I knew physics nerds who would just sit around and do stuff like this, it was awesome, for example; moving at speeds beyond that of sound can cause moisture in the air around the moving object to instantly condense, this moisture would, as I theorize, cause light in the atmosphere to be refracted differently than normal and (potentially) result in a rainbow under the right atmospheric conditions, this being something that is under explained in the image, the air currents from dash deifying wind resistance (which was negligible in the equations) may also push that water in to the "ring" shape seen in the rain-boom from the inexplicable "funnel" of wind seen around dash (which is illogical as the wind currents would logically move around the contours of her head and body) which would explain why the ring expands as the moisture is pushed outwards from her slipstream, by that logic it would also shrink before resolving but this was not seen.

Heres some official preview footage released on the Hub's youtube channel from season 2 episode 2 "The return of harmony part 2" which airs on Saturday September 24th 2011 at 8:00 am and again at 8:30 am standard central time exclusively on Hub, an encore presentation will run on Sunday September 25th 2011 on 7:00 am and 7:30 am also standard central time.
