF move
Description: Saki sends a stream of electricity out of her body 3m all around. The lightning stream is equivalent to her DF mastery bolt limitations (so at 100% DF mastery Saki has 200 million volts in that stream). If the lightning stream hits a conductor like metal, or hits something that can transfer the lightning like a stream, then the lightning is transferred through it and can hit a person indirectly.
Effect: Does lightning damage equivalent to the amount of volts the user can create. This technique is created to do very minor damage, around 1st degree burns at its current level (a typical sun burn) but focuses on decreasing the opponents speed around her. Their speed is impacted by 10% if they are hit. The user of this technique must be very still when using the lightning stream.
Stat Requirements: 20% DF control

Name: Lightning fists
Type: DF move
Description: Saki coats her fists with electricity for five posts with a two post cool down. The electricity in her fists has the full voltage of her fruit at that moment. So a punch at 100% DF mastery will give 200 million volts to the opponent.
Effect: Does lightning damage equivalent to the amount of volts the user can create. This technique is created to fight multiple people or long battles. It can also be useful against particularly powerful opponents.
Stat Requirements: 20% DF control
