History:Crusher was made for a rebel leader in ancient times after seeing the power of the sword which had been cursed by the communist-like king in his dying breath the rebel leader then he buried it deep within the depths of which would become Santo Blake and Danto's house. Santo decided to go digging looking for gold and Found the sword instead the gang saw the gang as something that would go high on the black market and decided to harass Santo

You'll have to be a little more specific. How much does it weight? What materials can it break? Can ti be broken? What is it made of? how big is it and are those chains a part of the weapon? I can't approve weapons by a single picture and a faint description, you're going to have to work harder.

How exactly can it shoot lightning? And I'm afraid curses don't exist in One Piece...
In addition, since the sword is made out of such a durable material, it shouldn't even be possible to shape it like a sword, at all, making it unacceptable. Also, a human-sized sword made entirely out of a durable mineral and weighting this much is kinda unreasonable, it should weight more which would make it pretty much unusable unless you're going to make a giant to go with that, which would in turn make the human-size unreasonable. In other words, that particular material can't work.

Wht about Zoro's cursed sword and I edited

Why must you deal with only one problem at a time? You have yet to explain how does it produce electricity, the weight is still ridiculous (Will your char legitimately be able to swing 250 lbs Like a weapon?) And I guess the curse is ok if it has no effect, my bad on this one.

I changed the material from Black Iron to Seastone and I added an ability allowing it to create shockwaves if stuck into the ground

The Edit button exists for a reason, please refrain from double posting. Creating shockwaves is an unexplained ability, and in most cases it's a skill of the swordsman rather than his weapon, so either explain how it is done or take it off completely. The seastone is ok since there's no rule that forbids it.

Santo slashes/sticks the sword in the ground at a fair distance from the intended target(s), so instead of the fist connecting, it uses the water vapor in the air to release a shock wave that sends them flying.

Then the sword has nothing to do with the creation of the shockwave... it can be done with any weapon so it isn't the sword's special ability and therefore doesn't belong in here
