Tekina is often Wearing a Bikini Underneath Her Marine Jacket. She often feels the need to pull her shoulder length hair back into a Small Ponytail while fighting. When She isn't in her Bikini She is Wearing a Black Tank top underneath her Marine jacket, and Instead of a Bikini bottom she Wears a Pair of Black pants ( Like Black Cage Hina)

History: Tekina Grew Up In a Town with a Very strict marine overseeing the base. Pirates would rarely ever make it off the Docks and Into the Town. Tekina and Her family would Watch as The Pirates were easily taken down by the Marines. The marines would barely get any scratches. While the Pirates would be off to Jail. Tekina Grew up admiring the Marines and Watching them Capture pirates at the Docks over and Over again. She studied how they took the Pirates down, how they held their Katanas. How they Moved.
Tekina Decided On her 15th birthday she wanted a Katana, And Wanted to start Training to become a Marine. It was tough for her family to let her start doing such Dangerous things. But Tekina Did it. She would venture into the Forest and Train against Trees, animals. Anything she could Slice. Everyonce and a While Tekina would encounter something she could not handle like a Pack of Wolves or a Bear and She would have to Run back into town while fighting the animals off and Let the Marines exterminate them.
One day, After a Well known Pirate around these parts docked at the Towns Port, the Marines and Pirates had a Battle. Tekina decided she would Test Her Skills and Ran into the Battle. She ran around for a while Slashing at a Few pirates. But The marines were taking out the majority of them. Tekina Turned when She Heard a Crash as a pile of Crates fell off a Merchant ship on the dock, Things that Could be Replaced. But what she did not know is that a Pirate was advancing on her. and In a Moment she had a cut on her arm that was spewing blood. It wasn't a life threatening cut it was just the worst wound Tekina had ever got . Tekina Screamed as pain ran Up her arm. She Didn't know what to do. She Bolted from the Seen While Holding her Arm. But while She was running she Noticed something Fall From a Pirates coat. A Pirate that was Faring better than all the others. Must be the Captain.
Tekina Stared at this odd Fruit. It was a Pink fruit with swirls all over it. Tekina Had no Idea what to do, so she snatched up the fruit and Ran home.
When she was home her wounds were tended by her Mother and She went into her room. She Leaned her Katana Against her fathers desk in their book room and Looked for a Book about Fruit. The First book that caught her Eye Was a Book on her Fathers desk the cover reading "Devil Fruit encyclopedia" Tekina Opened the Book and Saw Fruits on Pages. Similar Fruits. Just Different Colors, shaped and Designs. Apparently these fruits gave people abilities. Strange. Tekina read that these fruits abilities could either be extremely powerful or completely useless. She hoped it would be Extremely Powerful. Tekina Looked through the Pages and finally found a Picture of a fruit that looked almost exactly like the Fruit she Had. The Mero Mero No mi.
A Love Fruit Tekina thought to her Self. Tekina Decided to eat this fruit. Yeah she stole it. But it was from a Pirate who probably had bad intentions for its power while she would have power to help The marines in the Battle against the Pirates. Tekina Gulped down the fruit, it tasted Horrible but she had to do it.
Tekina was now around the age of sixteen and Has had her powers for about half a Year. While she trained her Swordsman ship, hand To hand Combat and Devil Fruit powers she found out Hand to hand works well with her Devil Fruit's powers. If she Would Use Some of her Power in her Kick Weapons and things would Turn to stone. She had no Idea about people and She didn't want to test it anytime soon. She also Found out her Petrifaction powers worked better when the Enemy desired Tekina. She Sheathed her Katana and Decided to pull it out only when things were Tough. Tekina was training Day and Night,only taking a Break on weekends.
During her time training Tekina moved to random Marine Bases and Asked for Help, at one Marine Base she Met a Captain who Knew Rokushiki and Offered to help teach her, she Trained with him for about two Years and Learned the Rokushiki techniques Soru and Geppo.
Her Training against Pirates and Bandits or other Random Assorted people would Continue for another Five Years, and At the Age of 20 she decided to join the Marines And Serve _______ in the _________Division. She has Currently been working with the Marines for a Year.
Personality: Tekina Is A Very Provocative Girl, She tries to make her enemies think about her Romantically in any way, during battle. Whether its wearing two bikini tops and taking off one Tricking them And Then Turning them to stone, or If its just Strutting around on Ship then Turning them To Stone. Tekina Often Tries to have fun while on board. She doesn't like Boring things. So She has To have Something fun to do while on the ship. If she doesn't have any orders from a Superior she will often lay on a Deck chair and sun tan waiting for something Interesting. Tekina Just Wants to have fun.

effect: The major strength of the fruit is that the user is able to transform those who lust after the user into stone in varying degrees by using their "dirty thoughts". Victims that have been completely turned to stone are incapable of consciousness and susceptible to physical damage unless the user de-petrifies them. Petrification can also be achieved through physically striking an opponent, although the only area that is turned to stone is the contacted area, as opposed to the entire body. Inanimate objects are also susceptible to the fruit's power.
While the fruit's powers, specifically the aforementioned technique, use the focused lust of a user's victim to fuel the petrification, if the intended targets have no lust towards the user, then the powers are nullified. This can be achieved either by being distracted by other emotions, such as pain and fear, or by simply lacking lust to begin with. Apparently, once the petrification takes effect, the victim(s) experience a state of suspended animation where their subjective sense of time is completely halted by the fruit's power, effectively making it look to them as though time itself has stopped from the victim's point of perspective, and will last this way until The user chooses to relinquish their petrified states.
The User can attack in hand-to-hand combat; her Devil Fruit gives her the ability to turn anything she strikes to stone, and also does not need the victim to lust after her. This allows her to take down opponents that possess little to no thought.
Special Abilities: Hand To Hand Combat Specialist, First Sword Style.

Mero Mero Beam-The Most basic Technique of this devil fruit., she forms a heart shape with her hands and launch a beam of the shape. Anyone with "dirty thoughts" (lust) hit by this beam will be turned into a stone statue. The beam's effect can be blocked if the target doesn't have any lust for Hancock, either by focusing on other emotions (as Momonga) or simply being ignorant (as Luffy). This attack seems not to kill targets, but rather put them in a form of stasis, Any affected persons' body can be destroyed, due to the fact that it is stone. If the affected person is moving while this attack takes affect they will be moving when released.
Rebirth: The User blows a kiss at a person or people previously turned to stone by Mero Mero Mellow-or Merrow-, which causes small hearts that wash over them and restore them to their normal state.
Stone Arrow: The User breathes in deeply and kisses out a heart; similar to her Pistol Kiss, but much bigger. She then pulls the heart back with a hand and, with a pop like that of a bubble, hundreds of arrows (all of them tipped and fletched with a stylized heart design) are fired and barrage her opponent(s) before petrifying them; the sheer number of arrows unleashed makes this move particularly difficult to evade. This technique not only petrifies anyone and anything that it hits, but somehow manages to freeze them in place, regardless of whether or not they were in motion or not, to the extent that she could maybe even stop cannonballs in their tracks.
Love Gun : The User is able to use a projectile-like move by blowing a kiss, creating a heart-shaped bullet to fire at her victim by aiming it with her index finger. A Smaller Version of Stone Arrow.
Fighting Stand- The User does a handstand and spins around in order to deliver a series of kicks. Anything she hits, including inanimate objects like swords and animate objects such as people, instantly turn into stone and, in turn, break from the sheer force of her kicks. ( Only the Area Kicked Turns To Stone)
Stone Fighting: Kicking or Punching The Mero Mero Fruit Will Petrify the area attacked. And Only the Area attacked. (Or Weapons)
( First Sword) Quick Slash technique: A Technique Combining The uses of First Sword Quick drawing and Blinding Speed.. Making the overall speed of the attack FAST. A Quick Slash and re-Sheath technique.
