History: Somewhere after he left his hometown, Sky consumed a devil fruit, the Goro Goro no Mi.

Name: Goro Goro no Flash
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Sky brings his hands close to each other and releases a few sparks of electricity moves around his palm. Quickly the sparks unleash from that maneuver creates a  bright light.
Effect: The bright light unleashed can temporally blind anybody around him.
Level learned: Level 0
Stat Requirements: 3% Devil Fruit Control and 2% Speed


Name: Goro Goro no Spark
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Sky moves one of his hands forward and in that movement, he points his index towards a specific target. The index then release a spark of electricity.  
Effect: The foe hit by the sparks are stunned, like if it was a taser.
Level learned: Level 0
Stat Requirements: 10% Devil Fruit Control and 6% Speed

Name: Goro Goro no Touch (Locked)
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Sky moves one of his hands forward and connects it with his opponent.
Effect: This attack can cause burns and stunned effect to anybody connecting to the hand.
Level learned: Level 1
Stat Requirements: 3% Devil Fruit Control and 2% Speed

Name: Goro Goro no Discharge
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: Similar to Goro Goro no Flash, Sky brings his hands close to each other and releases a few electric sparks. Instead of unleashing a bright light, this attack release a certain amount of electric energy.
Effect: It can cause damage to the opponent depending on the amount of time spent on building up on the attack.
Level learned: Level 1
Stat Requirements: 3% Devil Fruit Control and 2% Speed

Spark needs to be set at 10% df control as your fruit doesn't get that kind of power until that percentage. Touch should probably be saved for later since your fruit only does a burning sensation at 50%.

Goro goro touch needs to be edited to say it can't be used until 50%.  Add a duration for how long the stunned effect works.  Please add a little more detail on what the attacks do.
