Unlike the captain his coat it doesn't have standard gold outlines instead it have sliver. He has slick black hair with aware smile it seems like his smiles taunt the target. This over coat cover up most of his body yet he still wear pants black pants under his over coat he also wear a vest which is under his coat he usual get cold ease ,and such. It seems like his body appearance is well built with several scar along his chest he is the hieght of 6 feet tall,and 5 inches even.
History:
Birth
Born and rise in the north blue area he was the age of five as Captain Gold E. Jagger took him in then train him to become his first mate. You may wonder why would a kid be walking around with his parents in fact he was a homeless kid who lost his parents due to a buster call.
Currently he had knew the captain most of his life the strange thing is they are both devil fruit user he ,and Gold share a great bound even those he a logia user his powers are not fully master. In fact he still have a hard time controlling his angry which may cause him to explode for a brief minute he usual always in the ship until the captain call for him. Throughout his many years as being a pirate eh never once raise his hand against his captain for his captain was like a son to him.
As a first mate he tact with the well-being of the ship, and he is task with help defending the pirate crew faction. He one day wants to become famous then somehow repaid his captain for all the things he did for him. He hate marines with a passion therefore whenever he see one he tend to lose it at less the captain say a safe word which calm him down no matter what. Since he is now currently on board the vessel chilling in the training room waiting for his captain to call for him once more.

He earn his small bountry by raiding several west blue islands. Some of which he take a little for the reason they was stilling learning there devil fruits. It say he have been known to cause a large natural fire due to his appearance alone some question his power of being a first mate.
Bounty Increase
Due to the joint teamwork of his crew they attack the island known as Ilusia kingdom sending cannon balls to destroy much of it docks. They used their power to spreading a wild fire then battling with a Vice admiral, and a commodore that of great power. The Red Clouds pirate manage to escape due to the Vice Admiral kind heart they are currently located in south blue but while traveling there the supplies grew low ,and they manage to meet an another pirate crew then attempt to raid them in a sea conflict. Before they arrive at the south blue area they had learn 1 new power each increasing their powers as they travel along the blue's.
Devil Fruit
A couple years have passed when he was the age 12 he found a strange fruit one that he gave to his captain for understanding.
Captain Gold Examine the fruit then told him it was a curse fruit one that grants great power, and hinder you as well. He didn't like the marines for the fact they didn't help the homeless then on top of that they ignore a poor homeless boy who needed guides. He decide to eat the fruit learning about his fruit powers he was amaze but the sad thing he couldn't get on the vessel until he could control his temper which is why for the next eight years he train to master his devil fruit with the captain.
Now he have a good understanding with his devil fruit powers, and weakness his only goal is to rid the world of marines as a whole if not die trying. He do most of his training in the marines training room learning to control his temper ,and learn new combo for his attacks. The captain feel like Cliffer should be captain due to his devil fruit powers but he never shows weakness to his fellow crew member.
Personality:Cliffer is a very cold, callous, and dispassionate figure, and is rather aloof, brooding, and indifferent, willing to harm both his comrades and enemies should they get in his way. He refers to anyone he does not find interesting as "trash", and treats them as expendable. Despite this, like most of the other top pirate, he is not particularly violent, and will only fight when provoked or ordered to by Gold or when he at a fit of rage.
His cold demeanor allows him to stay completely calm and in control in most situations, and he is not easily surprised or caught off-guard. However, he does not seem to comprehend the Human trait of fighting against all odds or the concept of the Human heart . He nothing short of a brute not caring for his body he only seeks to destroy all who oppose his captain name,and crew.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):Dai Funka :Cliffer Cloud's signature technique, he transforms his fists into pure lava before throwing it forward, like an over-sized rocket.The explosion causes volcanic rock to hit the ground, in a method similar to meteors.
Ryusei Kazan:Cliffer creates a great number of magma fists that he fires into the air in order to let them rain down upon the battlefield, causing enormous amounts of area damage. This looks like a cross between a meteor shower and a volcanic eruption.
Kazan Baku: Cliffer transforms his hand into magma, and then punches the ground. This results in an eruption of volcanic rocks around the punch area and several spots around it, inflicting damage to anyone within the blast radius.
Meigo Match: Cliffer transforms his hand into magma and lashes out at the opponent with a claw-thrust. This technique is powerful enough to tear off half of people's face with a glancing blow. Not to mention the heat of the attack is alot too.
Lava Aura: The user coats his body to match his element he said body temper/the aura reach the temperature of magma itself. Anything that touch it that metal would be melt on impact or once they are close enough. It said it also able to effect the weather around it too cause it to get extremtly hot.
Aurai : Cliffer creates a wave of magma, shaped like a dog's head, and launches it against his opponent. This magma wave is about 40 feet long in all direction making it very long,and powerful. He can control this dog like lava wave to make it spin around himself like if he a planet for a short period of time. This attack can be used an defense type attack, and offense depends those.
Weapons/Items: FintLocks,and Dagger.
Character Flaws: Berserk. Weakness:As a Logia, Cliffer Cloud can let physical attacks, such as punches and slashes attack him unless they are imbued with speacial attack due to his devil fruit power most people try to avoid a close combat conflict. Other ways he can be hurt are if he is touching Kairoseki, or being caught off guard and being attacked his elemental weakness. His last weakness is the basic devil fruit user weakness.
Goals:To become famous,and well known then master his devil fruit.
