could you list the Techniques?

the techniques are prety much free range here if you want to make a sword style, for example you simply its name under spechal skills and evry move he/she knows under lernd tech. and if we aprove it it goes (try my char. Roger for example with his Giragira style
other than that we use
weapons styles (all kinds)
un armed styles (and yes bar fighting counts)
devil fruit moves
the arts used by CP9 (soru Rankaku ect)
and mostly char. specific moves and styles
...its up to you and depends on the char

ive made a second char, one of the admiins has seen it but hes not sure could you give me a second opinion?

could you list the techniques like Soru and Geppou describe their effects

no prob. some of you may not know: these are allso called the rokushiki

Soru: the ability to dash very fast
Geppou: the ability to jump and push of of air
Kami-e: makes boddy paper thin and distorted in order to avoid attacks
Rankyaku: with a kick, creates a crersent shaped wave of explosive enargy
Shigan : with finger, pokes with the force of a bullet
Tetki: makes body hard as steel to block, can't move while useing
Jugan: the punch version of Shigan
Te-awase: alows you to measure the power levil of people (in a unit called Douriki)
Rokushiki Ougi: takes a hit and then fires it back out of the hands like an Impact dail

then there are some rokushiki that are mare advanced version of these one example:

Shigan Bachi (requires mastery of Shigan): the ranged version of shigan


NOTE: in this RP you can have two of these with any other style
six of thes as a "six power user" with only one other style
or 8 of these with only one other style and admin approval

Is it possible to learn new techniques later on in the roleplay after character creation?

that all depends on your chars. you can say that your char. has grown and lerned new skills but if you do that you have to edit your char sheet, let us know you have edited your char and why as well as explain how they gopt these new skills then get it approved again
