He has short black hair, which is normally slicked back with copious amounts of hair gel. He also possesses a very large and flabby face, which feels no pain. When he was born he was thought to have Proteus syndrome. Though he has a very large, built body, he weighs a lot. But it is because of his muscle mass, not his fat. He is 6'6, 210 lbs.
He normally wears a pinstripe suit, or if not that, a suit of some sort. He wears a large golden chain with a fist clinched on it.
History:Max was born in a small town in the West Blue called Saint George. When Max was 8, his father, a salesman turned pastor named Richard, got tired of living the small town life, and he left Max and his mother, becoming a pirate. He got two of his other friends and set off to become part of something bigger.
Shortly after this, Max became very depressed. But he found an outlet for his feelings. Crime. He began to follow after the local "mafia" and eventually became a high ranking officer. However, shortly afterward the mafia boss, Bugs Moran, left the town and left the mafia to the vice president, Jimmy Torrio.
Max then moved up in the mafia, becoming a 5th hand man to the new boss. He began to lead his own raids. Eventually he had a small group of men directly under him. He called his group the "Golden Grip"(GG).
Max was 10 right now. About a summer after the GG was formed, he had 6 close men following him. They were known in the mafia to be some of the most specialized mafiosos in the west blue. Because of this, Max decided to stage a coup d'etat in the mafia. The members of the GG left a message in the boss's room letting the mafia know that all of the members were leaving the mafia, and they would go on a killing spree unless they let Max become the boss of the mafia.
Now, from the outside looking in it looked like Max was the bad guy, but in reality the reason for this threat was because the mafia had become corrupted, like pirates. The mafia started pillaging villages and raping women, instead of just bootlegging and helping the poor as it had been before.
After three days, the mafia replied no, and thus began the blood soaked battle.
Max and his crew quickly killed the messengers and ran to the mafia headquarters. Knowing that the place had been boobie trapped, the group climbed up the outside and entered through the top floor where Jimmy Torrio was waiting. He beat him using only his shield. All of his subordinates got caught up fighting the other high ranking mafiosos. He walked out onto the main floor and saw a big chest. He walked over to it and broke it open and found a devil fruit. The Zou Zou No Mi. He promptly ate it, cause he was hungry. He suddenly started twitching and foaming at the mouth. Low ranking mafiosos approached him, ready to kill him. He suddenly leaped up and watched his hands transform into the from of crab pinchers. He looked around as he came back to my senses and saw the officers carrying women in from what looked like a pirate outside. Assuming they had been raped and killed he began to get angry and started sweating heavily. Then they pulled another body through the door. It looked familiar. And it was. It was his father. Seeing this enraged him.
Max rushed toward his father with the intent to kill. All of the mafiosos then started to attack Max to prevent him from killing their prisoner. He began to rip apart all of the mafioso and anyone else who got in the way.
After about 10 minutes of continuous fighting, Max fainted from dehydration from all of the sweating. He woke up about 3 hours later to see men in white and blue uniforms. They captured him and took him into jail and told him that he could either join the CP9 training program or be put in jail for life. Max quickly chose the CP9 and began training. They said that since he had been a relatively well know criminal he would have to change his name. So he did, he changed it to Theodore.
Personality:
Happy and sarcastic, until reminded about his father.
He has a big problem with anyone doing anything inappropriate (ei raping, killing, kidnapping) to women, because he is so protective of his mom.
He hates pirates that kill/steal for no reason, and can tolerate most pirates that only steal when they have to.
He only sees killing as a serious crime when it is done for no reason. He sees killing villainous people as an okay thing.
He is normally pretty good at understanding that everyone has their own side of the story, and is pretty generous with criminals if they committed their crime for good reasons.
He is very chivalrous with women who aren't criminals.

Trunk Shigan: Using his trunk, Theodore releases a very powerful shigan
Trunk Rankyaku: Using his trunk, Theodore is able to make a large rankyaku.
Geppo: Zou: Due to his increased size, he moves much slower, but he also has more mass when he lands.
Geppo: Trunk: Using the muscles in his trunk, he preforms geppo preventing him from landing on his head.
Trunk - Can make a trunk grow from his arm.
Birthgift - Able to grow to the size of a elephant and shrink to normal size while in hybrid.
Tusks - Can make tusks grow out of his body.
Hearing - Has much better hearing capabilities
Memory - Memory is much increased.

Goals: To become a Vice admiral. He would like to be an admiral, but he's fine with vice-admiral. He also wants to find a sense of self-worth and his meaning in life.
