Capabilities: A moon man is able to cause gravity to be reversed to anything with in a 5 metre radius of himself, he can also use it to only effect himself, and use light reflection as a light beam to blind enemies or draw energy from the moon. The brighter the moon the stronger the user's power will be, the brighter his moon beam will shine and his gravity reversal won't be effected. The user is able to isolate certain items to be effected by their gravity reversal power. The gravity reversal effect only effects things at a 5 metre radius of himself as soon as they go beyond that it no longer has the effect any more.

Firstly, what is preventing the user from running into the midst of enemies, driving a pole into the ground and holding onto it or something and then activating his power? You could send people into space, or just far up enough for them to die from coming back down.

Secondly, specify the strength-enhancing ability further. The magnitude is a complete mystery now.
