Appearance: Tom is a small boy not taller than 1.30 meters. He seems skinny but because of the metal in his body, he is slightly heavier than one would expect, weighting 60 kilograms. He has dark-blue hair and honey-yellow eyes with only one eyebrow, above his right eye. His mouth is filled with a set of shark-like metal teeth. These teeth are the reason he was nicknamed "Jaws". He wears a pair of military camouflage-colored pants and a plain white T-shirt that is often stained with different machinery fluids. He wears a grey parka with a picture of a shark all over it. the zipper of this parka reaches to the top of the hood, so the wearer can zip his face in, completing a picture of a shark's face on the parka.
History: Tom was born in the Shipwrights island of Water 7. His parents were Shipwrights, like most citizens of Water 7, and were very famous for their dial collection, a rare resource outside of Skypea. The collection was obtained by his grandfather who visited Skypea as a pirate, and stole enough dials to fill his entire ship.
As a son to two Shipwrights, Tom was very interested in machinery and engineering and was very skilled and creative with his inventions, that mostly consisted of upgraded children toys. His most advanced creation was Toothface, his board, that he used for traveling around Water 7. At that time, Toothface was only a skateboard with a breath dial on it's back.
When Tom was 11, his parents finished the blueprints of their finest creation: easy-to-build flying ships. The ship was supposed to allow it's owners to fly using a system of steam motors and Jet dials, thus gaining advantage in battle. The rumor of these blueprints reached the marines, who soon came to Water 7 to buy the Blueprints so they could use them without fearing they will fall to the hands of pirates. Tim's parents believed that they could make much more money out of these blueprints if they built the ships themselves and sold them to both pirates and marines, and refused the marine's offer.
The marines came back a year later, this time with military force, to take the blueprints once and for all. They created chaos and death on their way and captured the 12 years old Tim as a bargaining ticket. Tim's parents gave the marines the blueprints to get their son back alive. Unfortunately for them, the marines weren't idiots. They knew that the shipwrights could make new blueprints and burned them along with their house and lab, leaving the 12 years old Tim an orphan.
Unfortunately for the marines, Tim wasn't a peacelover or an idiot either, and decided to fight back with his knowledge of machinery. He saved a part of the dial collection of his parents from the burning house and used it to modify his board to become a weapon. The rescue of the dials resulted in many dangerous burns to Tim's body and the lose of Tim's teeth. A friend of his parents, who was a mechanic and not a doctor knew only one way to save Tim, turning him into a cyborg.
The new and improved Tim II, as he decided to call his knew body, used his new powers and his modified board to steal his parnet's blueprints back and burning them, thus earning him a bounty.
Personality: Tim has a violent temper. He will fight against marines without mercy for what they did to his family. He tries to act as an adult to make himself look more powerful but his inner childish nature takes over him whenever machines are involved. The simple use of his board or his cyborg body makes him excited, just like a kid playing with his favorite toy. He tries to be serious and professional most of the time because that's what adults do, but inside he's just a 12 years old kid.

[b]Special Abilities: Tim II: Tims' cyborg modifications include a set of sharp metal teeth that replace his old missing teeth, a modified digestive system (To allow his body to operate on juice alone) and modified hands. His hands and arms were damaged from the fire and needed to be modified to keep them operational. His arms look like normal human arms from the outside but their insides are filled with different mechanisms. Most of his damaged muscle tissue was replaced with different pistons and gears that make clicking sounds when his hand move. These gears and pistons give Tim additional strength, making him able to move heavy objects (up to 100 kilos), a feat that is completely impossible to a normal 12 year-old. This strength also makes his punches deadlier, making him able to break bones. He's basically as strong as a well-trained martial artist. His knuckles were replaced as-well and are now made of metal.
Tim's body is powered by juice, such as apple juice or orange juice. He is able to operate for four hours on two litters of juice and only one hour of intense activity (such as fighting, swimming etc) with the same amount. Without juice he becomes much weaker, like a normal 12 year-old with metal arms.
Engineering Knowledge: Tim can be considered a professional in the field of ship building and modifying. Just by looking at a structure he is able to make a mental blueprint of it in his head, quickly analyzing it's weaknesses and strengths. This feat allows him to build very impressive ships and to damage other ships. He has a wide knowledge about his own mechanic modifications and he is able to fix himself when something breaks or jams.
Piloting Skills: Tim is very skilled with piloting his waver, Toothface, having 12 years of experience with building, modifying and riding it. he is able to pull difficult stunts at high speeds with his waver and use it in combat.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Torpedo Punch!: Tim will strike his opponent with his modified hands, dealing bone-shattering damage.
Torpedo Headbut!: This is actually a teeth-but. Tim will hit his opponent with a headbut but will hit him with his metal teeth instead of his head.
Torpedo Combo!: Tim will use Torpedo Punch to send a double-handed fist to his opponent's stomach, making him bend over in pain. Tim will then use Torpedo Headbut to hit his opponent's now-lowered head, sending him to the ground.
Torpedo Slice!: While riding on his waver, Tim will enter a violent spin, using the blade and the Axe dial on his waver to slice his opponent.
Torpedo Zoom!: Simply riding on Toothface, whether it is on ground, in water, or in the air, in various speeds.
Torpedo Flamethrower!:Tim will activate the Flame dial on Toothface, sending a stream of flames.
Torpedo watergun!: Tim will activate the Water dial on Toothface, sending a stream of water.
Weapons/Items: Toothface - The flying waver, A bag that contains tools (Screws, screwdrivers, blueprint sheets etc) and juice bottles for emergency fueling.
Character Flaws: Because of Tim's heavy body and the fact that his legs weren't modified to match his arm, he is quite slow without his waver. He is also barely capable of swimming without it. His swim is very slow and makes him tire quickly.
