Name: Comina "Drag King" Milla (Milla is the first name, Nickname won't be used until a bounty is gained)
Age: 22
Bounty: 0
Species: Human
Occupation: First Mate/Doctor
Allegiance: Pirate/Revolutionary, Twin Bird Pirates
Home Village/Ocean: Kamabakka Kingdom, Grand Line
Appearance: Milla is 167 cm tall, and has a rosy appearance and skintone. She has a full, slightly childish look to her, though one she seems to cultivate on purpose. She has long strawberry blonde hair, extending about midway to her back, along with bright blue eyes. She is also very well endowed, which gives her some issues when she wants to emphasize her male personality.
Her attire depends on what she feels like in the morning, though she might change gender identity midday. Her "female" dress is typically a red tanktop with a red knee-length skirt, occasionally with a white coat and a white beret. When in male persona, she wears khaki pants and a baggy shirt of the same color, as well as a brown beret to hide her hair in.
History: Milla was raised about as you would expect someone from Momoiro Island to be. Gender identity was largely a non-issue, and people acted as whatever gender they felt like. Naturally, Milla lived through her childhood in a state of perpetual gender confusion and no-one really thought of it as odd. Some days she was the manliest girl on the island, and some days she acted like a lady. Some days she acted like both, sometimes at the same time.
However, the significance of it all was lost on her, and she had bigger issues to worry about. When her caretakers left to aid a revolutionary leader in one of the blues, naturally, she came with them. She was 9 when this happened, and she was ferried off to South Blue to a revolutionary camp that had been established to cause a coup and break down the hold the world government had on the island. She was one of the few kids on the camp, and while the leader of the operation wouldn't let the children fight, he did approve that they be put to other work to occupy them and help the war effort. Milla found herself working in the infirmary of the camp, which was in rather close proximity to the laboratory, where another kid had been put to work, mostly because of his skill at handling explosives.
They didn't note each other much, until one incident in the chemist's lab. Milla still doesn't know exactly what happened, but something had went wrong with a low grade explosive charge and the child there, Lockon Chopsaw, had been rather seriously injured. Milla and the actual doctor there nursed him to a stable state, and when he woke up, it happened to be a rather slow week on the infirmary, and Milla decided to talk to the boy. While he initially brushed her off, they eventually warmed up to each other and when Lockon was healed enough to get back to work, Milla had made a new friend, which made the rather boring existence in the revolutionary camp more palatable.
Eventually, as she matured, two things of note happened. She began to seriously take part in combat training, and her childhood gender issues came back to haunt her. She finally had to come to grips with the fact that she wasn't a normal child by any standards. She didn't simply have a gender identity that didn't match her biological gender. Her gender identity didn't stay constant, and seemed to change as readily as moods. First, she realized that she was a man. Then, she realized that she was a woman. Finally, she realized that she was, at the same time, both and neither. She finally understood to just go with it and act as she felt like.
After several years among the revolutionaries had passed, Milla and Lockon had both become full-fledged operatives, Lockon three years before her. They participated in takeovers of government offices as well as infiltrations, digging out any dirt they could on the government. However, one day their leader overextended the operation, and got detected by the marines in return. The leader was cornered in the city while Lockon and Milla looked on. The marine sergeant listed the commander's crimes, but he didn't flinch even as a hundred soldiers held him at gunpoint. His only response was a calm "Fuck you" and two raised middle fingers.
The marines shot him dead and the revolutionaries scattered, the camp abandoned within a day. While Milla grieved for the commander who had died, she knew why he had done what he had done. His audacity had provoked the marines and caused a scene, slowing down the marine operation to find his underlings, allowing them time to escape. Lockon and Milla decided to honor that act, and form the Twin Bird Pirates, because while they had been revolutionaries, they were now divorced from its hierarchy, and as independent dissidents, they were pirates. Lockon, as the senior became the captain, while Milla became the first mate. Their flag was drawn to represent their commander's sacrifice.
It has been a few months since that incident, and Lockon and Milla are currently searching for people who share their ideals.
Personality: Milla is rather rash, but also indecisive, prone to making snap judgements and then pulling them back after thinking for more than two seconds. She is an intelligent lady, though the aforementioned rashness and thoughtlessness rarely lets it show. However, she has various insights and beliefs that she actually has thought about, like her belief that making oneself happy should be the most important thing in life, and that being true to your own desires is instrumental to making this happen. She believes that the World Government, so caught up in bureaucracy and tyranny cannot make this happen when the populace is in fear of their ruler.
This, coupled with her whimsical mannerisms results in her flipflopping between gender identities, because she doesn't really want to stick with either, and just genuinely goes with what she feels like at the time. She knows perfectly well that her lack of a constant gender identity could be construed as weird, but she really couldn't care less and performs the silliest actions with pride and confidence in herself. She knows better that to subject herself to other people's sensibilities, and this unshakable confidence means that she can also take a joke about herself. In general, she has a healthy sense of humor. The preceding qualities apply regardless of current gender, but her fighting style strongly depends on which gender she feels like at the time, and she can only use her general techniques and the techniques of her current gender identity. She can force her gender into a sort of "neutral" form, but only does so when she absolutely needs to, because while she can use the techniques of both genders in that state, it's psychologically draining, because while she doesn't have a constant gender, she always has a gender, and suppressing that is not fun.
When her gender identity is that of a male, she seems to overcompensate for her biological gender somewhat, and generally acts over-the-top macho, intentionally deepening her voice and emphasizing her overwhelming MASCULINITY. She also appears to become more decisive, making rash, stupid decisions as always, but correcting them much more rarely. A MAN acts!
Her actions when adopting a female gender seem more natural, and she becomes somewhat more reserved, thinking more and being perhaps a tad too reserved about her opinions. She also seems to adopt better manners, referring to people with proper honorifics and such. She also likes to dance in female personality, but this gender identity is generally much more subtle than the male one.

Special Abilities:Physical Abilities&Combat Skills: Milla has impressive physical strength and speed, though not to the point where she is superhuman (She could lift about 100kg over her head, though she wouldn't be able to move with such a load, or run 100 meters in 10 seconds), being more like an olympic weightlifter. She can also perform moves like standing flips with ease.
She is a decent shot with a gun and has reasonable ability with a sword, having the training of the average soldier with the weapons. Her chief talent is unarmed combat.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):REALIZATION OF A MAN!: When in the persona of a man, Milla fights in very straightforward fashion, using punches almost exclusively. She doesn't use tricks and simply uses her strength to plow through enemies.
- TESTOSTERONE!: As the inner MAN escapes Milla's heart, her body is filled with the POWER of a MAN. She bulks up and becomes able to break stone with her fists, raise heavy weights up to a ton with one hand, and perform other great feats of strength LIKE A MAN!
- GREAT TYPHOON: Milla punches her opponent LIKE A MAN, stepping forward with the punch for maximum momentum. The RAW, UNADULTERATED POWER of a MAN lends the attack enough power to propel winds outwards from the point of impact, whisking away small objects as well as disrupt the balance of humans and other similarly sized creatures as the winds slam against them.
- CYCLONE!: A variant of Great Typhoon, Milla punches her opponent LIKE A MAN as usual, but instead performs an uppercut, focusing the energy to drive one opponent into the sky and back down with a thunderous blast of wind.
- CHEST OF STEEL: Milla blocks an attack with her chest, hardening her chest to the point where it can bounce blades off without damage. This defense is comparable to Tekkai.
- TESTOSTERONE TREMOR: Milla punches the ground LIKE A MAN, leaving crater under her and sending cracks through the earth at about a 15 meter radius, destabilizing the ground and cracking it, sending rock and dirt spraying around the radius and taking away the footing of anyone in the area.
- MAN-DRILL: Milla grabs her opponent by the head LIKE A - oh screw it, while slamming down with her whole weight, literally forcing her opponent into the ground. If the attack is successful, the enemy is driven up to their waist in the ground, and their body is likely horribly mangled because most people can't exactly take being physically forced through the ground, let alone withstand the force Milla exerts on their heads.
- HAND-GUN: Milla has faced the problem that she cannot shoot people without a gun. So she has solved the problem LIKE A MAN! She simply punches forward with all her might, and her overwhelming MANLINESS delivers the punch straight to the opponent (actually a concentrated blast of air).
Realization of a Maiden: When in the persona of a woman, Milla fights with finesse, with occasional trickery. Strength does not play much part in her actions, and she compensates with agility and speed.
- Lady's Grace: A proper lady can dance, and Milla can dance alright. She can dance so well, and so acrobatically, that when she decides to use these talents in combat, her opponents typically can't follow her, which gives her a tremendous advantage. This ability grants her phenomenal agility, jumping power and balance, as well as enhanced short burst speed, allowing her to dart around her opponents at a blinding pace and jump over them from a standing position without breaking stride.
- Lady Luck: Faced with an attack with the potential to kill her, Milla forces herself to become as calm as she can, steeling her mind to perform a dodge that should by all accounts be impossible. She can note the tiniest flaw in an attack and exploit it, highly increasing her chances of dodging it. However, using this technique essentially means subjecting oneself to a near-death experience, so Milla can't possibly use it more than once in a battle, and prefers not to be forced to do so at all.
- Narrow Slice: A lady's gotta a do what a lady's gotta do, and sometimes that involves getting your hands dirty. Milla ducks under an attack, striking the same place in the opponents abdomen twice in quick succession, once with each hand, striking with the side of the palm. The second attack can rip the abdomen of a foe with insufficient endurance, causing severe internal bleeding and sometimes spilling the guts out of the target's stomach if the attack connects particularly well.
- Lady's Wrath: Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Milla slaps her opponent with all your with her forehand, before bringing her palm back with the backhand over, and over and over again. While the damage from this attack is not as great as some of her other moves, the repeated slaps sting like a bitch. She can also spread out the slaps to get rid of a group of weaker enemies, nonlethally but painfully.
- Chin Pointe: Drawing on ballet lessons she never actually had, Milla performs an extremely fast frontal kick directly to the opponent's chin in what seems to be a 180 degree arc. The sheer speed of the attack grants it enough force to break a jaw or even shatter the skull. Even larger opponents can be targeted, provided she jumps first.
- Low Pointe: Again drawing from ballet lessons she never actually had, Milla kicks her opponent's crotch region in a way as to practically spear said lower regions with the tip of her foot. Suffice to say, she leaves this move for people she detests. Given the force she can put in her kicks, the results really aren't pleasant for the target.
- EEEEEK!: While Milla usually keeps the mannerisms of her personas separate, her macho yelling in male persona has done wonders for her lung capacity. Thus, she can let out a high-pitched screech that is even more ear-shattering than the typical high pitched screech. Milla usually uses this when cornered in order to stun her opponent to get the chance to attack or call for help.
Realization of a Divided Heart: When Milla adopts a persona between a man and a woman, she gains the best aspects of both. However, such an unnatural identity is psychologically draining for her, and she does not like to use this.
Weapons/Items: take what you want from the approved weapons list but custom weapons must be registered and approved
