Serious: The Greatest goal, one last obstacle before the new world In Alabasta ((ENd and Closed))

Conrad turned toward the sea seeing the legendary vice admiral coming toward them. The giant knew that Anubis was sick and was in no condition to fight. Besides they couldn't have any obstacles in their way. Conrad decided he would fight the vice admiral while his crew could get away. If he could hold back the vice admiral even for a moment his job would be complete. The giant leap from the Grim Death into the ocean. Conrad swam toward Derge. He punched the water sending large waves toward Derge "If you want to fight with Anubis you have get though me!"

Derge Sr. merely kept walking, even as the giant leaped into the water. Not even Conrad's attack was enough for the Vice Admiral to stop his pace. Derge Sr. simply held out his right arm blocking the blast of water with his gauntlet. Even though Conrad was a giant, his attacks paled in comparison to the shockwaves Maximillion produced. "You're weak; now get out of my way!" Derge Sr. exclaimed.

"Soru - Tekkai Jugon Rejection Release"

The water under Derge Sr.'s feet shot up into the air moments after that man had disappeared. Hurtling at breakneck speeds the Vice Admiral closed the distance quickly. He was fast; very fast. When with in range, Derge Sr. unleashed a powerful punch. It's power was increased by a variety of conditions. His speed, the tekkai, the punch, and even 10 times the energy of Conrad's own attack. The power of the rejection dial in his gauntlet sent the Vice Admiral skidding back after the attack. Once he was able to stop himself, Derge Sr. continued walking forward like nothing had happened.

Conrad was hit in the chest with the attack. The attack was powerful enough to even send him back. How can a mere human push him back? This was impossible. He wasn't even a devil fruit user. The punch even left an imprint inside his body. Conrad would take extra precautions with this one. He clapped his hands sending a loud gust of wind that pushed the surrounding waters themselves. The attack sent tsunamis toward Derge. There was no way he could duck underneath the water this time, and Conrad was prepared if he jumped over it.

[[On the Grim Death]]

Anubis was about to reply when he saw Derge Sr. He laughed loudly as Conrad went to fight him. "How ironic... as im nearing death i meet one of the Derges here...... Life really has no mercy does it....... We need to make it to shore, see to it that we do men!!!!!" His men Yelled in agreement and some were manning the canons. Tanith stood steady , she pulled her giant hammer out and put her bandana on "So much for a battle meeting, this is going to take a while, Conrad kun is already finding it tough...." The Vibrations were felt on the ship, Knight Jr grumbled "I cant take a good shot with the big guy running amok in the waters......" Anubis then pointed at Yuki onna "Freeze the water.... let the men have some footing..... Not the entire area, but at least up to Arabastas shores!!!" Anubis got out of his seat, waiting to see the rest of his mens responses . He would not be sitting for this moment.

The soldiers were standing steady. The Capital was a ride from here, at least 30 minutes to reach. But between this shore and the capital there was nothing but desert and the town of Nanohana. The crowning relief ceremony was already taking place in the capital, so now the army who was tipped about the arrival of Anubis were standing in guard. This included General Mashidi Nefertiti. The Crown Prince of Arabsta. He held up his giant green staff, it had kairoseki coating. The big man stood up "Come brother.... come to ruin and battle.... for it will be a cold day in hell, when you are allowed to tear this country DOWN!!!!"

The fat man stumbled around the area , but he did so without making himself look stupid. He needed to find where these people were. He then saw "Your late Mr Samadi...... oh sorry your highness......"

"I dont care, im doing a big favor for the government here, i dont need to hear your bullshit about me being late, besides the army is here too... this plan was supposed to happen as soon as Anubis showed his face around these waters!!! Remember the deal, kill Anubis and Mashidi, so then the old man will have no choice but to make ME KING!!!!!!!!"

The man sitting on the top rolled off the beam "Yeah, yeah, we just need to move at the right time..... dont you worry, you just go home to your family....." It was a man with spiky grey hair, with a suit and sunglasses.

Morbius raised his den den mushi, finally, weeks of planning will set it off to make Mashidi king and the World government in control. "Operation Red Rain is go...."

Derge Sr. had a few options, he could jump it, or even go under it, however Derge Sr. chose another option; a third option. With a powerful kick, Derge Sr. launched a rather large rankyaku at the middle of the wave. Following up with soru, the Vice Admiral used the quick boost in speed to get in right behind the rankyaku. This allowed Derge Sr. to pass in between the water where he had made the cut.

This was not only the quickest way, it would have been the least expected and provided him with the most cover. Only a moment after the rankyaku exited the back of the wave, Derge Sr. himself popped out. Thanks to Conrad's attack, Derge Sr. was able to get in close without being spotted until it was too late.

"Rankyaku Grande"

After Derge Sr. came out of the wave, he continued using soru to yet again increase his speed. Preforming a hard kick, the Vice Admiral launched a rankyaku; it was larger than the one that parted the water. However this time it was aimed at Conrad. Instead of parting water, it was intended to part Conrad's head from his body.

As Hibiki standed close to Anubis, he was worried of the way he could help. He couldnt go in the water because he was a devil fruit user, and long distance attacks at THIS distance were an exageration. Hibiki said:

"Frolt! Go help Conrad!"- with this his giant crewmate stood up and started walking towards Conrad.

Frolt saw that Derge Sr had attacked Conrad with a rankyaku, Frolt moved his teeth as he exhaled to seal air inside, creating high presaure and the. He opened a single hole from where a wind spear came out and ht the rankyaku, croasig ways cancelled out each other at impact.

After succesfully blocking the attack Frolt pulled in a large quantity of air into his extended lungs using life return, and pushed it out at vertigo speeds and humongous strenght towards Derge Sr. It was an AOE attack that would push Derge Sr into the bottom of the ocean and hit him to the ocean floor opening the waters, and then the water would come back eith great strenght, smashing him.

The Anubis pirates were under attack, by none other than Derge Sr, the infamous marine. Clyde tried to decide his place in the battlefield, he could try and fight Derge along with Conrad, but one glance at the shore was enough to change his mind. A large army of soldiers stood on the shore, waiting for the Anubis fleet to get closer. "I'll make sure you will arrive safely Anubis-sama!" Clyde roared before he jumped over the railing of the Grim Death into the dark ocean water.

"Gyorai!" He shouted as he started swimming. His speed was tremendous, as fast as Soru, creating currents and streams around him as he swam forward like a torpedo. He had to make it to shore before the water were frozen. He got to shore in mere moments, covering a great distance in no time, and as he did, he started swimming upwards. Thanks to his speed, the water around him followed him, lifting him up and up. "Gyorai Doraggu: Nami" He shouted as his technique was complete. There, right in front of the Arabasta shores, a gigantic wave formed, with Clyde on it's top. It was heading towards the land, threatening to soak and drag the soldiers into the sea.

Conrad
Conrad was saved by Frolt. That attack would have surely taken his head off. Despite just being saved, Conrad was not the least bit appreciative "This is my fight Frolt. Its my duty to protect Anubis." Derge was fighting against two giants. There was no way he would win. Then again he didn't get the title of vice admiral for nothing. They would at least hold him back until the anubis pirates came upon the shores. Conrad awaited until Derge either survived or died from the attack.


Sister Maria
Sister Maria waited in Nanohana with Morbius for the operation to begin. She could hardly wait to start the battle. She licked her tongue cutting it slightly to satisfy her blood lust for the time being "I will purge this land of evil by spreading the blood of wicked upon the sands. I will baptize the island and bless it with justice and order. I will probably become director for this heheh he he"

"What?!" a man said with a surprised look on his face as he stared towards Mashidi with a worried look on his face. The man wore the clothes of a regular soldier. Just like any other of the soldiers of Arabasta, the guy wore the same traditional clothes and he seemed no different from them. "Those guys are crazy, general! That guy even created a wave out of nothing! How are we going to beat them?!" he asked with frightened look Mashidi and he waited for his answer. That guy, a new guy who joined the army only recently seemed to be a quite big coward...

Meanwhile, on the ship of the Anubis Pirates... As Conrad and Frolt were fighting with Derge Namikaze Sr., Maxulus turned his head towards his captain. From the look of his face, he seemed like he wanted to ask him something. He opened his mouth and he spoke his words "Anubis-sama... Is there anything you want me to do?". Maxulus was prepared to join the battle at any time. Only one word from Anubis and he would enter the fray.

Mashidi looked at the soldier and then raised his spear " GET THE CANONS RUNNING, OPEN FIRE ON ALL TARGETS IN FRONT OF THE VICE ADMIRAL, COVER HIM NOW!!!!!" The soldiers who were dealing with the water ran to get the artillery canons up and running. There was a first wave of blasts , all aimed at anyone in front of Derge Sr. Mashidi kept his guard up, he had to be focused in case the pirates made it to the shore. Mashidi spinned his spear around "HOLD STEADY MEN, STAY YOUR COURAGE AND FIGHT FOR YOUR COUNTRY, GLORY TO THE KINGDOM!!!!!!!" The men roared along with him. He looked to the soldier who had been scared earlier "Do not fear, we will win, steady your courage lad."

[[Grim Death]]
Anubis then waved his hand at Max "Claim the shore Max..... at least make sure we arent over......" One of the canon fire was heading towards the Grim deaths deck. Anubis smashed his hands foward. The blast was huge, but at the clearing of the dust, Anubis had protected the ships with a huge sand dome. Anubis was breathign heavily and coughing.

The result of Clyde's first attack weren't as good as he expected, and the soldiers on the shore began firing at the Grim Death. After his wave crashed on the shore, Clyde retreated back to the water with it, only to start swimming in a complete circle with his Soru speed. As he did, water followed him once again, piling behind him and forming a small whirlpool. But this wasn't the point of the move, only the preparations.

After a few seconds of gathering water, Clyde swam upwards again, rising over the water's surface as a trail of water followed him. He aimed himself towards the line of cannons that fired at the Grim Death, and started spinning, making the water trail behind him form a pressured water drill. "Gyorai Doraggu: Doriru!" Clyde shouted as his attack unfolded. The compressed drill of water headed straight for the cannons, threatening to rip anything on it's way to shreds.

"Phew..." the soldier said as he looked at the great efforts of the Arabasta Soldiers who were giving anything they had. The many shots of the soldiers actually were proven to be enough to stop the big wave. However, the battle had just started... The soldier could not calm down just from that. "I see, sir!" he said with a smile on his face, encouraged to keep going on with the battle. Encouraged from his general, the man picked up his rifle and he started shooting towards the Grim Reaper in order to cause damage to the ship and sink it. The fishman could have stopped the shots, but the soldier would not stop no matter what happened. Now that his general calmed him down, he was prepared to do anything for him. At least, it looked like that.

As for Maxulus, he nodded as soon as he listened to the request of his captain. The 4th Division Commander of the Anubis Pirates and the smartest man of the Grand Line started moving forward in order to prepare himself. Using his fruit powers, the man started levitating, revealing his pressence to the guards that were shooting. "That was enough Clyde..." Maxulus said with a smile on his face and he started flying towards the beach while carrying his Multribrella and a clone of the weapon, shooting fast towards the shots of the guards and even destroying them, while also reaching them. Maxulus had just entered the fray, as well.

[[In the desert after leaving Yuba]]

"Barius...tell me one good reason why we had to leave Rain Base to travel to Yuba?" the dehydrated captain said with a soft groan as she sagged her shoulders a bit while riding the camel they had borrowed from the resting stop. "Another question: Why are we leaving Yuba all of a sudden? We could've rested for a bit more," she said with a small pout as she took her water bottle and too a sip from it. She had to save what little she had for later.

The man just shook his head as he rode alongside Delia at a steady pace, keeping up just enough since his camel had to carry him plus a gourd full of fresh water for his captain. "We're not here on vacation captain. Really, why are you acting like this now, what happened to the quiet, cold and calculative captain I knew since the start of your journey?" he asked with a small frown.

"She's still here, but I'm also human Barius. I can whine once in a while when no one other than you is watching," she said calmly while picking up her pace. "I know we're not here to enjoy ourselves, so we must get to Erumalu so that I can make an ice path to cross to Nanohana. Or at least see if there are any small boats that can take us over there," she said sternly as she kept on going, leaving Barius behind for a bit. That is what he gets for talking back to her.

Derge Sr. put his hands out; it was a simple matter to block such a wind attack. Most of it's strength was sacrificed to to cover a wider range. Although it was still more than the average giant could produce. At the moment, Derge Sr. had one big advantage; the large bulky giants wouldn't be able to come close to keeping up with his speed. A distraction; Conrad began to argue with Frolt. This was just the thing Derge Sr. needed.

"Soru Rankyaku Slash"

In the blink of an eye, Derge Sr. kicked off the air. He sped in between the giants with great speed. Since Derge Sr. was at such a close range, the giants had virtually no time to react. As he sped between them, he spun around kicking twice. The first sent a rankyaku at the carotid artery possessed by Conrad. If it hit, the large air blade would likely rip out his entire throat. The second blade was aimed for Frolt's spinal cord. Both attacks were used at nearly point blank range; both would also be fatal almost instantly if they were to hit.

Yuki nodded quietly than looked down at the water as she blew out a wave of white cold cloud that freezed the water in just few seconds.
She cough lightly as she notice her vision got blurry and she began to loose her balance... the heat was slowly affecting her... but she didn't give up, she stood ready for more orders, as she felt that she wont last long if she continue standing in the heat...(shes abit weak to heat, and sry nikz for the later response)

[[On Grim Death]]

Dr Best yelled at Yuki "Its ok, pull back, you did a good job, ive got some ice packs for you here.... Anubis sama, you shouldnt push too hard!!!"

Anubis stood steady as his sand wall dissapated into the air. He heaved and stood at the deck of his ship as he shouted "MEN, CHARGE ON THE ICE PATH BEFORE YOU!!!!!!!" The crew roared with him, as the other commanders began to move out. Tanith jumped onto the ice along with Lucas. Knight Jr remained on the mast to take out targets.

[[The shore]]
The artillery barrage continued before some of the soldiers noticed part of the sea had frozen in front of the shore. "DAMN IT, THEY GOT FOOTING!!!!!" Some of the soldiers were attacking Max. One of the Artillery cannons were destroyed by Clydes attack. Mashidi yelled "DONT LET THEM DSTROY THE REMAINING ARTILLERY CANNONS!!!"

A man was watching the events unfold, and walked over the ice like he didn't care what just happened.It seems he was approaching the mighty ship of 'sand king anubis'.The man laughed to himself as he laid his hand on his gun and climbed up the ship.As he got onto the deck he noticed people jumping off and what seems like a plan to rush the shore.''Damn I think I missed something...''.The man walked forward on the gigantic deck of the ship, seeing the 'desert king' at the front of the deck.Walking toward him he began talking to the anubis.''Ah, the famous 'desert king' I assume, do you mind if I interrupt your conquest for a little while and talk a bit?''.The man had a fools grin on his face as if he was standing before just any person..well..it wasn't much for him, having experienced the aura a yonko send out before.

Darnel
The hooded Justice was making through the sandora river. The river itself runs through the entire island including the center making it the ideal point of transportation. The ship itself was now passing Alubarna, the nation's captial. The sounds of battle could be heard even from how far they were at. Darnel standing upon the front of the ship looking forward to the battle to come "Men prepare for battle. Carlos steady as it goes, Ferdinard arm the cannons, and Izlend and Echo see if you can get any more winds of theses sails. We are already late, and we can't arrive after the battle is over. So step on it!"

Conrad
Unable to see derge's moves, Conrad suffered a grave wound. The air blade gave a huge cut into his throat causing him bleed. The giant fell upon the ice losing lots of blood. He clung to his neck hoping to stop the bleeding for awhile "Help me" Conrad said gagging on his own blood. The giant clearly needed medical attention.

Sister Maria
Maria was getting bored just standing around, but this spot was the perfect place to hideout. Both Mashidi and Anubis would need to pass this way if either of them won the battle, so it was perfect for an ambush. Though their mission was to strictly kill Anubis and Mashidi, She couldn't get close to either of them without getting noticed. Maria stood out like a sore thumb. There must be another way something stealthy and yet sutle. Maria just stood her ground awaiting for something exciting to happen. Then with amazement she saw the entire ocean frozen ahead. This was perfect a ice made bridge that connected them to Anubis. This battle just became interesting. She only had to wait til the pirates abandoned their captain for battle. Then with a golden opportunity Maria could slay the desert when he is alone.

Already we take a large hit. Zalton frowns not from having to go tend to an injured comrade but because he has to leave Anubis. Rushing out with a large bag in one hand and his weapon in the other he jumps down. Carefully maneuvering the battle field untill he reached Conrad. Treating a giant was more than twice the trouble. Dropping his bag on Conrads shoulder he got work after making sure his gloves were on. As he worked he yelled to some guys in his division to form a defense while he worked. Had he been a normal sized person the injury was likey to sever someones neck. But for the giant it barely nicked his jugular vein. After he sanitzing the area Zalton sewed up the wound. Dont try to speak for now just swallow these. The medicine wasn't a pain killer but it was to stimulate the reproduction on his blood.

Looking up he scans the area for more injured.

The two pirates had finally reached the shores of Erumalu after a while, the young captain opting to leave the gourd behind since she didn't need it anymore as they left the camels and went to where the water was. She frowned slightly as she looked around, having a gut feeling that Anubis was already here in Arabasta

"We'll take that boat, I'm sure no one will miss it," Delia said calmly as she went over to a dinghy that was not too poor of shape. She ushered Barius and when everything was ready she started sailing the small vessel over to the shores of Nanohana.

The huge man took off his hat and wiped his face with the handkerchief he had on his head, looking over at his captain with a narrowed expression. "What will you do?" he simply asked to get the attention of the girl. "What will you do when you meet Anubis now captain? He's sick, almost to the point of dying at any moment-"

"Anubis-sama is a strong man, I know he'll last long enough to be able to find the plant after this is over," she said with a snappish tone as she fixed the sails so they could go faster. "I won't give up...I know I've only known him for a while, but I know that other than you he is able to understand me. Just as how I understand his decision," she said with a soft smile. "But if he does die before he takes what is his...I will personally bring him back from the depths of wherever he goes and kill him myself," she added in a cold manner as to which Barius just smirked, both of them wondering what they will encounter when they land on the other side.

Ashley
Gripping Sharpfang tightly as her Purple eyes seemed to take on a vindictive blood thirsty look. Stareing off into the distance Ashley would finally get her chance to put an end to Anubis.

Opening Her pouches full of poison/Nitro/Igniting Liquids for dipping perposes. Ashley then Softly spoke out to Sharpfang. "Are you Ready Sharpfang? I'm gonna give my all I expect nothing less from you."

Sharpfang nodded and asured with hiss. He too was in serious mood.
"SssYesss But you better be ablesss to keep up with messss"

As Sharpfang turned into a single string Metal bow Ashley lifted her voice so Darnel could hear. "Darnel Sama! Your orders!?"

Leon stood near Anbuis and closed his eyes. He gripped the handle of his saber and then disappeared. Leon was had a burning fire amt from his soul. Not a literal fire. He reappeared in mid air in the path of three lined up cannon balls. Leon then with drew his saber and swung it the the right horizontally. Thus, using sheer strength, he created a gust of air so strong it pushed the cannon balls back in the opposite direction. Causing them to crash back into the cannon that they were firing out of and destroying them. Leon then landed on the shore with his blade out and his wits just as sharp. His eye's were wide open and he had a stern look on his face. This was a look Leon rarely made, this...was his battle face.

????:"So you're with the Anbuis Pirates now...Ex-Yonkou Leon..Aka..The Golden Tyrant.."

Leon then swung his blade horizontally to the right and deflected a light speed kick from the one and only, Vice Admiral Gideon. Gideon kicked off Leon's blade and began floating in mid air.

Leon: "I no longer go by that name..I'm just a meer Pirate Now.."

Gideon:"Oh but it was so fitting...ether way..I can't let you take out any more of our resources..Luckily I was passing by..I didn't think the rumors were true. But better safe then sorry.."

Leon and Gideon both then disappeared from plain site and reappeared about 3 feet in the air. Leon attempting to slash Gideon and Gideon blocking his sword with his Light covered foot. The Clash was so forceful it caused a small shockwave like burst of air to blast from the pure power. Leon pushed on Gideon to attempt to cut through his leg. Gideon then kicked upward causing the attack's force to work against him and send him flipping backwards. Leon used Gideon's counter as a counter and did a mid air flip kick. Kicking Gideon in what seemed to be gut. But Gideon luckily placed his arms in the way of Leon's foot and was shot an extra 10 feet into the air. While Leon was sent plummeting into the shore.

Leon:"Damn Light Bulb..."

Gideon:"..Not bad Ex-Yonkou..but now I'll have to get serious..Gods Tears.."

As the Anbuis Pirates began heading towards the shore. Gideon was determined to take down many with his rain of steel melting light beams. Gideon placed his hands together and began sending down a constant barrage of light beams. Leon then sprinted in front of Gideon's attack and gripped his sword tightly. He then began to deflect the beams with what seemed to be his sword. But what he was doing was redirecting every shot with very powerful gust of air. Similar to what he did earlier. Leon then swung vertically upwards towards Gideon. Pushing back every beam. Gideon wasn't expecting him to go offensive. The two attacks collided and exploded. Leaving a cloud of smoke in the air where Gideon was.

Leon: "...He's not done yet..looks like my hands will be tied for a few minutes until I take him down for the count.."

As Frolt saw Derge Sr. leap through his attack with his rokushiki techniques, he took in another deep breath when he saw Derge Sr flying through the air towards him, he would blow him away. He concentrated in a not so wide area, and blew a very strong wind towards him, which he blew with more strenght when he saw him shooting a rankyaku towards him.

The strong wind managed to disperse the strenght of the rankyaku, which still hit the gaint's skin, but it was just just a cut in the outer layer of the skin. But when he turned around he saw that Conrad had been caught by an attack in the throat. His eyes widened, as he saw Conrad falling.

As fast as he could he shouted.

"HIBIKI-SAMA!!! WE NEED YOU HERE!"-with his giant voice Hibiki heard it clearly and saw that the giant Conrad had been hit in the neck. Hibiki started running through through the way of ice up to where Conrad was, he made a sound barrier around himself and Conrad's head where he had to work.

Rem Angelhair and Ron Fallen from Hibiki's crew had come running behind him.

"Guys, help Frolt with Derge Sr while I work here."-Hibiki said taking out dyctamus solution from his sidepouch.- "Sorry Conrad, i dont have an anestesia that would work fast enough for you to not feel anything... I'm not lying to you: This will hurt."

Hibiki walked up Conrad's chest. -"Luckily it didnt get to the throat. I need you to sit up so you loose less blood. Keep pressing on the wound for now."

From his bag Hibiki took a powder from leaves that was an effective clotting agent. -"now let go."

Derge Sr. was gettign tired of dealing with the giant wind bag, so he decided to end him. Spinning around the vice admiral used soru once again to speed towards Frolt. Pulling his arm back Derge Sr. prepared his attack. It would certainly be a powerful blow.

"Tekkai Jugon: Impact"

Derge Sr. thrust his arm forward slamming his fist into the giant's neck; just under his head. He released a the power from the giant's own wind blast into his spinal cord. With the combination of attacks, Derge Sr. was able to end the giant.

[Johnathan]

As the battle raged the massive giant leaped off of the boat. He smashed through the ice; his tremendous weight was more than enough to do so. As soon as the giant entered the water he began swimming at speeds near than of a fishman. With Derge Sr. distracted by his fight, and with the ice as cover, the giant approached unnoticed.

Smashing through the ice, the giant appeared behind Derge Sr. after his fatal blow to Frolt. With rage in his eyes, Johnathan slammed his hammer down onto the Vice Admiral with all of his strength. It felt like he had hit a massive brick-wall, however a moment later Derge Sr. went speeding downwards; he smashed through the ice and into the water. No one would have been able to survive a hit like that. So was this truly the end for the mighty Vice Admiral.

Johnathan looked at his hammer confused. It felt like he had hit something so solid, not even his attack could budge it. However the effects still took place. It confused the giant to no end; an uneasy feeling flowed through his body. However it was replaced by anger, when he seen the condition of his fellow giants.

"That rotten bastard; he got what he deserved!" said John enraged.

Darnel
The hooded justice just made past nanohana unto the frozen sea. They couldn't move any futher without utilizing the ship's iron guard.
