weapon name:tsuki hayabusa description:it looks like a normal hayabusa. weapon special abilities:it can cut through steel and it can change in to a sickle.

What is it made of? What could possibly justify being able to cut through "anything"? What is a "moonbeam" and what does it do? Is it gravitational? How could a small object have a 60k mi impact radius? Be reasonable and be specific.
