Appearance: Normal FormCurter is large even for a fishman. The goblin shark fishman is a tall creature, double in size compared to any other fishmen. Curter's height reaches around 3.80 meters and he weights around 120 kilograms. His body is well built. He has big arm muscles, six packs, a well built chest and very strong legs. On his back, the fishman has a pink colored fin just like the rest of his body.
As for his face, Curter's face is a serious one. On his eyes, his greed and his anger can be seen with ease. The goblin shark fishman has a greedy face that can instantly turn into that of an angry person with a single word. As for his eyes, he has light pink colored eyes that almost look like white. He has a normal nose and a quite big mouth under which he hides his powerful shark teeth. His ears are almost normal as they slightly form an edge on both sides. However, his ears are covered from his not too short but not too long hair. He has curly dark grey hair that reach the bottom of his ears. Finally, another aspect of Curter's face that is never forgotten is his own forehead. Being a goblin shark fishman, he looks a lot like a goblin shark. As a result, his forehead is extended forward and takes the shape of a long horn on a normal forehead. However, that is actually his own forehead.
As for his clothing, that is another big matter that has to be described. Starting from the top of his head, Curter wears a dark brown turban, covering his dark grey hair. On his neck, the goblin shark fishman wears a dark red scarf, covering all of it. His shirt is an opened, brown long sleeved shirt that shows his well built body. As for his pants and his shoes, they are dark brown. On his hands, the fishman wears brown finger less gloves. Finally, the fishman covers the fin on his back with a dark brown mantle.
Also, Curter wears accessories. He wears two gold earrings, one on each ear. His right hand is full of different rings; Starting from his thump, he wears a ruby ring, an emerald ring, a diamond ring, an opal ring and a sapphire ring. All of the rings he has can be seen as the gloves he wears are finger less and only cover his palms.
Finally, what completes Curter's appearance is the tattoo that he has on his forehead. The goblin shark has the jolly roger of his own crew tattooed on his forehead; the tattoo is a normal jolly roger with the skull being bitten. The skull resembles the skulls of the humans, while the bitten part resembles the rage of the shark fishmen which are biting through the human skulls.
Shark-Jackal Hybrid FormIn this form, Curter's appearance slightly changes. The fishman's turban is taken off while his face turns into that of a jackal. The shark teeth still remain and his forehead becomes slightly smaller. Also, the fishman's fin disappears and he gets a speed increase for that. His body is surrounded by black fur and so he is not pink anymore. He still keeps his height and he looks like an over sized jackal that stands on the two back legs with the front two legs being the arms.
Full Jackal Form:In this form, Curter turns completely into a jackal. He can turn into the animal and he looks exactly like it with one difference. As Curter is over sized in his normal form, he also is over sized in his jackal form. As he has twice the size of a normal fishman, in the jackal form he also has twice the size of a normal jackal, making himself look like a ferocious beast. In this form, his turban and his shirt are taken off. As for his rings, they are placed inside his pockets before he transforms.
History: Curter was born in Fishman District. His father was a great white shark fishman while his mother was a hammerhead shark fishwoman. His family's ancestors were all sharks and only shark blood moved through his veins. He was a natural fighter with great strength and potential. Curter was always proud of his family and he called himself a pure-blood, showing great arrogance for his veins.
During his early years, Curter used to stick with his father in the Fishman District. His father would always protect him from other people and especially the pirates that would appear in the district in order to kidnap mermaids or fishmen and sell them as slaves. As he had seen many things, including his father defeating a bunch of evil pirates that were attacking the fishmen of the district, he started developing a hatred for humans. Also, other fishmen from around would speak badly for the humans and that was growing his anger and hatred for any evil humans more and more. In order to pass on the will of his fellow fishmen, Curter had started training as a child to become stronger and punish any humans that were going to attack his home place. However, his target at that time were not the innocent humans. Curter used to believe that there were good humans, too...
One day, though, something was about to make his views change. One day, he left from his house without his father in order to take a stroll around the district. And that was what sealed off his fate. A bunch of human pirates that had just docked on fishman island attacked him and they caught him in order to sell him as a slave. As they were moving him towards their ship, though, Curter's father appeared. The father had a bad feeling when he did not find him at their house and so he started searching for him. A battle had just started... And in the end, Curter saw his father dying right in front of his eyes. This was another factor that resulted in the increase of the fishman's hatred towards humans.
However, these were not the only things that Curter suffered. When the pirates left from Fishman Island, they moved him towards Shabondy Archipelago in order to sell him as a slave. For many days, Curter was bound with iron shackles, injured from the pirates and hungry because they would not even give him any food to eat. Curter was living his worst nightmare and he did not know what to do. At that moment, which he mistakenly thought that it was the worst of his life, he swore that if he escaped he would kill the humans that did this to him...
A few days later, Curter was sold in the Auction House. The man was sold as a slave to a rich noble family and they took him with them. There, Curter lived with them... Shackled by them, he was forced to work for them. During those many years that he was working for them with his shackles, he started getting stronger and stronger. By moving with many iron shackles on his body, Curter developed a surprisingly strong body even for a fishman. However, no matter how much strong he would get, he was unable to break his shackles, no matter how much he tried to do so.
One day, though, something last was about to happen. As a form of sick entertainment, Curter's masters fed him with a Devil Fruit while throwing him in the water. Being a fishman, Curter was able to breath, however he was unable to move. This was something that made Curter go crazy. Except from suffering all those things and being ashamed, he had to suffer a permanent fate. Even if he was a fishman, after he was fed his Devil Fruit he was unable to swim. And that was the greatest of the disgraces for a fishman... In Curter's eyes, those bad humans had just taken him one of the things that made him differ from them... And he could not forget them about this.
A few days later, the humans put him out of the water. However, Curter, who happened to receive knowledge of his powers, transformed into his shark jackal hybrid form, increasing his strength and giving him enough strength to break free from his iron shackles. Afterwards, what happened was something that could not be easily forgotten. The fishman murdered any humans of the noble mansion; the guards, the children, the bosses. To the fishman's eyes, all of them were bad and they deserved to die. The last evil action of the humans had made him surpass his limits of patience and go mad. Because of them, Curter started getting ashamed of himself... And he started forming his dream... To enslave and kill any humans that he would meet.
The following time, while the fishman was returning back to Fishman Island, anything that came across his path was getting destroyed. Any humans that would have the bad luck to encounter him were violently murdered. Some of them were beheaded and some of them had their skulls bitten by Curter's powerful shark jaws. And at the age of 25, Curter finally returned back at his home...
However, what he found inside Fishman District and Fishman Island made him grow even more mad. As he tried to recruit people in the "Holy War" against humans, he also realized that there were many fishmen that were tagging with humans and viewed them as friends. And for Curter that was one of the biggest disgraces for his race. With that, he stopped being ashamed for himself. He was now ashamed of his entire race as he understood that the majority of them had betrayed their ancestors which suffered from humans and worked with them. That made him so evil, to the point that he started viewing himself as a superior being and from that time he did not even hesitate at sacrificing his fellow fishmen. Also, his arrogance led to the development of a greedy personality... And this is how Curter Jaws "of the Fishman District" was developed.
And now, after recruiting a few powerful men under his command, Curter is ready to start his attack and his rampage against the humans and the traitorous fishmen with his first target being a big fish: The fishman that tagged with humans and even became a part of the World Government, Namor Oceanus.
Personality: Curter hates humans to the maximum and wants to kill and enslave as many as possible to have his revenge. He is an extremist to the maximum and no matter if they do something good for him, he will not change his view on them because of the suffering he received because of them, as well as because of the tragic past he had with them as a slave. Also, Curter is very arrogant. He thinks of himself above everybody. In his eyes, there is only him and nobody else. That has led him to believe that the heavens sent him to the fishmen so that he will stop the bad behavior they received, by killing the humans or enslaving them. As a result, he is willing to sacrifice his fellow fishmen to save himself or achieve his goals. That makes him treat his subordinates as pawns; he does not care whether they die or not, as long as they did what they were supposed to do. Even if his subordinates were friends, Curter does not seem to show any sympathy even for his friends (except from the very close ones like the First Mate of his crew). Another aspect of his personality is that he views any fishmen that are on good terms with humans as enemies, as well. That's why he wants to kill Namor Oceanus. By killing him, he will scare off the other fishmen as well to not tag with the humans.
Moreover, Curter is extremely impatient. He cannot wait over anything. He likes ending his battles quickly and he has the strange tendacy to bite the skulls of his victims as he kills them, shattering them to pieces. Whether that is because he likes blood, especially human blood, is unknown to everybody. Also, Curter hates being asked to do things by others. He does whatever he wants, whenever he wants and however he wants. If somebody tries to stop him, he will get irritated and he might try to attack him or even kill him. He claims that he is the boss of himself and nobody else. Something else about Curter is that he can do anything in a battle in order to win. He has no remorse. He is willing to do anything in order to win a battle, including dragging children in them to make his enemies stop the battle. He has no pride and honor over things. The only thing he wants to do is to succeed in his goals and he does not regret about any evil actions he has done. Even on the verge of death, he will still believe in his ideals and will scream them to the public.
Finally, what makes Curter extremely dangerous is that he does not care about his home. Curter has no sympathy for his own home. He is eager to destroy even the Fishman District, the place where he grew up. That means that he can be much more ruthless about any other places he happens to go at. He is a living danger.
Ship: Human Hater
Ship Flag: A normal jolly roger. On the top of the skull there are a few holes that look like they were made from a powerful bite. The skull resembles the skulls of the humans while the holes resemble the bite the skull received from the shark fishman captain.
Devil Fruit: Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Jackal Type: Zoan
Effect: This fruit enables the eater to become a large jackal at will, granting an increase in physical strength, speed, and senses. As a jackal is considered to be a carnivorous subspecies of wolf, the power this fruit grants is well suited for physical combatants, more so than an average Zoan.
In the case of Curter, who is a fishman and his physical powers are 10 times greater than a human's, the fruit has given an immense boost in the stats it is increasing. The carnivorous fruit turns the goblin shark into a shark-jackal hybrid, making him a hybrid of two dangerous animals and multiplying his overall power greatly.
This fruit doesn't seem to have any specific weaknesses, aside from the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.
Special Abilities: -Fishman Power: Being a shark fishman, Curter has termendous strength that matches the strength of ten humans together. That strength can be further increased, thanks to his fruit ability.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): -Shark Grip: Curter grabs his enemies with his big hand and slams them on the ground with great force. This attack's power and speed is greatly increased in his hybrid form and it is called "Shark Jackal's Grip".
-Shark Bite: Curter's usual attack for finishing humans. Using his powerful teeth, he bites his enemies' in an attempt to kill them. This attack's power and speed is greatly increased in his hybrid form and it is called "Shark Jackal's Bite".
-Shark Crush: Curter strikes his enemies from above downwards with his two hands. This attack's power and speed is greatly increased in his hybrid form and it is called "Shark Jackal's Crush".
-Shark Slap: Curter slaps his enemies with his powerful hands on the head. This attack's power and speed is greatly increased in his hybrid form to the point that it can behead a normal human and it is called "Shark Jackal's Slap".
-Shark Knife: Curter uses his great fishman strength to use his hand as if it was a knife. He pierces through his enemies' bodies by using his great strength and his long nails. This attack's power and speed is greatly increased in his hybrid form, it can easily pierce through a human's body and it is called "Shark Jackal's Knife".
-Shark Fin Strike: When Curter is in front of his enemies, he moves the upper part of his body downwards and he strikes his enemies with the shark fin of his back. This attack's power is NOT increased in his hybrid form because the fin gets smaller after the transformation. However, the speed is increased greatly, even more than the speed of the other attacks because except from combining the jackal speed with the attack, Curter's fin is smaller in the hybrid form. In the shark-jackal hybrid form this attack's name is called "Shark Jackal's Fin Strike".
-Shark Frenzy: Curter's ultimate attack. The shark moves in a frenzy with great speed, attacking randomly. He does not see whatever he hits, he just moves around and strikes with great strength and speed. During this attack, he attacks with bites, kicks, punches, slaps and even with his nails to slash his enemies. This attack becomes extremely more dangerous in the hybrid form. Not only Curter's strength and speed are greatly increased, giving great power to the attack but also his carnivorous jackal nature powers him up whenever blood comes out. Also, because of the fact that Curter's senses are also increased in the hybrid form, he has a sense of whatever he is striking. In the hybrid form, this attack is called "Shark Jackal's Frenzy". The frenzy lasts for 3 posts and it can be reused after 5 posts. The user has the option of transforming while in the middle of the attack.

Goals: Kill/Enslave as many humans as possible and any people of other races that tag with them.
