| Name: Alistair Blake (H) Aspect Names: Basil (P), Caesar (N), Draven (As), Evaster (D), and Francis (An) Age: 21 Bounty: Not Applicable Species: Human Occupation: sharpshooter Allegiance: Marine (Ensign) Home Village/Ocean: Dont have to give village, but must give ocean(North, South, East, West, or Grandline) Appearance Alistair BasilCaesarDravenEvasterFrancisHistory: On the night of Alistair's birth, the seas were rife with turbulence. A violent storm brewed in the skies. A ship with a black flag was tossed about by the cruel hand of the ocean. Aboard this vessel was a woman, screaming in pain; soon she would be Alistair's mother. At the very moment of his birth the sky cleared and the waves halted. Alistair's mother did not survive the night, but Alistair did. Seafarers being superstitious folk, the pirates of that very ship found the circumstances of his birth to be a good omen, and only a fool would kill a good omen. The life of a pirate's bastard son was Alistair's. For six long years Alistair held squatter's rights to an especially grimy cell in the brig. Even as a good omen, he was not afforded any privileges beyond breathing. He did not know much of his life other than his name and that he hated the filthy raiders who toiled and triumphed on the deck above his 'living quarters'. Six years of success is an awful long time for pirates. The band of criminals should have retired to riches and fortune, but like the fools they were, decided to press their luck. A marine patrol boat caught their flagship and engaged in a short battle. Six cannonballs struck the pirates' vessel before they surrendered. Execution came to all of them, and finally Alistair was rescued from his brutish father. The young child was taken in as a refugee by the Marines. He was a responsibility assigned to Lieutenant Dick Taylor, a man who over the course of six months would become Alistair's hero. When Alistair was adopted, he was happy to have a family, but he felt remorse to leave the Lieutenant. Little did young Alistair know he was only adopted because of a clause on the adoption contract; specifically, the host family would receive an unidentified and exotic fruit for taking in the poor orphan. Alistair's new "father" was an arms-dealer, and his "mother" was a merchant. The two married as a business partnership. While Alistair's "Father" would develop advanced weaponry, his mother was able to sell prototypes for a high price. Alistair's "mother" adopted him so she could barter off the signing bonus, and as quickly as the boy ate that signing bonus she disowned him. After Alistair was left on some orphanage's doorstep he realized his "family" never wanted him. All they wanted was the devil fruit he accidentally ate. Personality - Spoiler:
Alistair is a somber man who never seems to show any emotions. What he feels he wears on his face and his face shows almost nothing. He does possess pride, but he is so enveloped in avolition that he never acts on it. His passion is non-existent, his fear is immaterial, his rage has been quieted and he does not indulge his pain. Ultimately, the only reason he ever accomplishes anything is his desire for justice. While he is never angry, he does have a deep-seated distrust of most authority figures and struggles to trust people in general. His restraint makes him seem intelligent, however, he has not had the experiences that would teach him true wisdom. Still, the foundation of brilliance has been laid in his mind. Alistair has a metaphorical storm brewing in his soul which manifests itself in occasional moments of rage, sorrow, and fear (sometimes all at once). He is knowledgeable of the five other aspects within him but rarely addresses them in public. Unlike the other aspects, his soul has the power to force the others into submission. His memory can be spotty, and occasionally he talks to himself. For some reason, he believes he will find tranquility on the open road, not within himself. Basil is a greedy man with high aspirations. He possesses no real remorse for the consequences of his actions, and seeks to better himself with any choice he makes. However lacking his moral fibers may be, the man does have a strong will and the drive to capture the objects of his desire. His greatest goal is to conquer the other aspects, including Alistair, but he lacks power over any of them and is the second weakest of the six "souls". Caesar is a woeful soul who views the world as a glass half-empty. His will is broken and he lacks fire. Still, he is neither helpless nor incompetent, and resents the thought of being pitied. He has a high tolerance for pain even though he claims he is always suffering. He regrets every time he causes someone else to feel pain, but regrets more when he causes himself to feel pain. He is the third strongest aspect inside Alistair, but he has no desire to become the ruling aspect. He secretly thinks of whether or not he is slipping away as the other "souls" power over him increase. Draven is a beast of a man with a hunger for revenge. He views himself as an avenging angel, but he lacks a real moral code and instead acts on whim. He is prone to spitefulness and grudgery, as well as outbursts of blind violence. He does not desire earthly artifacts or feel a want for happiness. The only thing he craves is his anger-high. There is a passionate fire inside him that is fanned by battle; in this way, fighting creates a temporary heaven for him. He wants to take over Alistair, only so his thirst for destruction can be satisfied. Evaster would like to think of himself as a helpless romantic, but perverted is a better description. He enjoys a fine wine as much as the next guy (actually more) and basks in happiness. He is not afraid to suggest the indecent or act a fool for the sake of a good laugh. His goofy nature does not disable him from fighting, however, his inability to be completely serious limits his capacity for aggressiveness in combat. He is content with being the third weakest soul inside Alistair as he does not want to take on the responsibility of ensuring the health of his "host body". Francis is cowardly and timid. He desires peace for the sake of security, and is willing to sacrifice his own happiness to protect himself. He prefers running to fighting and lacks a strong will. Francis's cowardice stems from his realization; he knows he is weak, frail, and stupid. That said, his fears are not completely crippling and can compel him to act for himself. He is the weakest of all six aspects in "soul power", mostly because he is afraid of being responsible for the "host body" but also because he doubts his capabilities as a leader.
