Name: Theodore von Rosberg ( goes by the name “Theo Rose“ normally)
Age:24
Bounty: None... Though he'd seriously deserve one.
Species: Human
Occupation: A bit of everything, but above all a cutthroat and bounty hunter
Allegiance: (World noble), bounty hunter
Home Village/Ocean: Mariejois, Red Line
Appearance: Theodore used to dress like all world nobles did, complete with ridiculous haricut. He had glasses since he was five, due to being extremely shortsighted.
When he was sixteen he, to the dismay of his parents and the rest of his family, he joined the marine as a normal soldier, at which point he started losing a lot of his “nobleness“ (meaning that he took on a rougher look and started acting a little less...“refined“. He also lost his paleness). He changed his noble haircut to a more common one, slicking his curly black hair back, but only by hand, so that streaks tend to fall in his face.
He was still wearing his nerdy, thick glasses, but lost them when he finally left the marine.
Present starts here:
Today, Theo is very handsome. He left almost no clues in his looks that he could be a world noble, his clothes looking casual and common enough to not make him stand out too much.
He tends to wear leather jackets and fancy hats (Oh, he loves fancy hats), a weird combination that (even weirder) he knows looks good on him for some reason.
His style is some kind of mix between a cowboy, a rocker and a rich playboy. It works. Weird.
His hair is still as curly and black as it always was, and he still keeps it slicked back in the same way.
He also got his left ear pierced, and always wears a silver earring on it.
His expression is normally dominated by a smug, smug smile (so smug I had to put it twice), which doesn't ever seem to reach his gray eyes. They stay cold.
History:
Theodore von Rosberg was born in Mariejois, the oldest son of the von Rosberg family, and therfor its heir.
His mother wasn't actually a world noble, or even slightly noble, she was a commoner, and his fathers fifth wife. He picked her up down in Sabaody Archipelago, where she had been out shopping with one of her daughters. His father, Wilhelm von Rosberg, had shot the child when she stood up to him...
But of all this, Theodore never knew. He only knew that his mother, Sabine Blythe, wasn't noble, but still lived with them for reasons he didn't understand yet, and wasn't interested in knowing in the slightest. A mother was a mother, right?
It made as much sense to him as that he was the oldest noble child, even though he had an older half sister. He figured it was because her mother was a slave, a giant human hybrid, and that made her not only the most disgusting class of commoner, but also a non human.
She wasn't a slave herself, but was still treated a lot like one. She was his personal servant in a way, and had to wear a collar, even though this one wouldn't explode.
And while he himself was spoiled in every way, as his fathers favourite child, she was always by his side and watched. Being a small part giant made her taller and stronger than other children their age, and for some reason she was very protective around him.
The two couldn't help but get close, even though she was quiet and he was.. well, noble.
It might have been her influence that made him more and more rebellious, or just his own character, but he went against his parents wishes more and more often and got snottier every day.
So his parents decided to send him to a very … special... case in their family.
At his twelfth birthday, he moved to his uncle Adolfo, who was a high class agent of the government, and a nightmare of many, even at his age.
He underwent strict education, standing up at six, studying until eight, eating, training, then he got fifteen minutes of, studying until twelve, lunch, training, studying, and in bed at eight.
After four years, he was barely the same, and not only because of puberty.
Aside from making him more knowledgeable and better trained, it also gave him a life long fear of his uncle. Aside from that... He was still a respectless brat, talking back to his parents and spending way too much time with his half sister Nerissa. There were even certain... rumors that he started beating other teenagers and hitting on girls a lot (most likely the teenagers he beat up were the boyfriends or brothers of said girls...).
His father didn't mind, but the parents of the other kids did.
It went on for six months, and then Theo seemed to get bored... Or maybe he had realised that his father just didn't care, were even proud of him...
Anyway, one day he came to his father all casually and told him he'd join the marine.
He wasn't overjoyed, but it wasn't that unusual either. He offered to get him a post as a high officer right away, to which he replied with a highly smug smile and the words: “...As a soldier...“.
That had been a shock. How did he even get the idea?
His father was certain that it was all his mothers and Nerissas bad influence.
He had both of them severly punished and locked away for months, but Theodore was already gone.
At the marine headquarters, Theo started his training and soon found out telling his father he'd be a soldier was one thing, but actually being one was a whole different one not made easier by him being a noble.
Sure, the others showed a certain fearful respect, but what hemissed was acceptance. He was a ot younger than them, and even though he wouldn't ever admit it, he really, desperately needed some friends...
So one day, he decided it was time for a change. Starting with his hair.
After three months, he was the most well known and liked guy around. Not only could he beat anyone in a match, he also got all the girls, won rinking contests and had the money to pay for all the alcohol.
Not much nobleness was left...
Another four years passed until he left the marine. It was as much cried as frowned upon, but when did he ever care about others?
When he returned home, he already had plans. And seeing how things had changed only made him certain that he needed to do what he wanted to.
The only person he told those plans was Nerissa, who was now nothing more than a common slave, and therfor was more than happy to hear about them.
Step one was a lot of waiting, and some money.
After two months, the thing he had been waiting for finally happened: A devilfruit. It was sold at the market in Sabaody Archipelago. It wasn't hard to get it, 100.000.000 were small money after all.
He didn't even wait until he got home, just ate it right on the spot. It made him feel weird inside, but also very powerful. Now which ability...
He tried a few things, and finally found out by stabbing the merchant through the chest with his fingers. Hey, accident, right?
Step two was easy. Get a ship. His family had a lot of ships. Done.
Step three was simply get Nerissa, get on the ship, get away.
God, he was such a genius.
They weren't followed. Once they reached the next island, they started collecting information. Bounty posters, especially.
Well, actually Nerissa collected information while Theodore spend his time flirting with the girls in the bar.
It didn't take them a long time to figure they'd have to change names. In his creativity, Theodore named himself “Theo Rosé“ and Nerissa “Nelly Rosé“. The only thing worse was that it actually worked. They weren't found out for years, and their business went well.
There was always some way to get money, and they used them all.
Two years later, they got caught for the first time, and were brought back to Mariejois.
Theo got brought to his room quietly, without getting into trouble. Nerissa got tortured and locked away. She got punished for both of them. Theodore hadn't got a clue. For spending so much time with his uncle, the marines and on the streets, he could be so naive...
He broke Nerissa out in the next month and it all started again.
Some time ago, he ran into a girl named Miyu Delaney, a pirate (and, much more important, a cutie).
He followed her and found out she had obviously already been caught by a bounty hunter named Septera McSeppymerc.
Well, couldn't change that. After talking it over with his sister, they decided that he'd take te girl (big yay on his part), while she'd make sure the bounty hunter wouldn't get in their way.
He did just that, and even made sure to get her to wear the seastone handcuffs... But something was wrong. Nerissa was late, and so he decided to take her to the marine quarters himself and get the bounty. Only to get attacked by Septera...
It never got to be a real fight, Septera abducted the pirate girl and Theo lost track of them.
He checked the hotel they had been staying in, and soon found his sister, defeated and unconcious...
Angry and humilitated, he brought her to the hospital. He himself went to the marine outpost to get some troops for his revenge. There, he was picked up by his own uncle Adolfo.
He seems to have made some kind of deal with him, since he now appears to work for the world government, at least part time. He's angry about it.
His family now also seems to think it time to get him a bride. No one knows why, but he doesn't want to marry. One more reason to keep away.
Personality:
Theo's an arrogant, smug, aggressive jerk with no regard for human life or rights, except his own.
Women are barely a way to have his fun, he doesn't even remember the names of most of them. In fact, the whole world seems to be just there for his entertainment.
Everything has to go his way, and his alone (the only person he consiers listening to is Nerissa), and when it doesn't, he takes his frustration out on the ones weaker than him, and usually innocent.
On the outside, he's rebellious and seems to hate his parents and nobility in general, but really, he loves being a noble, and as soon as he gets into trouble, he uses his nobility to get out of it.
He acts so cool, but he's a hypocrite and a coward who only got his strengh through a devilfruit, aside from that, he's not much stronger than a marine soldier.
Ship: Name? What for? It's not important to him, so he calls it number three.
Ship Flag: From time to time, he uses the symbol of the world nobles, but he really doesn't care.
Devil Fruit: Toge-Toge no mi (spike spike fruit)
effect: The user can grow spikes on any part of his or her body, and turn any body part entirely into a spike.
Special Abilities:
Not much, only the basic fighting style of an average marine soldier.

((I'm planning to get all my npcs a sheet. This one's new, but I somehow felt the need to explain some things about him. EXpect him to cause trouble he's not even worth.))
