Capabilities: As a logia fruit, the Kumo Kumo no Mi allows its user to create and manipulate clouds. The concentration of these clouds can be altered, hardening them, or softening them up at will (thus making the user be able to create both blunt objects and thin, sharp ones, such as blades). The clouds may be charged as well, allowing the user be able to shape and wield the lightning the clouds create. He can also use these very clouds as standing points, and by moving them, they can also be used as standpoints, in order to allow people to jump from cloud to cloud, allowing even one to change direction in mid air. Should the using of the fruit be mastered, it can even be used to fly, by wrapping clouds around the body, and "dragging" the person through the air,
