GOFF: Martin Tweed VS. Jinsoku Raikou

Martin Tweed walked though an unfamiliar city he was on duty in. Patrolling around was his least favorite thing, but he had to do it. He sighed coming to an open, circular town central of sorts. Buildings lined the rim of the 'circle' and there was a fountain in the middle of it. Martin had become lost again, he was supposed to be at the harbor, but ended up here. Disappointed he took out a cigar and lit it, leaning against a street lamp waiting for someone to come by, as it was late at night and no one was up.

As Jinsoku was walking down the street twoards the center of the city he pulled out his guns and loaded them with poisonous bullets. He did the same with his shotgun and rifle. As he approached the center he saw someone leaning againts the lamp. He couldn't se who it was since it was dark. He approached the person and asked. What are you doing out here this time of night? You should probably go to bed the streets can be dangerous. Jinsoku smiled at the man leaning on on the lamp.

Martin looked at the man and puffed a bit of smoke. He realized he wasn't wearing anything to signify he was a marine and just looked like a well dressed pedestrian. He looked at the newcomer and said "I'm on duteh guardn' this cidy here" he said, puffing more smoke from his cigar "Do ya happen ta know the way ta the hahbor?" he asked

The harbor huh? No not really... I guess you are a marine? Jinsoku's face became serious as he pulled for his guns.I'll make easy work of you. Jinsoku smiled and aimed at the marines head.

Scorpion shot!

Martin's eyes widened a bit at the mans quick draw of his gun and his cigar fell out of his mouth, falling on the ground as smoke rose up from it. Acting quickly he shoved his feet into the ground, rocketing away and yelled "Soru!". He then, at a safe distance away, took his fist into a ready position and shot back at the man from behind and punched him in the back at high speeds with his stronger than average fists (look at his page for info on that https://theonepiecerp.rpg-board.net/t4552-lieutenant-martian-tweed)

Jinsoku moved out of the way just in time and got hit in the leg. It hurt like hell . He got thrown about 5 meters in the air then fell to the ground. You're strong i'll give you that.... Jinsoku picked himself up and put his guns in their gun sheet. Its time to get serious hope this wont be to big of a shock for you! Jinsoku jumped in the air with one leg and turned to Tweed.

Electric blast!

Martin sorued out of the way as fast as he could, the lightning ball came so close it singed his coat. Looking at the man he said "A lightnin' man, wicked, its pissa you can't beat me" he said, sounding slightly impressed. He then disappeared through soru again, then jumped off the ground under Jinsoku and threw a punch at his chin as he fell down from the jump "Right at the kissa!" he exclaimed

Jinsoku saw Martian and he created a shield of lightning under his feet so that Martian hopefully wouldn't hit him. He's to fast... I won't be able to keep up with him. Jinsoku got an idea and created another shield of lightning to cover his back.

Martin thought for a second, then came up with a plan. Soruing away to a safe distance, Martian then used rankyaku at Jinsoku's back, making a distraction. Seconds later he sorued right in front of Jinsoku and punched at his face high speeds.

The rankyaku cut thru the shield of lightning and hit jinsoku so that he fell and luckly somehow doged Martians attack. Jinsoku picks himself up and tries to create a 5 meters big cage of lighting so that Martian couldn't get thru it.

This was unfortunate, just when he thought he was winning. Martin sighed as he began shooting rankyaku's which seemed to work the previous time.

The waves of rankyaku got thru the shield of lighting but the shield did not brake. As Martian got traped in the cage of lightning Jinsoku was safe for a-little time. He started slowly making the cage smaller. Now i got him trapped like a pig. Jinsoku smiled and yelled.

Electric Blast

A blast of lightning flew into martian thru the cage.

Martin looked around, he was really out of luck, wasn't he? Suddenly he saw the lightning heading for his and had to act fast. Ducking into the cage so he would last longer and also dodge the blast, Martin shot a rankyaku at the man he was fighting. If he lost an once of concentration, it was almost positive that he would cease to make the cage exist.

Jinsoku got hit by rankyaku right in the chest and got thrown in the wall. He disabled the shield so that he wouldn't lose more energy. He pulled out his gun and yelled Roulette!
