[b]History: Blake was born on a raft with his poor family,His father was a retired marine office and his mother was a former chef they quit deciding to take care of the kids, he ate fish breakfast, lunch, & dinner with his older brother  Santo whose dream was to be the number 1 swordsmen. At age 2 Blaze had a little brother Danto in honor of Santo. They finally landed in North Blue where they settled in a small hut in a bad neighboorhood.He was a spoiled brat and didn't really have any friends. He was continuously bullied him day after day. One day Santo saw this and decided to stop it dead in its tracks. He told Blaze always fight on the side of justice. He did and stopped the terrible reign of the bullies who bullied him. One day when Blaze was babysitting Danto, an old man who was looking for Santo attacked Blaze, Blaze managed to use household appliances to stop the old man and got a fruit from his jacket pocket and fed it to Danto, not knowing it was a Gomu Gomu Fruit. Santo hung with the wrong group and one time at the age of 8 Blaze had enough of Santo coming home with bruises and others blood, he saw Santo fighting and rushed in he was brutally beaten and before the final hit could be made Santo jumped in and blocked the attack with Crusher, he then handed his brother a weird shaped fruit that looked like a pineapple,he grabbed a fruit and ate it and when the punch hit he turned into  something came over Blaze and he easily defeated the thugs, he fell unconscious and woke up in his bed with Santo next to him & Santo told him what happened. Blaze was sent to hone his skills even farther north for about 4 years and by the time he came back Santo age 15 was gone looking for a pirate crew to join. Blaze continuously saw pirates in the newspaper decided to become one at age fifteen, and at age 17 founded the PK Pirates and left his home up north leaving his new brother who controls the Gomu Gomu fruit age  to defend his family. He commited minor crimes on his way towards being a success so many his bounty got to 1,000,000. Blake later then traveled to the grandline awith his brother Danto and the battled an Anubis Paladin and was easily defeated.  He was found on a mountain by a legendary swordsman and begged the swordsman to train him but was left on the mountain to starve.  Blake then dragged himself out the mountain and meet up with the swordsman and met a pirate named Dorian who agreed to train him and Danto while the swordsman trained Santo.  Blake became a master at the Bare Fist style and traveled to loguetown to assemble a crew.  While in loguetown Blake meet a man searching to take out rookie pirates, Blake fought him but to no avail and was incarcerated along with his crew mates he gathered.  While in prison Blake established himself as the alpha dog and soon planned an escape plan to get out and Blake four a grueling battle with the warden and won barely and as the prison collapsed Blake shielded himself with fire to stop from being crushed.

Personality:Blaze hates unnecessary violence and always fights on the side of justice no matter the circumstances. He taught his bro his belief and was taught by Santo, he is a hothead who has a very short temper and will rush into a fight if he is on his last nerve. He still holds the spoiled side towards him and resorts to using his Devil fruit powers to getting what he wants. Blaze will rush into a fight if someone innocent is involved. He teaches everyone he meets to fight on the side of justice. He is very forgiving and will forgive the wickedest of people. He is as naive as a 5 year old and will fall for the simplest of tricks multiple times

Fire Make: Blake uses his devil fruit ability in order to create a generic flame.  This is the basis for all of his attacks. (Can use this technique without saying the technique name.
Fire Orb: Blake, after using fire make, creates a fire ball and shoots it at a target.
Fire Fist:Blake, after using his fire make technique, uses his fists as molds, and shoots fist shaped projectiles at a target using his fists to aim
Fire Orb Parade: Blake makes several fire orbs that orbit around him, and then shoot at a target with the projectiles.
Fire Fist Parade: Blake, in the same manner as his Fire Fist technique uses his fists to shoot several fist shaped fire projectiles.
Fire Phoenix: Blake uses Fire Make and molds a projectile into the form of a phoenix and then shoots it at a target.
Fire Stream: Blake uses Fire Make and shoots pillars of flames at a certain target.
Fire Phoenix Doble: Blake uses Fire Make and in each individual hand shoots out a phoenix shaped projectile
Fire Coat: Blake uses Fire Make and makes a coat of flames around a body part

Fire Angel Mode Techniques

Fire Angel: Blake using the same principle as Flame coat makes a coat of flames around his whole body and sprouts wings of flames on his shoulder blades and jets flames from his legs in order to replicate flight.
Fire Lance: Blake creates a lance of fire to use in hand to hand combat. It spontaneously combusts into flames when it hits a target.
Fire Arrows: Blake sticks out his palms and generates arrow shaped projectiles at a target that combust on contact.

Fire Titan Mode Techniques
All previous techinques
Fire Titan: Blake generates large amounts of fire and coats himself in it, creating a large fire titan-like coating 15 meters high
Fire Rain: Blake sends many fireballs up into the air and send them raining down on everything in a 15 meter radius.
Arrow Rain: Blake shoots arrow shaped projectiles from the tips of his fingers into the sky and sends them down on anyone in a 15 meter radius.

Gold Ancient Flame :
Gold Ancient Flame: Blake only uses this when his newly developed personality disorder kicks in.  He musters up the body heat his body stores in order to intensify the heat of his new flame techniques, though the drawback is he harms his own body in the process of using this technique.  This flame has a more gold/yellow tint to it.

The name is a clear rip-off, the History and Personality sections are way too short and under-detailed. I believe the picture you've chosen shows a grown-up version of Sabo, Luffy's and Ace's childhood friend, which is forbidden. Haki is not allowed here, and Logias can't let you turn into your element. Also, no justification for bounty in the history. Sorry I'm being brutal, but I really suggest reading the rules before posting your char, good luck next time.

We're improving, but there's still work to do. First, you have to switch Portgaz for something else since it's a canon name. Second, you still haven't switched the picture in your original post, please do that. Third, while your personality is fine now, your history is still a bit lacking. Maybe expand a little on what crimes he performed, or how did he happen across so many devil fruits? Maybe give some information about his parents? You haven't mentioned them like at all. You can't claim it isn't based on Ace yet use his fruit and his last name, that doesn't work like that.

Listen, instead of letting us go through your history again, and again, and again, just go through it one time yourself and edit everything that needs to be edited. Portgaz is still mentioned in there. You haven't explained how the hell did the Gomu Gomu No Mi reached your jacket, and why the hell did you feed it to your brother after successfully defending him, makes no sense in my eyes. Please don't write your history as a list of facts, just put it as a short story. You didn't say what minor crimes did he commit, and please don't mention your parents in an extra section, they deserve to be a part of your history.

I just want you to understand that when I approve your application, I'm in charge of what comes out of it, and right now I definitely don't want my name on it. Instead of hitting the minimum demands, try and edit it once more, put some work into it, and save both you and me some work.

Ok I guess, but why would he eat a fruit while he's being beaten up without knowing it is a devil fruit when he helped Santo? Also, you still haven't deleted all mentions of Portgaz in your history, after I've asked you to do it for about 5 times.
