Physical: Fairly tall, not very muscular looking though. Lack of muscle makes him look skinny, but he has fairly broad shoulders. He has a soul patch (a small beird below the lower lip that doesn’t pass the chin) but is otherwise cleanly shaven. His face is handsome and he is always well bathed and clean. He has a tattoo on his jaw on the left side of a small square of 5 diagonal stripes and 2 triangles. One stripe goes from one corner of the square to the other, the triangles make up the two other corners. The square is not outlined. ( `///. ) Looks kind of like that. It is also on his pirate flag.
Clothes: Captain Stripe wears a green hat with a downward pointing rim (known as a bucket hat). This partially covers his eyes. He also wears a black button down long sleeve shirt that has vertical purple lines on it (about 3/4 inch wide each). He wears black khakis and black dress shoes. Captain Stripe is always wearing white gloves. He carries his Stripe Sword on his hip.
History: Vlenny and Klenny (Captain Cog and Captain Stripe) were born as twins to an extremely rich merchant, Mr. Sarball, and a girl he met in a bar once. When the girl had the twins she found the merchant and demanded he care for them. He refused to take them both however, and only took in Klenny (Captain Stripe). Captain Stripe lived in a big house with all the luxuries in the world. He accompanied his father to parties an meeting and learned the business of a merchant, and how to be a gentleman. However when he was at home he often built stuff, inventing little trinkets with the materials he could find around the house. When he was old enough he followed his fathers footsteps and entered the merchant business.
He ordered a boat from a custom shipwright, his brother. They did not know they were brothers but hit it off well and became good friends while Captain Cog finished the ship. Captain Stripe was starting his own merchant business and invited Captain Cog to work as his shipwright. Wanting to see the world Captain Cog joined him and they started their travels together, unaware of their blood relationship.
The Sarball Merchant Co. rose in the merchant ranks, but Captain Stripe was still naïve in the ways of business. He got caught up in a trading deal with a powerful gang of pirates without realizing they were pirates. Eventually the Marines cracked down on the pirate gang, but they labeled The Sarball Merchant Co. as pirates for transporting good for pirates. Captains Cog and Captain Stripe escaped capture by seeking refuge with Captain Stripe’s dad. When he saw Captain Cog he immediately recognized him and told the two of their relation.
By that time Captain Cog had been recognized as Captain Stripe’s right hand man and the two got bounties of 30,000 put on their heads. Captain Cog convinced Captain Stripe to give up the merchant business and simply become pirates. After much persuasion, he gave in and they started their own pirate crew, assuming the names Captain Cog and Captain Stripe.
Personality: Captain Stripe is the epitome of a gentleman. He always acts with proper manners, dresses well, and is well bathed. He loves fine wine and well prepared meals. He always tries to use proper grammar and specific words. He avoids offending others at any cost, unless that is his intention. He likes to talk about recent news or his recent developments. Under his gentleman façade he has a very inventive mind like his brother. However he invents by carefully thinking through an inventions components and how they can be fully utilized. He approaches his work with an inventor’s eye. This way of thinking carries over into his fighting style.
Ship: Rending Ryan, a large galley style ship. The ship has deployable paddle wheels on either side. These double its speed and allow for turning in place. The ship has cannon on each side in the center of the wheel. These shoot rotating gears that cut through ships. The ship also has a large gear on an arm at the front of the boat. This can be used like a saw to cut other boats and it can be rotated to cut either vertically or horizontally. This can cut masts down or rend large holes in the side of a ship. The gear saw and paddlewheels are powered by coconuts. The ship has 3 palm trees on the back that produce a massive amount of coconuts, however they don’t make enough for daily uses of the ships accessories, and so additional coconuts are harvested from islands.
Ship Flag: The flag has a square of 5 diagonal lines with two triangles just like Captains Stripes tattoo. On this is a grey gear with 8 teeth. This surrounds a skull with only and upper jaw. The skull has two black octagon eyes surrounded by a grey 8-toothed gear. 9 lines come down from the top of the skulls head and point towards the eyes. It also has a grey triangle nose.

Learned Techniques: All Attacks used with Stripe Fan
Stripe Cut: 5 cut marks are made in the opponents flesh. They aren’t deep but they are usually angled to take away strips of flesh.
Stripe Pierce: 5 holes are punctured into the opponent’s skin. They are not wide, but are fairly deep.
Stripe Rend: 7 consecutive slashes are made in pattern of stripes on the flag. This covers the opponent’s body in parallel cuts, turning the affected area into flaps of bloody skin.

Weapon Name: Stripe Sword
Description: This is a thin flexible sword. It is extremely sharp, but not very durable. It can bend on the flat part but not the sharp part (so it’s like a thin piece of metal, when shaking it up and down it will bend when the flat end is facing up and down, but now when the thin end is). The sword is 2 feet long. It has a pointed end and is double edged. When the guard it pushed forward, the sword splits into 5 strips that are thinner than, but just as sharp as, the original sword. These attach to the users fingers and create a fan of sorts that can flay opponents.
