The quarter giant Roko Cloud is definitely taller than the average men, being around 2.20 meters tall. His hair matches the standards for short hair, but as it is really wavy it is longer than it really looks like. His hairstyle is marked by a wavel-like motion and is of a light brown color with natural golden highlights caused by frequent exposure to sunlight and seabreeze.  He has deep green eyes that give you a feeling of security.  He is kind of handsome, he has thin lips, a small nose, thick eyebrows, a cleft chin and slightly raised cheekbones. Roko posseses tanned skin because of the sun rays which makes him look a little bit darker than he really is. He developed his muscles through-out his life with different exercises, making these really visible to sight, especially in places like his chest, abdomen, arms and legs. Despite this, his veins are hidden deep inside his skin, and not superficial like other people with toned muscles.

He has giant blood because of his grandmother so he is also stronger than usual, that makes him able to use his giant, heavy greatsword. Roko has a tough build, his ribcage is broader than his hips and he has really broad shoulders as well. He wears black leather, manly looking, boots; a black linen shirt, which he usually keeps open, that has really thin stripes in a vertical pattern; jet black, gray or navy blue bermuda shorts that go a little bit past his knees. He keeps a belt around his weight where he places the crystals (which are truly dials) that he places on the socket of his greatsword. After a while in the Grandline, he got a tattoo of a cross ("+" shape) on top of his right eyebrow.  In addition, he has a gold earring in the left earlobe. He is normally hairy for a man. Uses a belt around his waist where his crystals are placed.

History: Raymond Island was one that was deeply connected with its roots. Cultural knowledge had a special place in society and magic could be smelled in the air of the towns, where people kept it alive with images and artworks, literature and architecture. Roko grew here, feeling connected to the magic that was part of everything in the world, including the inner magic.

When Roko was a little child he dreamed of becoming a pirate. The island where he grew up was raided by a pirate crew which had the inverse effect that it would have in normal persons, he wanted to be a pirate. This was because he was taken as a prisioner by the pirates but they had not been mean with them, he thought they were totally awesome and he was kind with them and tried to play with them. They let him go safely and left the island because they didn’t want to hurt Roko, who was a little playful child and had broken the pirate’s hearts. The island where he grew up in the West Blue was called Raymond island, there his parents, his dad was shipwright that ran a little workshop that made boats, big boats, small boats, battleships, sometimes, even the marines sent some work for him. His father who was a half-giant had a weird saber in his house, he knew how to use it and taught Roko how to use it too when he was 14. When he had mastered the techniques of this saber that worked with 5 different crystals, which Roko’s dad explained had to be filled with power every once in a while, he gifted the Senaya Greatsword to him.

Apparently, Roko’s dad agreed, although probably reluctantly, with him becoming a pirate and he built a big ship for him as a birthday gift when he was 17. For 5 years Roko practiced navigation with his boat: The Windwalker. Then he sailed out of his island to be a pirate. Handling the Senaya Saber very well and having a boat he only needed to find a crew, but in 2 years he didn’t have any luck. He looked for people wishing to join him in a pirate life but he only got in trouble. In one island where he was looking for a crew, marines had docked and he committed the stupidity to ask one of them to join him as a pirate, all the marines persecuted him and he ended up killing 7 of them and beating up quite a bunch of others, this made the marines award hima  bounty of 1,000,000. But this episode was repeated many times and each time he beat up marines his bounty was raised and it ended up being 5,000,000 belli, Dead or Alive. Still looking for a crew in West Blue.

He finally found a crew in York Island, in York Town and when he was just settling things up, his crew was blamed for setting up bombs in York Town and destroying it, Roko and his new crewmates had to try to back off the citizens that wanted to attack them and finally fleed from the island. They got to an island called Magmaztec Island, where he planned to do some treasure hunting. There, he had a fight with Karasu Ammo, who was going to get paid for killing him. But Karasu was convinced that Roko hadn't rellay killed all the people in York Town, and he decided to leave him alive, gifting him two rokushiki techniques: Tekkai and Rankyaku, even tho, Roko was almost killed in a few minutes... that way he realized how weak he was and how much he needed to train,

For that reason Roko Cloud decided to make his crew train for a whole year, cancelling their treasure hunt in Magmaztec Island and taking the crew to train for a year with him. In this period of time Roko got much stronger, he developed his rankyaku and tekkai, he got new techniques and perfectioned his style, his strenght and endurance increased a lot and he got a new pet, which he trained with the help of King Darral Zastur, one of the crewmembers of his crew. He ran all mornings, he lifted rocks, he trained his precision so he could slice through harder things with his sword, that way he also developed his sword technique, not only depending on his sword's special power. He also trained his perception, so he could be more tranquil and feel attacks through listening too.

Between this periods of training Roko battled a lot of marines and bounty hunters that wanted to go for the bounty on his head, he had to kill many because they were putting him and his family in danger, he even fought some marine captains, between others. This gained him a bounty of 27 million belli.

In this time Roko decided that they were going to go into the grandline, so he is actually in the way to the Reverse Mountain so they can go into the grandline and aim for the One Piece and become famous pirates. Together with his new pet, Tyren the Falcon and his trained crew he feels he is prepared for this place.

Roko managed to get over Reverse Mountain with his crew, having to fight a marine crew that ended up in his ship after almost crashing with the Windwalker, they killed some marines and defeated the others. And when they got to the first island of the grandline, their future crewmate Romeo X Dugall had set up a series of bombs in docked marine ships in that island, making them explode and taken as deed of the Blizzard Pirates. Romeo X Dugall joined the Blizzard Pirates along with Octave, a quite reserved mermaid that was always with Romeo.

In their way to Drum Island, following the way of the Eternal Pose to it they ended up in a deserted island where Roko Cloud fought Shichibukai Youri, they had a fierce fight that was so deadly that the landscape of the island was changed. At the end of the fight Shichibukai Youri falls by Roko's strongest slash, but Roko has his left leg slashed. They consider Shichibukai Youri dead after taking such a strong blow and falling into the sea, he being a devil fruit user.

Shichibukai Youri appears to be alive, even after loosing against Roko in the battle. After that, the Blizzard Pirate continued their way towards Drum Island. Getting to Drum Island was a big deal, but even more were the things that happened there. The Blizzard Pirates had to face the forces of the Black Cross Pirates that were left in the island. Battling Tiberius Mandrake, without knowing his identity, and another strong opponent called Cebros, Roko and other Blizzard Pirates managed to claim the island under their protection.

The Blizzard Pirates then stay for three months in the island. The first month, Roko deals with all the political arrangements of the island, he lets the people know that he is not there to harm them, but to offer them their protection just in exchange of using the island as a base. Roko builds a channel of underground tunnels with the help of the skypiean Shinichi Tritant, who has a drill devil fruit, and orders the construction of new defense structures around the island. He also promotes the formation of defense commitees.

The second month in the island, Roko decided to leave his crew behind with the affairs they had to deal with and training themselves to increase their potential. Roko himself wanted to do the same, he left for the island of Alabasta in one of the ships of the island and when he was there he met Revin'ka Lukko, who later would be in his crew, and thet found Memphis Quoc. He was an old pirate who used to have a very big bounty and was a really skilled fighter, but he disappeared. They (roko and lukko) convinced him to train them, and the three of them left for a deserted island where they trained.

While in the island, Roko received the visit of Karasu Ammo, from who he got the instruction to use the Rokushiki technique known as Geppou. While in the island Roko developed the control over his physical power and how he could further unleash it. Trained by Memphis Quoc, he learnt how to use his inner power and transmit it into techniques. For Roko, this is a physical manifestation of magic. This inner power is, in his point of view, magic from the soul transmitted into attacks.

The Blizzard Pirates then hastily moved through the Grandline, getting in trouble with the marines and battling strong crews. Roko, having a complete mastery over his weapon, decided to take his physical skills to the next level by inserting the inner power into them. The knowledge received from Memphis Quoc and his roots inspired him to develop sets of attacks that praised mythical figures and their strenght, energy and power. His speed increased, his strenght reached even higher levels and he became stronger with every step he took towards the Shabondy Archipielago, a milestone in his life as a pirate.

A wave of Rookie pirates including Roko reached the Shabondy Archipielago and protagonized a war against the marines. With the Holy Land being so close, it was considered a serious insult towards the World Government and Roko's bounty was increased in 100 million more over his current bounty of 300 million. He demonstrated his vicious strenght and inner power to the world. The newspapers didnt stop reviving his power and flew all around the world, announcing the rise of a new great pirate: a new Yonkou.

The Blizzard Pirates then moved into the New World.  Roko seeks the highest powers in order to become the Pirate King and for his crew to scalate in the ranks of the strongest.

Personality: Roko is a quite friendly person, he likes having a lot of friends, he is very social, he is not shy. He likes to tease his friends around and make them laugh. He is extremely direct, he makes the one that lsitens to him know his point immediatly. But despite of this, he likes to show that he is serious some times, and from reading many books he has his moments of wisdom. He knows how to act under pressure and will stay serious if needed to. What pisses him off is when someone hurts one of his friends, he really can’t stand it. When someone hurts physically or emotionally one of his friends he fights that person, even in a real fight or in a discussion, no one can beat him in arguments.

He likes to read a lot and knows a lot of stuff, he is very wise. His favourite type of books to entertain himself are books about wizards and their magic to produce awesome stuff. Has a very high self-esteem, he really isn’t pissed off by insults or any other referece to him in a bad way, but he doesn’t leave anyone free without saying sorry if they talk rubbish of one of his friends. He isn’t obsessed with women, but he wants to find a girl that loves him. He believes that the elemental attacks he can do with his broadsword are matter of magic, and that he is invoking the powers of mythical creatures, hence the names of his attacks.

Special Abilities:

Being a grandson of a giant gives him a greater strength that normal humans. His fighting style is very developed because his saber, the Senaya Broadsword, can change of additional effects; he fights taking advantage of this.

Resistance. He trained a lot so now his stamina, endurance and resistance to attacks is much greater, he can stand more pain.

Precision. Roko increased his strenght to one of his highest levels, now being able to cut through steel.

Perception. He has a great perception of his surroundings, he can use the smell and hearing to analyze situations too.

Tekkai Kenpo. Roko can move while in a tekkai form, he has it permanently on, but it is in a weak form, so if he wants to block strong attacks he has to use tekkai to block them.

Giant Rush. If Roko get really angry or frustrated, his body enters into a berserk mode where his strenght is multiplied times ten. Even tho this is an advantage, when he is in this mode he will lose some control of himself, his mind is blurred and he will follow his instincts and what he previously thought he should do.

3.- Golem Thrust. Roko uses the Ground crystal and lifts a rock and throws it at the foe.

4.- Five Headed Dragon Breath. Roko uses a device he developed to use the 5 crystals of his weapon at a time giving it the 5 effects. Any of the techniques can be done with this upgrade, so it is much stronger.

5.- Griffon Wing Strike. Uses the wind crystal to produce a strong wind slash, it is stronger than a normal airslash.

6.- X-attack. Attack can be used without crystal or with any of them. Roko attacks very fast like drawing an x on the foe with the saber.

7.- Dragon Gunfire. The same as before but drawing a "*" with multiple slashes and with the fire crystal.

8.- Beast Song: (It's the same technique used with different crystals) Roko spins with the saber extended, the effect of the crystals on the saber produce a kind of small barrier of the element used because of the crystal's power and slashing around himself. Roko can stay doing this for a while.

10.-Thunder Shockwave: With the Electric/Thunder Crystal, having produced some static by other attacks with this crystal, Roko can slash or stab in the air producing electric shochwaves that are launched.

11.-Rankyaku. Roko has trained his rankyaku to the point that he can make his rankyaku bounce one in the floor or in a wall, barrier, etc. He combines the rankyaku with some of his attacks with the Senaya Broadsword to perform especial rankyakus:

12. Infra Sense. Roko focuses and listens to all of his surroundings and analyzes the pattern of the sounds, he uses this technique to be very silent and camouflage the noises from moving or attacking with the sounds from his surroundings, this way he cant be heard. (he moves in a way he hardly makes any noise). This technique can also be used to sense position of opponents and friends, although not to sense upcoming attacks.

13. Blade Cyclone. Roko slashes circles in front of him with the point of his broadsword pointing in front of him, with this he shoots a continuous circular airblade, it's precision is so that it can cut through steel. The size varies in how he does it.

14. Mighty Slash. Roko slashes with concentrated force, this doesnt send an airslash but a shockwave that is so strong that will break the surface of the ground as it flies towards a foe without hitting it directly(the ground).

15.Tekkai. Roko can use a strong form of tekkai to block strong attacks over his tekkai kenpo.

Variations:

16. Apocalypse Tornado. Roko concentrates all his force in the arm which he uses to slash and then performs a powerful spinning slash that builds a tornado of slashes  and shockwaves that expands and is launched in all directions and can keep going for 10 meters maximum (the user can decide how long it will go depending on the strenght it is performed with). The attack is very strong. The tornado can also get the additional effect of a crystal from the Senaya Broadsword, but it's mostly done with out them.

17. Million Spirit Slash. Roko slashes a lot of times in a second after going berserk (he needs to have gone berserk to use this attack) the slashes fly so fast that the human eye cant follow them and they will try to slash foes in the direction they are launched to. (there is a danger to attack allies if they're in that direction)

18. Geppou. Roko has trained and was instructed to use Geppou, then he developed it further by himself.

Variations:

19. Reikon Rasen. (Spirit Helix)Roko extends his arm back and he runs towards his opponent, then with all his might he slashes, spinning two complete times but forming a shockwave in the air, which as launched forward at the opponent as if it was a whip. Can be used for long distances or melee.

20. Uppercut Jinx. Roko uses this technique when he's really close to an opponent, he uses Geppou and when his tremendous strenght, throws the opponent into the air, then uses it again to push him back to earth as he sends a powerful shockwave towards the foe.

21. Crust Layers. Roko performs three or four powerful airslahes in a spinning or extending arms motion. All of these slashes are parallel and they fly together as the last one is faster than the first one so that it catches up.

22.Revealing Hex. Roko performs a series of moves within his own space using his Chikara Geppou to build up momentum and then goes directly to a foe in front of him with a tremendous blow that is able to smash through boulders and layers of steel.

23. Typhoon Spirit. Roko jumps really high into the sky using Geppou and lets himself fall as he starts to spin and cut through air itself. This produces currents of airslashes that revolves around him and mantain a tornado of diamond edge windslashes (not literally, but in terms of cutting power). Roko stops his fall with a final Geppou and launches the tornado forward. His tremendous speed and dominance of the space around him allows him to control the tornado through gigantic windslashes that are directed towards it. This can change its direction without destroying it's self-sustained rage. It keeps going for a maximum of 5 of Roko's posts.

24. Phoebus' Rampage. Roko starts this attack by sending a maximum of three flaming shockwaves towards the opponent and then he himself  lunges himself forward in a constant tekkai kenpo, although a bit more concentrated on defending (so a bit stronger than the actual tekkai kenpo) and he spins while kicking the air with Chikara Geppou to move at Soru speeds. He slashes with the fire crystal as he does this and he looks like a giant fireball that moves towards the foe.  

25. Ice Titan's Hailstorm. He jumps into the air with his Chikara Geppou and produces a rain of chilling shockwaves towards an area. After this, he  uses his tremendous strenght and the falling speed to create a huge shockwave that can completely break the ground below him, producing a crater, and send a freezing wave around the area of collision.

a guy with magical swords that dosent like the navy, has a massive bounty and wants to be yonkou... now where have I seen that before?.... hmmmm

I had forgoten to make an upgrade in his bounty so I added to the history for it to make sense, also changed his age from the start, since in the history six years looking for a crew was way too much, so I made it two years instead, he still practiced with his broadsword and everything, plus the one year time skip.

Updated bounty for recent deeds in this thread and added new techniques (The last two and updated tekkai), also I added that he now has a weak form of tekkai kenpo, so he can walk around with tekkai normally but he will still be hurt by strong or over avarage strenght attacks, unless he blocks them with a strong tekkai.
