-Appearance information-Physical appearance: Body: Kaizen is adequately built but remained with a hyposthenic body habitus (he's kinda skinny). Kaisen has enough muscle to consider him 'well cut' but his muscles aren't the bulgy type, they are more like cuts his skinny body then they are bumps sticking out several inches in the air. Kaizen is 5'10" and weighs 165 pounds. His skin is almost pale compared to most individuals but isn't so white that it's abnormal. He looks like he rarely leaves his home (in reality he never leaves the shadows). Kaizen has much bigger bones then his body shows, which makes it easier to grow muscles without expanding them to a distasteful size and not look too skinny at the same time. Kaizen is also has no body hair, except for the obvious eyebrows and eyelashes the only other hair is on his head.(include build, height, weight, skin complexion, fitness, bone structure ect, don’t be shy but please remain tasteful)
Face: Kaizen has half closed eyes most of the time, and the rest of the time they look completely closed but they are actually slightly open (he can see normally like this). His eye color is light green, and his eye shape is almost snake-like in the sense that is isn't round at all. His eye lids curve the eyes into an almost daggering stare whenever he opens his eyes slightly. When he leaves them closed it almost looks like he's in a happy mood. His lips are smaller and unpuckered. When he smiles his very white teeth can be seen with two fangs in the bottom closer to the two middle teeth. His eyebrows are kind of thin, and have a natural curve that follows his eyes almost perfectly. So the eyebrows aren't too curved, or too straight. When he opens his eyes more then halfway they look almost cat-like, and gentle.
Hair: Kaizen has hair reaching bellow his ears and ranges in length by several inches. His hair is almost spiky on the ends that stretch down to the bottom, so he looks like he jelled his hair. When he combs his hair it turns almost gentleman-like. It shines normally, because it's black and clean, and looks soft when combed to his back. The fact that he has decently long hair only helps this image. His hair is very dark black, jet back to be precise. Some strands of hair are different then others, less dark, but the overall color is most definitely black. His eye brows and eyelashes are the same color. He has no facial hair.
Non visual information: Kaizen's voice is more calm then anything, and even sounds calculating. His pitch is more on the high side then low, mostly because he doesn't sound 'manly'. What he does sound like is cold, because his tone of voice rarely switches with his facial expressions. Kaizen feels soft to the touch, and doesn't have a particular odor that stands him out from average people.
Extra features: A tattoo of a black snake is on his back. It stretches from his lower neck down to his lower back, the snake is positioned in a position to strike with its head levitating in the air and its fangs sticking out. The snake's mouth is black.
Clothing: Kaizen has three sets of clothes that he usually switches from. The first one is a black 'suit'. He wears this one the most because one can never go wrong with a black suit and fedora. The coat of the suit is black. Under the black coat is usually a white business attire shirt and a black tie. His pants are usually made of expensive silk and cotton, while his shoes look shiny and very well kept, they look italian. His shoes don't have strings, but they naturally attach themselves to his foot. He can take them off and put them on whenever he wants.
His second set of clothes is white. Kaizen rarely wears this clothing because it gets stained easily, so it's for strict non hostile encounters. His undershirt is usually a different color each time he uses this, one time he might have it pink, another time he might have it orange, and another green, but the shirt underneath is always a business attire shirt. His ties vary with the color of his business shirt, but they are usually white. His pants and shoes are the same as above, but white. The bottom of both of his shoes have a black snake on them. He wears this with a white fedora.
His last set of clothes is a 'going out' type. If he's going into a mission he thinks is going to get his clothes dirty then he will wear this. An Italian style long sleeved black shirt with strings holding the very top part of the shirt. The sleeves cover his entire arm almost, only his hand remains. The sleeves look a little baggy, same with the shirt, but it's only to give him enough room to fight without worrying about ripping anything. His pants look like modern day jeans, but with a plain black belt around his waist. He doesn't usually wear a fedora in these set of clothing, but when he does he uses the black fedora. His shoes here are black, and give a touch of elegance and at the same time modernism (it's kind of like a converse). This form is usually accompanied by two silver earrings that look like tiny marbles.
-Personality information- Personality Overview: Kaizen is an 'opportunist'. Kaizen will attempt to grab money, power, and fame with whatever chance he gets for the underworld. He believes in the dark side to everything, and is a strong believer that humanity is chaotic by nature, and that the marines are what is keeping society so steady. In his world, the marines are what allow the underworld to exist, as well as the pirates. His view on life is that it's short, and he'd do anything to live even if it means the death of a nobody he doesn't care for. If he suspects foul play he will likely plot ways to go around it, so if he's in a situation where someone else wants him to be he'll try to figure out ways to play the opponents game and still end up the victor. If Kaizen sees money, he'll think of ways to grab it without anyone noticing. If someone tries to fight him, he'll kill the opponent without hesitation on his side (because at that moment the opponent has become a threat). The only exception to this is if the opponent has some other worth to Kaizen that exceeds the danger.
Kaizen is very calculating. He rarely takes risks to expose his identity, and if he does he makes a mental note of them for the future in case someone brings it up. In the midst of battle he's used to attempting to fight the opponent and strike the areas he knows will do the most decent damage. His favorite types of missions are the silent type, because he does them very well. He's rarely seen without a smile; it's even rarer to see him angry. He's naturally calm through most if not everything. If he were ever caught in the marines as a man that works in the underworld, he'll likely follow a plan to escape and claim himself a pirate. It's better to not risk getting caught and jailed or killed then it is to rule ONLY the underworld.
Likes, Dislikes, Hopes and Fears: Kaizen likes to have the upper edge in situations and to know what is going on. He enjoys wine, and foods usually eaten by only the noblest of people. Kaizen also likes strong allies. Hopes to one day take over the underworld. Dislikes people getting in the way of his goal and for people he needs alive to die or disappear; he also dislikes to waste time. Fears getting caught and sent to Impel Down, or killed before he reaches his goal.

- Birth -
Kaizen was born into a rich family with questionable means to earning money. When he was born his mother held his hand gently, her motherly instincts drove her to feeling his little boys tiny hands on her finger. However, Kaizen didn't cry much to the doctors surprise.. but he did move around signaling that he was alive. His father had his entire gang around him; he had a tommy gun on his lap and a striped suit on. The people around the room were about 25 of them, and they all looked mean and rough judging by their faces in general, but they were all smiling. Even the chief, whom was now a father, was smiling. Kaizen also smiled, which actually scared the mother because it spread cheek to cheek. Little to Kaizen's knowledge, he was the heir to an underground organization with a title of 'Mobsters'.
- Child Years -
Kaizen grew up in a mobster family in an island in the north blue known as Sunny Isle. Many years ago it was called this name because the people were always happy and loved the feel of the sun. Once the Shikkaku Mob showed themselves they took over the island. Kaizen grew up about twenty years after the Shikkaku mob took over. The mob had about 200 men inside of it, and they were all decently strong and skilled with guns, knives and blunt weapons. Shikkaku was never left to wonder around the village however, because the people would try to kill him in order to get back at his father. The chief asked for taxes weekly, and for those that couldn't pay it he demanded work that could give him money. It is because of this that many people attempted to kill the Shikkaku family. Kaizen never knew this. His father tried his best to train him in martial arts while he was inside the house; eventually Kaizen learned to defend himself better then most kids his age. Kaizen was also home tutored and exceled in his studies. He was already in middle school level by the time he reached 9 years old.
- Adolescent -
When Kaizen was an adolescent he was already adept at hand to hand combat. His specialty, however, was in his studies. His martial arts couldn't take down more then a man with greater physical strength then Kaizen, but Kaizen was also skinny looking which made that accomplishment a bigger one. In his studies he was already graduating high school and taking college level courses in math, writing, history, myths, social behaviors, government and human anatomy. His biggest interest was in government. Shikkaku Mob's chief, Kaizen's father, allowed Kaizen to enter his criminal life and thus Kaizen got a taste of the underworld. Besides birth, this was the first time he had smiled in a very long time. Kaizen was charged to do most of the grunt work, so he could learn the sensation of being in the bottom before heading to the top. He never left his home with less then four body guards, each of them with tommy guns and their own personal secondary weapons. Kaizen was the only one that left without a weapon, preferring to use his hands then anything else. The villagers feared him after this, and Kaizen already started hating this excessive amount of work. He couldn't wait to get to the top, or even make a name for himself. At 17 years old he found a weird fruit washed ashore. It was in the hands of a dying sailor from the marines. Kaizen was hungry, so he ate the black fruit with spins and turns all over the place. The leaf was red. He didn't know what it was, and it looked poisonous, but it also looked delicious.. it called to him. He was wrong though about the delicious part, because he almost threw it up.
- Adult -
Kaizen quickly learned to transform into a snake a few weeks after eating the strange devil fruit. As an adult he was known for getting missions done in the weirdest of manners. If he was ordered to kill someone he'd insist that the bodyguards wait outside. The bodyguards would sometimes report hearing a hiss and when they were told to come in they'd see a strangled body. Kaizen rarely had any bruises on him. He was twenty when he started developing a reputation as a strangler. To hide the fact that he did it, though, he would throw the bodies into the ocean after attaching bait on them. It wouldn't take long before the sharks in the waters ate the bodies for Kaizen. His father grew fond of him, and he began trusting him with more important jobs.. he even introduced Kaizen to the marines that he used as rats, he paid them monthly for their services. He showed Kaizen what he did, and the steps it took to win their confidence and for them to trust him to not rat THEM out. It was a bound relationship that required trust, and a lot of money and gain from both sides. Kaizen nodded. His mother chose to turn a blind eye to the husbands mobster life, she was around to provide them dinner and love. No women were allowed in the mobster life. One day the mother was found dead, she was strangled to death. When the father inspected her neck it looked like a snake had done it. Infuriated the chief of the Shikkaku mob went on a rampage looking for the snake that did it. He never found it. The father fell into despair and fell sick from his sadness. Kaizen was there to comfort him every night. Every night the father went to bed he would wake up thinking he had heard slithering on the floor, only to find Kaizen beside his bed assuring his fathers safety. Months after his wife's passing the father decided to ignore his paranoid senses for one night, and that's when he felt a snake wrap itself around his neck after he heard the same slithering. He struggled against the snake and eventually threw it against the ground. He ran for his tommy gun, but the snake rapidly ran towards him and bit his arm before it reached for the tommy gun. In a panic he grabbed a knife and attempted to slice the snakes head off, but he dodged it and ran to the shadows where a convenient hole waited for it. The father died a few days later in bed. The snake bite was venomous. Without their leader the mobsters turned towards Kaizen, whom told them to disappear. They followed orders and left the island. Kaizen smiled, his plan had come to reality.. he could finally leave the island and take over the underworld that his father taught him. He was already decent at fighting, and graduated from college level education about a year prior. He had no further use for his family.
- Today -
Kaizen, today, is roaming around the north blue plotting to grab what he thinks should be his. He wants to develop a relationship with the marines, and attempt to at least get some sort of help from other outside sources. He has vowed to take over the underworld, and thinks that being sneaky and corruptive is the best way to take it. To get around he learned how to navigate around the ocean.

Passive traits: Academic knowledge of a college graduate (math, writing, history, myths, social behaviors, government, and human anatomy), a calm mood that is near impossible to change, patience, and knowing the names of famous or decently known individuals. He learns names and moderately known information by hearing rumors, talking to people from the underworld, and reading the newspapers. If a pirate's bounty is 15-20 million he'll know them by name, and possibly the way they died. 21-30 million bounty he'll know their name, face, and a rumor about an exploit (like knowing they killed a bartender at one point). 31-60 million bounty he knows their name, face, and multiple past endeavors (about 3). At 61-100 million Kaizen learns about their history depending on what they've done (things they've done in public) and their faces, names, and one small detail (like knowing that person dislikes oranges, this cannot include the devil fruit).
