Appearance: Haru's appearance can be a little complex since he is a trilobite fishman. He has black eyes and his head has the form of the one of a human but with the trilobite traits. He has antenae that come from the bottom of his nose and he can move the freely, which are really sensitive. This antennae have similar functions as the sensorial pits that will be described later. The antennae have segments and can be retracted in lenght to every segment, hence, not all the sgments have to retract at the same time.
His nose is kind of round and has the nostrils in the side of where the antennae start. The Librigena structures of the trilobite start at the mouth and go up, over the head; they are really hard and can serve to protect him from attacks to the head. His mouth has thin lips that can be easily noted, this are a little bit darker than the color of his skin, like normal lips would be in a human. The neck is not covered by an exoskeleton, but then his shoulders are covered by it, which is really hard.
As many fishmen, Haru is bald naturally (at least his head) and this offers him some kind of strenght, because his head isnt soft. His head has a hard caparace too that is a little bit softer than the LIbrigena structures but can resist normally strong hits. A very strong blow can still be able to knock him out if he doesnt dodge it in time or protects himself with another part of his body.
In the back of his neck Haru has extremely sensitive sensorial pits. These can be used underwater to sense foes via chemical examination in this pits of the water and are a weak point of his body.But as this are hidden by the caparace of the back of the head and of his back they are hard to reach, and only someone who has spent a lot of time with him and he has revealed to him that this is a weak point would know that they have to stab him there with a dagger or something of that style.
The exoskeleton of the belly is softer than the one of the back, and it is full of developed muscles that reveal an eight-pack and a developed chest. His back has the hardest exoskeleton of the body, same as his sides, and it has hard segments that go smaller as they go down the back. The sides that work as an extension of the belly to the sides and also of the back are hollow in the inside, but they're incredibly strong so they are kept in place even if they have received strong attacks. Seeing it from the back, the trilobite fishman has the three distincttive lobes of a trilobite: the axial lobe, the left pleural lobe and the right pleural lobe. The exoskeleton segments go down to a little longer than where the "bottom" is.
His uses a blue short and his legs are also covered by an exoskeleton, which is weaker than the back, but still strong. He uses sandals that have a beige bottom and the things that go between the thumb and the index fingers of the toes are colored dark blue. His arm are covered by the same type of segments as the back except for the hands, which have webbed fingers that help Haru perform his fishman karate and swim faster in the water.
Even if his arms are covered by the scales they can be noticed being very muscular because of all his training in fishman karate. The same happens with his legs, which arent very covered but are still hard and can be noticed to be very muscular. All of this because of his hard training in fishman karate. His feet both seem to look like regular human feet but they are a bit bigger to fit his size.
He only uses the shorts and the sandals and he is very big, standing up to two meters and a half. Apart from this he has other outfits that he may use (apart from the usual one): For example if he has an important occasion like a wedding or an important meeting he wears black, formal pants and black shoes. He might also be wearing black shorts instead of blue and could also use Slaps instead of sandals... but mostly if he klnows that he has to stay a great period of time in land because if he did so in water he could loose them in water. The overall color of his body is a brownish green, but his belly and neck are of a light green color, almost white.
Haru can roll into a ball to protect almost all of his soft body parts and in this position his endurance increases. He doesnt look exactly like a ball but the hard parts of his body are left to the outside, protecting the inside.
Non-visual information: Haru's voice tone is calm but the pitch of his voice is very low and deep. It gives you the impression that he searches of intelligence and he can shout really loud when he wants to. He snores a little bit at nights when he sleeps, but not too loud. His breathing is a little bit louder than normal and can be heard without effort if you're near him. Sometimes this makes people think that he is sighing when he's not really doing it.
History: Haru was born in the calm belt in a family of giant ancient breed fishmen. Not only being trilobites there, but also ammanites, ancient sharks, ancient octopuses, etc. Her mother and father took care of him in the calm belt until he was three, but then they all moved to fishman island due to being a more civilized and safe place to be. The reason was that in the calm belt the babies were always in danger of being eaten by the giant sea kings. So baby Haru and part of his family moved to fishman island.
When they got to the island, they were looked at like weird people, since they were not usual breeds of fishmen. But people go over it and they treated them as any other fishmen of the island. His father and mother opened a store of diverse articles that also had a section where people could come and leave their stuff so the shop sold it and got part of the money. And they send Haru to the local school, where he got really good marks and was a really fast learner, so he soon knew lots of things.
At the same time in the afternoons, his father took him to train in the Fishman Dojo. So little Haru was a really good learner and very good at fishman karate. He quickly learnt the physical techniques and trained all his life, also learning the long-ranged water based techniques. He finished school being a very intelligent individual and started to work half-time in his parents store. So he learnt a lot about sales and publicity. But this was only half-time, the other half he dedicated it not only to learn fishman karate, but he also developed a fusion of fishman karate with his capabilites of storing water between his side's segments. Also he was able to roll into a ball and he developed a lot of attacks with that.
He learnt that he was able to shed his skin whenever he wanted apart from naturally, so when he trained with other fishmen and his shell was already to worn off by attacks he just shed it, growing a brand new one. At the age of 27 he went to the Saobady archipielago in the grandline with a group of friends: mermaids, mermen, fishmen. But in the island the tenryubito appeared and tried to take them as slaves, but the fishmen fought the guards of the celestial dragons. They were able to escape but marines went after them, Haru and his friends defeated some of them and killed others... and that's how he got a 3.5 million bounty on his head.
Haru blamed it all on the world government, and he noticed that some humans had something against them, even if Haru himself wasnt racist with humans or anything. Haru blamed this on the world government too, and developed a great hate for them. He travelled to other islands and got himself a water-resistant bag, where he keeps a lot of articles that he tries to sell to strangers to make some money, succeeding many times.
For two years he trained alone and travelled all over the grandline, visiting many islands. He actually, in his twenty-ninth year, is traveling around the starts of the grandline, far away from home, looking for someone that hates the world government as he does. He joined the blizzard pirates as a merchant and always spent some time training underwater. He also spent time practicing underwater fishing, which he performe to get underwater food for the crew, as a good merchant would. After joining the Blizzard pirates, he participated in the battles that took place in Drum Island, and after that he trained for around two months in Drum Island, perfectioning his Fishman Karate style.
Haru fought against a couple of marines during the war in the Shabondy Archipielago and helped the crew in everything he could, especially taking advantage of the close water sources that he could use. Due to his vicious water based attacks, several mangroves were damaged and he beat high ranking marine officials. His bounty was increased from 50 million to 100 million after this incident, as he was considered a greater danger if he was able to attack the marines directly.
Personality: Haru is a really intelligent person, he knows how to act correctly in almost all situations and likes to direct his friends to do the right things, making up plans and giving ideas. He is a really good salesman, so he can not only sell products that he buys at lower prices or things he finds, but he also is able to sell his ideas.
Haru hates the world government, but despite of this he doesnt hate all humans or other species and isnt racist at all. he has a strong feeling of right and wrong and will feel guilty when he does things he isnt supposed to do. (that are not pprotecting himself or doing something against the world government or marines)

Special Abilities:
-Fishman Karate: Haru is an advanced user of Fishman Karate since he has trained all his life.
-Exoskeleton: Haru apart from havin his inner skeleton has a hard exoskeleton that protects him from attacks and give him great endurance and defense.
-Water tank: Since Haru's trilobite scales around his torax are semi hollow, he can keep water inside them as if he was a water tank. He can fill it by going into water and can use the water to perfom his water-based attacks.
-Swift Swim: Apart from being a fishman and that allows him to move at incredibly high speeds in water, the pleural lobe's scales (called pygidium) can move forward and backward to help swim, making him even faster.
-Sensorial Specialities: Haru has sensorial pits in the fringe between the head and the body, so basically in it's neck. With this he can sense vibrational and chemical signals in the water. His antennae are also retractable, so he can save them from being cut.
-Shed Skin: Haru can shed his outer skin and exoskeleton when it is too damaged, so a brand new one that has formed underneath replaces it.
Learned Techniques:
- Karakusagawara Seiken (Arabesque Tile True Punch): Haru punches at some distance and sends a shockwave using the water vapor in the area. This move has a wider area of effect and it sends opponents flying. It has a delayed effect.
- Karakusagawara Sugu (Arabesque Tile True Tackle): Similar to the Karakusagawara Seiken, instead of punching Haru runs and rolls into a ball, the impact with the water vapor send a concentrated shockwave impact through it and it canh it the opponent and send him flying. Has a delayed effect.
- Mizuyari Amenaguru (Waterspear Rainpunch): Haru releases some water from his sides to his hands and throws it up high, then he jumps and when he starts to fall he punches the water, sending shock waves through it and sends two water spears towards one or two foes. It is an attack that can pierce through bone and flesh.
- Gyojin Jujutsu: Mizugokoro (Fishman Way of Yielding: Water Heart): An underwater technique that Haru initiates by first performing a bowl-shaped gesture with his webbed hands (one hand over the other) while underwater right before giving the water itself around him a mighty yank. This allows Haru to physically grab and redirect currents as if he were manipulating cloth.
- Mizuboomu Atsuryokubakuhatsu (Waterboom Pressure Explosion): First Haru rolls into a ball. Then, Haru releases all the water from his reserves into the hole that is made by his body and increases pressure. Then he opens his arms stands up and pushes his stomach out throwing himself to the ground, which sends shockwaves through all the water in all directions, making water spear shot out.
- Yabusame (Arrow Military Shark): Haru wets his arms with water of a near source or his water reserve and then shoots it together as a water spear made by kinetic energy, it deals great damage.
- Kaimen Wari (Sea Surface Split): With a karate chop in the sea surface, Haru sends a shockwave that cuts through the sea itself and attacks an enemy.
- Hyakumaigawara Seiken (Hundred Tile True Punch): A strong punch that can send an opponent flying.
- Senmaigawara Seiken (Thousand Tile True Punch): A much stronger version of the Hyakumaigawara Seiken, it can kill a human one shot.
- Nibaitate Mihari (Double Armor Block): If Haru sees an attack that is too strong for his normal shell to block, then he sheds off his current exoskeleton, which offers a first block to an oncoming attack, then the second caparace will block him.
- Mizu-katta(Water Cutter): Haru uses a water body, it being the sea, a lake, a river or water from his natural water tank to give it extremely fast Karate Chops that send water blades flying incredibly fast out of it. These can produce serious damage.
- Mizu-hanma(Water Hammer): Haru extends his arms as far apart from each other as he can. It works better underwater, but he can also use it by wettening his hands. After stretching them apart, he hammers them on to each other, launching a powerfull shockwave in front of Haru. It can travel long distances and is more effective underwater.
- Suiryuu Bakuha(Water Current Blast): Haru uses Mizugokoro and then he starts to pull currents with all of his limbs. Then, one by one, he shoots them with incredible strenght towards a single target (or a small group) , one after each other almost immediatly, but coming from different sides. Must be used underwater and can shoot things outsideof the water.
- Chikara Bakuha(Force Blast): Haru uses this technique in a similar way as the Suiryuu Bakuha, but outside of the water. He builds up power in all of his limbs and one after each other he launches a terribly strong shockwave towards a target (or a small group) to attempt to hit it from various sides.
- Oni Nagare(Demonic Stream): The technique is built up on one post and used the next one. Haru starts by using Gyojin Jujutsu: Mizugokoro to be able to move water currents as if they were cloth, he performs a turning motion around himself that produces encountered currents, which strike each other and build a whirlpool of extreme strenght. Haru will be able to swim down and as he swims upwards to hurl it out of the water in a pressurized whirlpool shot. He can also manipulate this to hinder the movement of ships in the sea. Its power is enough to be able to go through thick layers of bricks and it can dent steel quite easily.
Weapons/Items: A water-proof bag and lot's of weird products to sell, including some dials, weapons, etc. (he never uses them because he says it makes the item loose it's price)
