ranked character updates

so some of you may have noticed that many of the ranked characters (shichibukai, admiral, yonkou, cp9 ect) havent been active for a good four months now. Most of us feel that this isnt conducive to activity on the forum as a whole, nor realistic to the setting and so these inactive characters and crews will be removed from there ranks so that more active characters might fill them or at the very least have the opportunity to, this should be more to allow existing characters with goals of attaining such ranks to attain them than it is an invitation to create characters specifically for the job, however any activity is as always welcome. Most of thease characters will simply no longer have their ranks but in the case of characters that were extremely important to the role-play (Yonkou Anubis) they will be considered as having "gone in to hiding" a long time ago meaning their slots will be de-facto freed up but only to a character who actually qualifies to be yonkou
