Crew Goals: The crews main goal is to solve crimes committed by revolutionaries and civilians, then apprehend the men responsible. Although now that the rush for one piece has begun, if a particular pirate or crew is causing trouble, this crew may be used to apprehend them.
Crew History: Soon after the marines where established, separate departments where created by the World Government in the Marines to insure specialized jobs. One of these was the DoC&RC. They’re main duty is to fight revolutionaries, threatening gangs, civilians and other things that aren’t of the pirate nature. They were also made to investigate unsolved crimes and apprehend the man or women responsible. However, after the execution of Gol D Roger and the frantic search of one piece, the department began to get a few missions that a normal marine crew would get, however the majority of the crew still sticks to their original responsibility. Recently, Rear Admiral Monroe Avery took over the crew and wiped the slate clean, hoping to hand pick his crew members.
