Lecter Kageroza (Moved to NPCs)

Lecter came from a family that was working in Impel Down, 32 years ago. His father's name was Adolph Kageroza and his mother's name was Cecelia Kageroza. The two of them were officers in Impel Down. Adolph was a guard at level 5 and Cecelia was a guard at level 3. While Cecelia was not very strong, she was very fast and while Adolph was not very fast he was very strong. As a result, the two parents raised the child and trained both its speed and strength, making him as strong as a normal officer at the age of 9.

As soon as Lecter became a teenager, he joined the prison as an officer. He started working at the first floor and ther he would guard the weak pirates. However, his talents were quickly aknowledged and so he was sent to the third floor immediately to help his mother at guarding the place. And this happened for around two years... These two years, the boy trained much more with his mother and so his speed started getting greater than his actual strength.

After these two years passed, though, something bad was about to happen. A prisoner from level 6 managed to escape and he started heading to the upper floors in secret. The prison as well as the world was in danger and somebody had to stop that man. Adolph who encountered him on the fifth floor was quickly killed and the prisoner started heading higher and higher. At least that was what the man learned at that time... Some hours later, traps were set at the fourth floor while the officers of the third floor were setting traps at the third floor. However, the prisoner saw through these traps and escaped. He was heading for the third floor!

Upon learning that the prisoner escaped from the fourth floor, Cecelia sent Lecter to the second floor to help the officers set up more traps. As he was there, the man thought of a plan. He would lure the prisoner into a sea-stone net trap while he would be battling the ferocious beasts of the floor. He knew that the beasts would not stand a chance against him but he still knew that they would by some time. Of course, that would happen if the traps on the third floor did not work...

As he predicted, the traps at the third floor did not work. However, the most shocking thing Lecter learned was that his mother was also killed by the prisoner. That caused the rage of the young man who was prepared to stop the prisoner at all costs. As the prisoner appeared on the floor, the beasts attacked him. He was about to slash them down with a sword he stole, however before he could image nets started falling on him from everywhere. From above, from the right, from the left and even from behind, catching him. The prisoner was caught once again and all that happened thanks to Lecter's plans.

Afterwards, the prisoner was immediately sent back to the sixth floor. With his actions, Lecter got a promotion immediately. As a Chief-Guard was killed in the prisoner's rampage and Lecter was the one to think of the plan and risk his life for it, the prison voted for him to get the position of the Chief-Guard. Even the Warden, Lucifer, agreed for him to get the promotion...

At his time as a Chief-Guard, everything was peaceful. A few days after the prisoner who tried to escape was caught, he was found dead and since then Lecter had calmed down. Apparently, he started training more and more to be able and deal with the level six prisoners in case they tried to escape, while he looked up to Lucifer to become a man like him.

One day, though, something else was about to change the "happy" life of the Chief-Guard. The Chief-Guard was called by a prisoner at level 6 to be told something, all in secret. Curious to learn what it was, he went to the floor and he asked with curiosity... And the answer he received shocked him completely. The prisoner who called him said that the escaped prisoner was freed by Lucifer himself in order to kill the officers. Apparently, the officers who were all killed would vote against Lucifer and the man would be kicked out of the prison. Lecter did not believe him... And left. However, he could not understand whether he was right or wrong... He was not sure at all. He definitely lost his trust to the Warden.

Years later, while Lecter was away, the place was infiltrated by the yonkou with the name of Seshomaru. The yonkou freed one level six prisoner and recruited one of his officers for his crew. That was really bad... However, it was not his business. It was Lucifer's business, as Lecter had some days off and he was away.

And now, Lecter is working on his duty as a Chief-Guard, waiting for his chance to get his promotion so that he will be aknowledged for being much better than Lucifer is and surpass him.

Lecter is a calm person who is rarely fighting. He does not like fighting a lot, despite the fact that he possesses incredible strength and trains a lot. Instead, he likes working on a plan in order to catch his enemies. That part of his personality has awarded him with his current position as a Chief-Guard of Impel Down as he managed to catch a very dangerous individual before he escaped. Moreover, he does not like showing his strength to others. Instead, he shows that he is weak, until it is necessary for him to fight. When he is fighting, Lecter is a cruel person who is killing his enemies without a second thought.
At his free time, he likes reading science related books and drawing. When he has time, he is teaching to the other officers how to draw and paint, showing his strangely enough kind hearted nature...

-Extreme Speed: Lecter's primary ability is his extreme speed. He can run extremely fast without performing any techniques. His battling style is based on his speed mostly, rather than his strength. Many of his techniques are in fact made of speed that is converted to strength. Lecter has trained his speed to such a point that it reaches the speed a person has if he gets hit by the Suba-Suba beams that echance somebody's speed dramatically.

-Great Strength: Lecter also possesses great strength. His great strength is usually manifested on his weapon and so he performs attacks with it that are capable of cutting steel. This strength can be echanced by converting his extreme speed to strength to reach super levels, making his attacks able to scratch diamond.

-Tactician: Lecter is also a great tactician. In fact, his great tactician skills are what led him to become a Chief-Guard as he rarely demonstrates his powers even to his friends and colleagues. His skills include trapping the enemies with traps or causing a mistrust between them to the point that they start fighting each other. Whenever he wants to have a prisoner killed, instead of getting his hands dirty he manipulates the prisoners into killing him or her while he watches from afar.

-Naginata Master: Lecter's weapon is a Naginata and he is a master at using it. Examples of its usage include spinning it extremely fast to the point that it starts creating fire that can burn the enemies or moving it extremely fast to launch a rapid air slash towards his enemies. Other moves with it include extremely fast diagonical slashes or rapid piercing attacks with the weapon.

-Adaptability: Lecter's most dangerous ability is his adaptability. By seeing through a technique he can perform it to the point that he can master it after five (5) tries, if he can perform it of course. That is a very dangerous ability indeed.

-Naginata Art #1 - Slash: Lecter manifests his great speed on his weapon, turning it into strength and shiftly slashes his enemies with his Naginata.
-Naginata Art #2 - Cut: Lecter manifests his speed on his weapon, turning into into strength and easily cuts his enemies.
-Naginata Art #3 - Pierce: Lecter manifests his speed on his weapon, turning it into strength and shiftly pierces his enemies with it.
-Naginata Art #4 - Go Mad: Lecter spins his naginata extremely fast, making fire appear around its blade. In this mode, his attacks cause an additional burn. The faster he spins the naginata, the higher the degrees of the fire.
-Naginata Art #5 - Fire: Lecter launches the fire he creates with Naginata Art #4 - Go Mad towards his enemies, burning them.
-Naginata Art #6 - Deflect: Lecter spins his naginata quickly and deflects any attacks that come towards him with the blade of the weapon.
-Naginata Art #7 - Circle: Lecter circulary moves the naginata that is under the Naginata Art #4 - Go Mad mode and launches a ring of fire to his enemies.
-Naginata Art #8 - Flash Steps: Lecter's fastest move. In bullet time, Lecter appears behind the back of his enemies and cuts them with his Naginata. The blood comes out after the technique is finished.
-Naginata Art #9 - Air Blade: Lecter launches an air blade from his naginata towards his enemies.
-Naginata Art #10 - Cheetah: Lecter's most common technique. By manifesting his own strength on his legs, the man gets an increase in his already high speed, dodging attacks. The attack is comparable to Soru, while in fact it does not have any tricks behind it.
-Devil's Art #1 - Suck: Lecter rarely uses this technique. By using the powers of his Devil Fruit weapon, he sucks anything around him to an alternate dimension.
-Devil's Art #2 - Unleash: Lecter throws anything he absorbed out of the alternate dimension. If he has absorbed two many things, this can be a very dangerous attack.
