Ryan standing behind Anubis his eyes huge and widened with shock and excitement all his years at the side of Anubis he never saw this display of power from his brother, thinking to himself Ryan was more concerned now * Anubis you idiot showing off at a time like this can your body really handle this much strain in it's weakened condition* Ryan now steppe forward he was quiet the entire time but now it's was time to make his move " Anubis I believe it's time I enter the battle and turn the favor to our side" Ryan stood ready and awaited for Anubis's orders

Darnel
Darnel sighed "You got to be kidding me. I was hoping for a break." He was taken back when Mauns charged toward him. His seastone shoes were a big problem. Those nullified his devil fruit powers, and plus hurt really bad in his human form. When Manus jumped in the air ready to kick in the face Darnel turned his head and his neck into a snake. He dodged Manus's attack by turning his neck to the right. Darnel carefully attempted to wrap his neck around Manus's leg avoiding the seastone. He would then bite Manus's leg injecting him with cobra venom.

Maria
Sister maria saw the ice forming in the river as it grew expotentially toward her. The ice crystals began spreading all over the place. Maria used geppo to kick herself out of the water surface before she froze into the river. Maria leaped and landed on the ice surface wielding her scythe. The seastone of the weapon gave her an advantage. She ran toward Clearwater in a fast sprint(not soru) swinging her scythe vertically from right to left hoping to cut her waist in half.

Delia swiftly avoided being cut in half when the woman started to swing her scythe by doing a back flip and landing a bit more away from Maria. "I felt weak after being near it enough...seastone weapon then?" she asked in slight amusement as she took out her sword, the only thing that would keep her safe and away from the other's scythe.

Barius meanwhile kept on going, lucky that the other hadn't noticed him yet as he kept it quiet and stealthy.

Alurbana
After following Prince Mashidi to Alurbana Ashley used
"Geppo!" Jumping off the air itself Ashley repeated the technic's until Jumped onto the roof of the palace.

With a good bird's eye view she scanned the area with Sharpfang in hand.
"Sharpfang! Use Triple Bow String Style!" Adding another string Sharpfang's bow mode now had three metal strings to fire arrows from.

Ashley decided it would be easier to attack any eniemies outside the palace and pervent them from getting too close.

Anubis nodded as Desiree dissapeared "Do not die.... return to me soon........" and then heard Ryans words and sighed , at least he wasnt coughing violently, but he was breathing heavily. Anubis took a deep breath and then finally responded "What did i say? Im not too weak to handle this, but i need you all to understand your roles and follow into battle like you have always done..... dont worry, all this is to your benefit.... Ryan, there is another issue, it would seem the main force has retreated to Alurbana, this means we have to march into the desert and head straight to Palace...... this will not be easy, these marines are holding us back here as well..... ill need you to send a message to our enemies here, tell them to retreat, or they will die.... we cant be held up here at the shore forever!!" Anubis coughed as he stood still. It was too bad he couldnt move, if he could, he would have patted Ryan across the back.

[[The shore]]
Best was coordinating forces from the Grim Death, as the pirates were pushing the army back slowly but surely. "Where is Hibiki? Tell him to clean up all marines and forces on the shore, we need to claim the beach soon.,.. anubis sama has already set HQ 2 in motion!!!"
Knight Jr was sniping enemies from the mast "I dont know.. HEY HIBIKI??? WE NEED A STATUS REPORT!!!"

Desirée shivered as she heard his last words against her back. "Of course I will not die, Corazón ... I shall return and await your punishment for my naughty behavior ..." She grinned a little too widely as she considered the possibilities, not really entertaining the notion that his idea of punishment was likely very different than the scenarios she was imagining ... over and over again.

As she departed, the good mood that his presence tempered in her had run its course. Her serpentine visage glowed with complete fury as she wrapped her mind around the fact that a creature could be so bloody cowardly as to have the absolute audacity to attack a foe that is both unhealthy and unable to defend himself. Anyone willing to accept a victory under such unimaginably dishonorable circumstances was unworthy of a good fight in the open. Such a creature deserves the cryptic vengeance of a shadow-shrouded ambush. She planned to drink the blood of this creature herself so it would never have the opportunity to stain and tarnish the pure sands of the city with the essence of the cowardly veins that circulated it.

Her lithe frame slipped through Ryan's slim shadow as her green eyes regarded him with a cold but somewhat respectful detachment. "Be vigilant. I shall gather intelligence on the threat. If this twisted bastard sees no dishonor in attacking a sick and immobile target then there is no shame in reconnaissance and cloaked attacks. It is less than he deserves and the taste of his treacherous blood will bring me great pleasure. Let no one cross you. No one shall be allowed to harm my Sand-Snuggle -- er Anubis-sama. You ... you heard nothing."

She returned to the shadow and passed into the next shadow guarding the entrance to the clearing where Anubis stood. No one could slip past her and she awaiting her prey with a venomous ambush.

MAXULUS (SHORE)

Maxulus was looking at Izlend who seemed to be back and ready to strike him. Apparently, the young marine was attempting to take Maxulus on. The 4th Division Commander could not see why he would do that. Did he really have a plan to defeat him or was he just a fool who thought that he could take the commander of the Anubis Pirates on without losing? In Maxulus' eyes, it was probably the second. Even if Izlend seemed to be a capable fighter of the marines, Maxulus believed that he could do nothing against him because of the fact that he lacked the experience that he had. Maxulus had some quite great achievements under his belt... After he learned about the betrayal he received from the World Government, he had battles in the Shabondy Archipelago with Martello and Mary Young, with the former Shichibukai Roberto D. Wally and with Sir. Zero of the World Government in Enies Lobby. Those battles against those capable combatants made him become very experienced at fighting and also quite stubborn. He would never let himself lose to a marine who seemed to have a low rank...

Seeing the man pointing his rifle towards him, Maxulus realized that he was about to shoot. As a result, before Izlend pulled the trigger of his rifle, the Anubis Pirate jumped out of the attack's way and he dodged the attack. However, as he dodged, he noticed that Izlend was near him and he was about to slash him with a sword... Maxulus smiled and he prepared to act.

While keeping a smile on his face, Maxulus looked at the young man who was attempting to cut him. He said "Haha... Nice. You are a good strategist in battles... You shall have a nice future. However, this is the end of your way for now. You know that I can dodge this, right? Umbrella... Expand.". When the pirate finished his words, something that Izlend probably did not expect happened. The body parts of Maxulus, up to his atoms opened, just like umbrellas. Each part of his body opened and Maxulus got a great boost in size, over-sizing Izlend greatly and having greater strength. The sword attack that was aiming to slash him at the midsection just passed through the air. Apparently, Maxulus' sized changed greatly, to the point that the part where his midsection was before, was now the gap between his two legs.

"Nice, huh?" Maxulus said with a smile on his face, as he swiftly raised his foot and attempted to stop Izlend in order to damage him and defeat him. Maxulus had taken a liking at the man... He liked the way he behaved and the fact that he was quite smart... He did not want to kill him in no way, he just wanted to stop him and watch at the occurring events.

Clyde was back in the water, making sure all Anubis ships remained at order with his crew scattered around them. The battle seemed to drift away from the shore, which meant it was time for the fishman division to secure it. "Guys! Take control of the shore, NOW!" Clyde ordered his three division members. At the same moment, a huge giant-sized figure rose to shore, carrying two human-sized figures on it's shoulders. "Yes Clyde-sama" Kelp answered, making several enemies back away in fear from his sheer size as a whale fishman. Ro and Ran jumped down from his shoulders, baring their Piranha teeth. "Whoever takes more scum wins" Ro called to his brother. "Deal" Ran answered, and they both stormed forward.

Clyde rose to shore after his three crew mates, spotting Maxulus fighting against a marine. That wasn't supposed to be, Maxulus was needed at the front. "Stop!" Clyde ordered at the pair, moving towards them. He took a position between the two. "Maxulus, go and join the others, the shore is my territory as of now" Clyde said, placing his eyes on Izeland, "I'll take care of the marines".

Some where in Alabasta's Desert Plain - Gideon

Gideon landed some where off shore. Since Gideon had defied his weight when the Sand tornado hit. He flew a much farther distance then everyone else did. Although physically, he was completely fine. Gideon looked around to see if anyone else was around. No one was to be found. Gideon sighed and took both his hands out his pockets. He crossed his arms and then thought, "Its the Desert..why do I have shade?". Gideon then looked up to see a huge building like creation.

"...Well that's interesting..."

Gideon then held his foot up and fired off a Gideon beam from his leg. Blowing a moderately big hole in the building. He then used Light Jump to soar straight into the building. When he reached the building, he landed and looked around. It was like a over grown sand castle. This was clearly the work of Anbuis. Gideon then began taking a peek inside the building.

In the Maze - Spencer's Side

Spencer and his men had been walking for about 25 minutes now. This was horrible. Not only was it hotter then outside, it was humid. Spencer and his men felt like they were going to pass out. Spencer, weirdly, didn't feel tired. He felt as if he had a boost of strength and stamina. He also had the craving for some fruit again. A banana to be exact. This was weird because he never really favored banana's as a child. Spencer then saw a glimmering light from down the tunnel. IT WAS A HOLE! THEY FOUND A WAY OUT! Spencer then rushed towards the hole and began to phone in Payne.

Spencer:"Vice-Admiral Major Payne! We have found a way out the building! We are going to exit and set up Camp on the outskirts! Mission CompleeEEEEE..."

Before Spencer could finish, he saw through the hole. IT WAS A 50 FOOT DROP! Spencer then hung up on Payne and looked down. No one could survive that drop dead on. Not even Payne! Spencer then turned around and looked at all his men who were all standing extremely far behind him.

Spencer:"YOU COWARDS!..Fine...looks like...I'll....have to jump..."

Swallowing his fear. Spencer walked backwards and ran towards the hole. At that, his entire body changed into something that no one saw coming. He turned into a Monkey Hybrid! Yes! Spencer had accidentally eaten a Devil Fruit! But when? It must have been in the Market earlier. Falling to his supposed death, just before he hit the ground, he fell on something that felt soft. Soft yet hard. It was human.

Where others would have seen strength, Izlend seen openings and weaknesses opening up. Acting purely on instinct, the boy began to act. Izlend had expected Maxulus to counter his attack, but not in such a way as that. However he had prepared to count an attack none the less. With his foot dug into the sand, Izlend kicked off leaping out of the way of the incoming stomp. With his massive foot up in the air, Maxulus would have been slightly off balance. With one fluid movement Izlend leaped towards the newly giants second leg and slashed at his achilles tendon.

Even if the slash fail to strike Maxulus, Izlend gripped his rifle once more. Spinning around on the ground he squeezed the trigger. The rifle was pointed upwards. It was aimed for the Maxulus' groin. Maxulus certainly was strong, stronger than Izlend 1000 times over. However his size was just as much a disadvantage as it was an advantage. As long as Izlend was able to avoid his attacks, he could continue to chip away at the mountain like man.

"I wont ever give up; NEVER!" Izlend yelled.

[Derge Sr.]

The Vice Admiral's speed proved to be a great advantage in the maze. He made quick work the structure. Soon Derge Sr. had gotten close to Anubis' location. He could hear a faint whisper of someone speaking a few walls over. It wasn't anything he could make out, but it did provide him with some information. Anubis wasn't alone. At least two people were around him; a male and a female.

Knowing what kind of power the Anubis pirates possessed, Derge Sr. wasn't excited to fight two of them at once while attempting to kill their captain. Having to battle against three members of the legendary crew may prove to much. However Derge Sr. continued down the path the maze provided. Even of it cost him his life, he was going to kill Anubis. He wasn't about to let the likes of Anubis take an entire country under his control. Derge Sr. had one shot, one shot to release a tremendous power he had within. Would the mighty Vice Admiral be able to finish everything in one go?

[Johnathan]

The giant raged when the vice admiral shot out of the water. He had used John like a toy used by a small child. Diving under the water the giant sped towards the shore with a great speed. The water separated creating a large wave on either side as he moved towards the shore. However by the time he had arrived the sand tornado and the city of sand had already been complete. With the city of sand so high up the giant had no way to get to it. So instead he began to attack the soldiers on the ground. With every mighty slam of his hammer, many soldiers were destroyed. "Ah a girly with arrows." Johnathan said seeing Ashley.

MAXULUS (SHORE)

"Oh, hello Clyde." Maxulus said as he smiled. Apparently, Izlend believed that he had an advantage over Maxulus because of the change in the size. However, he did not know one thing. Maxulus was able to easily close his body parts and revert back to his normal form, as easily as he could open them. That was the deadly part of the Umbrella Expand ability. Maxulus could fool his enemies into believing that they got him because of his increased size, while in fact, he could easily revert back to his normal form to dodge attack. As a result, when the boy moved his rifle towards him, Maxulus instantly reverted back at his normal form and the bullet missed its target, as the big sized man had just turned back to his small normal form, dodging the attack without making any great movements at all. The bullet passed next to him as he reverted back to his human form and he stared at Izlend with the same smile on his face that he had when he dodged his attack.

"Well, well..." he said as he looked towards him. "You tried some good stuff against me. You are strong, I admit that. You just lack the experience that I have...". Then, he raised his hand forward. He pointed towards Izlend and he said "Umbrella Missile!" as his arm got detached from the rest of his body and it started moving towards Izlend with great speed like a homing missile. Umbrella Missile was a deadly attack by its nature. However, what made it more deadly was the fact that Maxulus' strength was dramatically increased from the energy he absorbed from the explosion and he was aiming to unleash a great part of his absorbed energy on Izlend in order to OHKO him. Would his attack work on the young marine, or not?

"I'm leaving as soon as I get my arm back..." Maxulus said with a calm look on his face to Clyde and he moved his hand towards Izlend in an attempt to finish the battle.

At last she found her target and flickered along the shadows of the adjacent wall, whispering in an eerie tone. "Cowardly officer of the seas ... marching forth to slaughter a defenseless creature ... is this what the world government calls honor? ... or is this your own pathetic standard ... only fighting in conflicts you cannot lose because your opponent is immobilized. Do you fancy a good battle with statues as well? They will not perry your attacks, but I assure you..."
She emerges from a shadow near Derge's head to whisper, lips almost touching his ear in a raspy and sultry tone. "... I will."
She disappears again, harmlessly into the shadow, in silence slipping and merging with the shadow of a perpendicular wall and slithering along it length before disappearing again in silence. She enjoyed hunting a little more than she'd like to admit and this creature's blood was ripe for the drinking.

It seemed no matter what he tried, it just wasn't enough. Nothing he could do would hit the man. It was like he was trying to hit a mountain, but every time he took a swing, an earthquake would move it. He couldn't chip away the mountain, if he could hit it. At this point, Izlend realized there was utterly nothing he could do to slow Maxulus down little lone stop him. The sun scorched down upon Izlend as Maxulus reverted back into his normal form. Izlend just dropped to his knees when both of his attacks were dodged. It was the same feeling a three year old got when they try to attack their parents with a toy sword. They would dodge it without even trying and continue on like nothing had ever happened.

"Damn you, I can't do anything....damnit..." Izlend muttered pounding the hot sand with his fists.

However this was the least of his worries, as Maxulus was now on the offensive. Leaping to his feet, Izlend clutched his sword ready to block. Izlend could barely see the missile coming; it was moving so fast. With a powerful slash, Izlend's saber clashed with the Umbrella missile. An explosion roared from the missile causing Izlend's sword to break. The shrapnel and the top half of the sword buried it's self inside the young marine's chest. Fire and shockwaves engulfed the boy burning and tearing him apart. His shirt was shredded, and then scorched into nothingness; as was the skin under the shirt. From inside the explosion, Izlend was sent flying through the air. The sand parted as his body skid along rolling over and over. Every-time he rolled over his chest the sword was driven deeper. What would happen to the young marine, would anyone come to help him?

[Derge Sr.]

As Derge Sr. moved along the path, someone spoke. Slowing down to a slow walk, the vice admiral kept his guard up. A woman appeared and disappeared into and from shadows. It was much like the ability of Luke, from the Steel Village. Derge Sr. had seen the ability once before thanks to this fact. She spoke cryptic warnings and called him a coward fro hunting something weak and immobile. Derge Sr. knew this only meant one thing; Anubis weakened. Creating the city or maybe even the upkeep of the city kept the great pirate down, and unable to battle. This interested Derge Sr., for you only get a chance like this every-once in a while.

"Wench, you just gave me the best news of the day. I don't have to worry about fighting Anubis, all I have to do is waltz in and cut the bastards throat." Derge Sr. said with a grin on his face. "You know, after I kill you. I think I'm going to use your bones to kill him. Now should I bash him to death with a leg bone, or should I stab him with a sharpened finger? Gahahaha!" the marine cackled continuing to walk forward.

As Hibiki was up in the air he saw a sand fortress materialize before his eyes and start floating after Anubis said Shangri La. That was probably the name of the attack. Most of the people that were flying in the air landed in the Shangri La, but Hibiki and his two crewmates landed in the ice.

He awaited there, trying to wake up Frolt who was stilled passed out, without much succes. Suddenly he heard Best and Knight Jr talking about him having to clear the shore. Hibiki said as he sent a long sound wave to Knight Jr and Best so they could hear him at long distance.: "The Forces are about to fall, just watch me."

Hibiki made a sign to Rem to come with him.-"Rem wait for me to send my sound crushing wave and then you crush them with a candy wave, and leave them stuck in it.

Hibiki and Rem stood at the end of the ice path, almost in the shore. He wasnt worried by the forces attacking him. He raised both his arms and a wall of sound raised behind him and Rem. It was huge, the biggest he had ever made. Then as he brought down his arms crossing them at his sides of his hips having the Uproar Staff in the right hand he said:

"Sound Crashing Wave." -it looked like an authentic ocean wave, it was huge and it would crush all the marines that were in the shore, and the power of the vibrations and explosion could hurt internal organs. Almost immediatly after that Rem repeated Hibiki's movement and sent an almost as big wave of liquid candy that would solidify after it hit.

She felt her anger swelling and closing round her throat but she pushed it away and cleared her mind. She was perfectly aware that this fellow intended to ruffle her feathers and breach a rage that would cause her to behave irrationally and sloppily. She would not be emotionally manipulated by a coward. Her shadow jumping resumed as her voiced echoed from wall to wall
"Perhaps it is true or perhaps I bear false seeds; either way you have admitted you your cowardice and dishonorable tendencies. Do not trust what you cannot see. I have surveyed your character to attain which style of combat you have earned. You have chosen the lowliest of sorts to match your wretched character. For your sake, marine, you better hope you do succeed in killing me ... I will not rest so long as you are a threat to my prince. So long as I breath I will never stop hunting you. This land is outside of your jurisdiction; you're in my yard now and I do not play by your rules."

-Nameless Combatant-

The whistling man turned a few corners, finally finding his target talking with someone else. How curious... was he the target of someone else? Well, it made sense really. What with this place being a total warzone between the Anubis Pirates and their allies and the Marines, it was inevitable for someone else to be after the same target as him. While he didn't like the idea of a two on one battle, it simply wasn't very intelligent to leave this man to be fought with one opponent after another. Two people fared better odds than one, of course. However, as the man listened to the two soon to be combatants talking, he noticed something very strange about his target's speech.

"Oh, come now! You can't be serious!" the man called out, both of his hands leaving his waist area to reach for his forehead. "It is such very bad form to say such things to a lady, you know." He took his goggles and affixed them over his eyes, the amber slats making the environment look a bit more dimmed in color from before. "And if I understand right, you're going after an immobile target! Do you have no shame?" The man placed his hand on his sword's handle, preparing to do battle. "I'm afraid I really can't let you do that, or let you harm a woman in such a brutal manner. It's time for you to receive your appropriate punishment, Derge Sr. Oh, what am I saying? You don't even know my name."

"The name's Sven." Sven chuckled as he loosened his sword in its scabbard. "I'm afraid I don't quite fight fair." He drew his sword from its sheath, flipping it to bring it crashing down and shattering the coating on the blade. He then turned the blade again and swung it upwards, sending shards of obsidian at Derge Sr. in small, fragmented chunks.

-Manus-

Manus was surprised that Darnel has quite the speed and agility necessary to catch him in midair, let alone wrap around his leg so deftly. He felt Darnel's fangs sinking into his leg, causing him to gasp out in shock and pain. Manus fell down, getting into a handstand by landing with his arms sticking out. He braced himself, and then kicked as hard as he could with the leg Darnel was attached to. His goal was to either smash Darnel into the ground, or at least dislodge the bastard Marine from his leg.

(Ashley!Alurbana Palace Roof top's)
Still on top of her game in search of Anubis Pirates trying to Enter the City Of Alurbana Ashley spoke in a soothing tone to Sharfang trying to get to to loosen up for maximum pulling power.

"Sharpy this is it! No one will enter this Palace and harm the Prince not while im still breathing!"

Sharpfang nodded hissed his agree ment as he too watched the horizon.
"I Might have to force you to drink this bad stuff Sharpfang but I hope you understand it's necessary if where gonna make it out of this alive."

Ashley eyed her container of Nitroglycerin By Having Sharpfang drink it she would embune his arrow with Explosive powers however she didnt want to risk Sharpfangs life unless it was absolutely necessary.

Ryan felt the vibration and heard the explosion from somewhere near in Anubis's citadel he knew a person of normal strength and power couldn't have damaged the walls of the citadel so easily and he didn't want to risk anyone getting to close to Anubis at this critical point " Anubis it seems someone extremely powerful is about to enter the citadel, I'm going to go check it out I'll be back soon" Ryan quickly left the room without even looking back he was determined to stop this threat before it even started.

Not long Ryan walked up to a huge hole in the citadel an could see bright light coming towards the hole Ryan didn't move but only stood there looking to see a man jump of threw the hole a man he never saw before but could tell right off the bat he was no push over, he watch the man peek around the citadel for a moment and then he spoke " I hope you know what your doing because this isn't gonna be something your going to walk a way from new comer" Ryan said holding to he swords....

Under Anbuis's Sand Castle

Felicia threw Spencer off her and slowly began to stand up. It felt like a sack of bricks was dropped on her. When she looked over at Spencer, she saw a huge monkey.

Felicia:"You over grown primate! I should send you flying!"

Spencer:"H...H...Hault...your assaulting a Navy Officer!"

Inside the Alurbana Palace

"Your guard's are extremely ill trained miss...Say..who is in charge here? I must speak with them.."

Payne, already fighting his way through the waves of guards who thought he was a foe. Made it inside the palace and approached the roof top.

Her round of shadows always allows her to return to Anubis to ensure his safety. Not another voice was added and she observed the one called Sven. His words reignited her anger over the reckless ramblings of the approaching marine. "You don't even know my name...." Sven had said to the marine ... he really didn't bloody know anyone's name. She roared from an adjacent shadow in a place that allowed her to block the path to the very nearby Anubis.

"WHAT did you call me, Marine?! A WENCH am I? I do not know my name, my face, my identity, or why I even trouble myself to protect this man and yet you still feel as though you can presume the baseless accusation that I exist as some sort of skin slave. I expect nothing less from the world government; action based upon ignorance to justify doing as the please not matter how much of the world they destroy.
Since it no long matters, I'll tell you who I am, Marine. I no longer care to hide. I am Amunet the lost heiress to one of the western kingdoms, a loose end for the World Government, as I still yet live. I have long hidden under the pet name my father gave me after I was born. When I was a child the world government infiltrated my family and the populous turning them all against each other causing coups and anarchy so that they could seize the riches and resources of our land. ALL of my family was slaughtered, even the ones that tried to escape as refugees, and the only thing left of a once peaceful and prosperous land is blood, sand, ashes, and poverty. The world government is a disease that knows of nothing but thievery and destruction. Just because you have more man power than any other crew doesn't make you any less BLOODY PIRATES.
Now I see you have your eyes set on infiltrating another royal family killing this prince and sending your CP9 clowns in to back another to create a puppet government to do your bidding while giving them the illusion of power. I WILL NOT watch my nightmare play out again. You may NOT pass, Marine. You will bloody HAVE to kill me before I'll let you harm this prince."

She peered from a shadow behind her target. She was dressed for battle with gold plates across her shoulders and chest in a plated collar formation. An armored head dress in the shape of a hooded cobra covered the top of her head, and descended down the back of her neck, appearing as though her her face were coming out of the golden snakes mouth, an ivory fang on either side of her temples. The head dress, at last, pulls the fringe of her hair away from her forehead revealing, for the first time, her tattoo. The outline of the insignia of Anubis was painfully hollowed out of the flesh of her forehead and the hollow trenches filled with molten gold to harden, with tiny rubies for eyes, into a raised, 3-dimensional rendering of her loyalty.
She held her spear level with the broad target of the back of her prey's shoulders. A deft finger moved to depress the torsion loaded triggers sending venom-laden diamond fang projectiles along her indicated trajectory. The enclosed neuro-toxin would yield clouded thoughts and a temporary paralysis if they met their mark and the longer they remained embedded, the more venom would be injected, causing a longer and more severe reaction to the substance. She edged back partially into the shadow from whence she came, twin orbs of flickering jade, glowing from the darkness.

Carlos waited in the ship, his role was to keep it whole so the crew would have an escape route, which was a pretty boring role in such a glorious battle. The Hooded Justice was stuck in ice, and the battle seemed to go deeper into the land so it was basically safe. He tapped the helm nervously, waiting for whatever threats that could occur. He didn't notice Echo leaving the ship, he was too focused in the battles that were taking place on the shore. There was a pirate who shot umbrellas, and a few weird looking fishmen, but as much as Carlos wanted to help Izeland, he was too far away to do anything.

But soon enough, Carlos had problems of his own, a giant was heading towards the ship. There was no way Carlos would mistake for an ally, his intentions were clear: Stomping the ship to the bottom of the ocean. Carlos wasn't going to let that happen. With a flick of a switch, Carlos awoken the cannons, and rushed to man them.

He aimed one cannon directly at the giant, hoping to push him back. Then, he aimed another cannon at the ice right below the giant's feet, hoping to break the ice and make him sink. "Don't mess with the Hooded Justice freak, FIRE!" Carlos shouted, and pulled the triggers of both cannons.

(Ashley!Alurbana Palace Roof top's)

Seeing Vice Admiral Payne fight the Guards who mistook him as an intruder made Ashley Frown. Thinking to herself.
("Why the hell doesn't The Vice Admiral explain himself better instead of diminishing our military strength.")

Not wanted to prolong this useless fighting Ashley Did nothing As Payne entered the Palace. Instead she turned her attention to looking for anyone else who would be considered a real threat.
Ashley was becoming eager to jump into a fight herself. She wanted to shove a boot up Anubis's ass herself but she had her duties to fulfill she would secure the princes safety first and then Do the butt kicking later.

Inside the Citadel - Gideon and Ryan

Gideon stood in front of Ryan. He held his arms in his pockets and knew talking would do slim to nothing, this man had killing instinct. Gideon slowly took his hands out his pockets and held his hands up.

"Oh no....Looks like Anbuis really is hiding out in here...I was just exploring for Payne...but.....Shining Man..."

Gideon then made his entire body glow a shining bright light. The Light was so bright it completely lit up the entire hallway. Gideon then took the chance and skipped once towards Ryan, jumping in the air and doing an aerial round house kick, aiming for his head.

In the Alburbana Palace, Roof Top - Payne and Ashley

Payne walked towards Ashely and looked out at the giant castle like object in the sky. It was so big it was able to be seen from a 1 day walk. Payne blew some black smoke out his mouth, then inhaled it. He knew Anbuis had something to do with it. It was massive, only a yonkou could pull something that impressive off.

"Sorry about that...I need to work on my negotiation skills..So. You have something against the Yonkou? You know how strong he is..If you truly want to protect this palace if that's a concern..and your prince..were going to HAVE to work together..even with my Fleet which is only 2 days away..It will be a slim chance that we survive a full on assault from the Anbuis Pirates with out losing any civilians that is, if we don't worry about them then winning should be less difficult... I take it your strong...but these Pirates are insanely dangerous. I'm actually fearful of letting some of my men go out to fight them.."
