FLASHBACK: Training on the Isle of Assassins! (Open to Karasu (The Crow) and Lost)

Alyss woke up alone in her bed. She remembered how Karasu had left her here in Dark Isle so she would train and become stronger, to be able to stand by his side. She blushed slightly remembering all the things they had done together, all of the kisses... She stood up from the bed, ready to start the day. It was 4am, the sun was slowly rising up to the sky, but would only be visible enough in an hour or two. Her eyes had dark circles under them, which was mainly because she didn't have good sleep that night, she hadn't been with Karasu and the nightmares had come back. She pulled her hair up and moved towards the bathroom, proceeding to splash her face with cold water, waking her up just a bit more. I guess I can't be more up, considering I never went to sleep properly, thought Alyss while staring at herself in the mirror. She then took a shower, briefly remembering the moments with Karasu in a shower that looked just like this. Gosh, I sound depressing, she admitted to herself as she dried her body with a towel. She then moved towards the closet and grabbed a fresh pair of underwear, courtesy of Karasu. She had thought it was weird at first, that Karasu gave her clothes, but she knew she really needed them. Alyss then put her own shorts and Karasu's t-shirt on her. The t-shirt was too big for her, and hid the shorts from view (they're short-shorts: like this), so it looked like she was only wearing a t-shirt. She then put her shoes on and started stretching, trying to find some energy so she could start training. She knew that she had to become stronger, not only for Karasu, but mainly for her own self. She would enjoy it, she knew.

Once she felt that she was ready she walked out of her room. The training, like Karasu had told her, would begin in the main training field. She didn't know, however, who would be training her. Alyss was kind of excited that the training would start, but at the same time she was scared that she would not be able to handle it and break in the process, disappointing Karasu and herself. Alyss sighed and kicked a rock softly, she looked around. Dark Isle could be called beautiful, it was mostly made out of rock, even the houses had this rock-feel to them, but even then the design, the feel to it as a whole, was something really beautiful in Alyss' eyes. Maybe she was weird, or maybe she was right, or maybe it was both, but she really liked it here. With a small smile on her face, Alyss reached the training spot.

A tanned man, with a black coat resembling Karasu's and loose black pants with big boots, waited in the middle of the training field that was constructed for Dark Isle. It had a ground made completely of white pebbles and a few dummies scattered throughout the field. Weapons were specifically placed on a long shelf in one corner of the training field. Weapons included many different varieties of swords, spears, a giant shuriken, and other varieties of different weapons. Each of them were unused by other assassins, and were specifically chosen by certain chosen assassins out of the hundreds in that corner. Each assassin with a weapon has chosen from a shelf much like this one. Yaminoque smiled when he saw the woman arrive. He looked almost intrigued at her, mostly because he recognized the shirt she was wearing.. and its size. It matched Karasu's size, color, and style perfectly.

"I am Karasu's Father, I'll give you my name after I see you aren't completely worthless for my sons crew. I need you to do about 100 push-ups per letter. So after nine hundred push-ups you'll know my name. Then, you can do a few other hundred to tell me yours. Understood? Proper introduction is key to developing a 'healthy' relationship." Some might think that Yaminoque was joking, but those people don't live in Dark Isle. Yaminoque is brutal, to the point where most of the assassins that came to the island and were trained by him regretted it, even if the outcome was rokushiki.

Alyss' mouth parted slightly in an 'o' shape. She was surprised that the one training her was going to be Karasu's father. She decided to not even mention her... whatever she had with Karasu, though. She nodded excitedly and smiled softly. She was surprised by how much training she had to do, but back in her village her training was just as hard, or maybe even harder. She thought that someone would not believe her, as she has been relaxing and doing nothing important for a while, and she had lost her touch. Maybe her opponents back there were just too weak. Being an assassin already, Alyss knew that she had to follow his orders, no matter how ridiculous they might sound. She also wanted to earn his respect, not only because he was Karasu's father (well, that was KINDA a big reason, yeah), but also because she wanted to, she felt that she needed too.

"Yes sir" Alyss said nodded her head respectfully, her fingers playing with the hem of Karasu's shirt, wishing that he was him to check up on her. She smiled softly looking down. "You tell me when to start and I will" She felt slightly down but at the same time excited about the training, then she would be worthy of being by Karasu's side, and she knew it. She also wanted to be better for herself.

Yaminoque looked at the girl in front of him. Her name, she needed to give him her name. But first, he has to introduce himself.. he had to wait for her to do the push-ups. The girl had a nice figure on her; she looked like the type Karasu would fall for. Although she didn't have the weird colored hair that Karasu was so keen on having. Karasu's first wife had dark blue hair, and Red had red hair.. she was the first without the weird base color. Maybe Karasu's tastes changed. Yaminoque heard her ask him to tell her to start. Yaminoque looked at the floor under her, realizing the task looked too simple.. but it was the first day, he had to go easy or she might die.

"Alright.. on my mark." Yaminoque waited for her to get herself in a position for push-ups. "Get set.." This is th epart where she would get mentally prepared for the task ahead, "-GO!" and with that he let down his arm, and with the arm came breeze that overtook the entire training area. Yaminoque had unbelievable strength. The breeze was the second signal to go incase she didn't hear him correctly.
