Crew History: The Black Paw Alliance was established by Solaris Cherokee, a former ciphor pol agent, who was disgusted by the war of atlantis. In an attempt to quit the government, They placed a bounty on her head. Solaris couldn't return to a normal life, so she established a secret order designed to overthrow the government.
