Serious: The Milky Way Pirates Chapter 1: adventure in Windmill Village ((THREAD CLOSED TO EVERYONE EXCEPT MASQUERADE))

Arianne leaned on the bar counter, listening to Adamand's music, her eyes shutting gently in enjoyment at the sound of the melodic strains. Her eyes snapped open at the ensuing dialogue and she raised her eyebrows at Saki's excellent fortune.
"Wow," she murmured to herself. "The girl has a blessing of great luck..." Her eyes travelled upward briefly. "A higher power must want her to succeed in her endeavours..." She looked around at everyone in the bar, another thought briefly crossing her mind.
"And perhaps a higher power brought us all together too..."
She bowed her head in formality to Jace and Adamand, flicking through her large leather-bound book absent mindedly.

She was brought back to earth by the thud of Adamand falling to the floor. Arianne blinked and stooped down to see if he was alright.

jace said to saki "thank you for letting me join do you mind if i stay in my own ship i can make sure it is always near yours?" when he saw arianne he said "good afternoon how are you i suppose you are in the crew?" when his eyes spyed her book he said "what book are you reading?" he was interested in books because he lived in a giant library for most of his life

Avery drank most of his water while listening to all of the conversations. His first visible reaction to the speakers came when he raised his eyebrows questioningly when Saki stared at him expectantly. But she had quickly moved on to the Jace person when he came up and asked if he could join her crew.

Avery finished his water and went up to the bartender to pay for the oil and water…just before Adamand fell and hit the floor. The cyborg turned back around and he grinned at the sight of the man.

“Heh…better get yourself some sleep,” Avery said, walking past Adamand on his way to the door. “See you around. Come on Lawrence.” The dog followed after his master obediently. He was only too happy to get away from the wolf. Just as Avery reached the door, he turned back to look at Saki. “Best of luck to you,” he said. “We might meet again, but I doubt it. Oh, and try not to get yourself killed.”

For the briefest of moments his eyes flicked to Arianne, who had been checking on Adamand, but then his gaze returned to Saki. Avery smiled kindly at the new captain and waved before shoving the door open and stepping out onto the street.

admand stood up like nothing happend,walked 3 steps,and fell again on the floor.it was a weird sight as he kept falling on the floor.-sooo tired....-he tought to himself while trying to stand up,but failed and fell asleep on the ground.but right before he fell asleep he said'''help me a lill-''

Saki was surprised by the man's actions and his remark on not getting herself killed. But she shook it off after he left and went to help Adamand, he kept on falling to the floor.
"Hey are you alright??" she asked as she saw him unconscious on the floor.

Arianne raised her eyebrows at Adamand's falling around and then looked to Jace. "Good afternoon, sir. Yes. I am indeed part of the crew...my name is Arianne Greyson. I see you've just joined up, then. It is nice to meet you."
She looked down briefly at the pages of the book. "This? Oh, it's just a little index about the Akuma no Mi...I'm studying the cursed fruits and their users..."

She noticed that Avery had left the bar with Lawrence and her shoulders slumped a little, a brief flicker of some unreadable emotion flitting through her eyes.
Arianne looked over to Adamand. "That man needs to learn to hold his drink..."

adamand once again stood up and walked 3 steps only to colapse again.''sorry...i suppose i have overworked some...could you please help me to the ship..''he said with a sad voice.sad because he had to be helped.

"Yes, I'll help you, don't worry" Saki said giving Adamand a comforting smile while helping him stand up correctly, she put his arm around her shoulder and her hand in his shoulder so that she would carry some of his weight. "Let's go" Saki said while starting to walk.

-what am i doing i cant let her cary me..'-he tought.'''sorry but i think i can hande it..thanks..'''he said while standing on his own and drinking from a little bottle(energy shot).''ýeg...anyways''he contineud like nothing happened.''i am a musician and navigator.nice to meet you.and your name is?''he said while facing saki.

Saki was suprised that she had to repeat herself, but she smiled politely and nodded to herself he's your crew mate, treat him with respect, she thought.
"I'm Saki Star, nice to meet you" she said with her smile still on her face.

''i have heard that som-...óh sorry you said it before..''he said while picking his violin up again and started playing again.this time it was a rather nice and quite song.

Saki smiled at Adamand and closed her eyes to listen to the beautiful melody, wow he really is good at playing the violin, I really like it, Saki thought was she walked with the eyes closed, hearing to the sound the violin made, it relaxed her and made her really happy.

'''this song is so slow it makes me drowsy again...ímma change from song.''he quickly changed to a faster paced song to keep him awake.he also grabbed a tone dial to play the background music.
(he only plays the part from 2:00((so skip to that)))

Saki opened her eyes and nodded, then continue walking while Adamand played. Even if it wasn't as slow as the last one, it was still beautiful and it showed that he was really good at playing the violin, she loved that someone as talented as him joined her crew, she was really happy.
Not only him, also On was talented, Arianne and Jace also seem talented.
Hope I don't dissapoint them, I want to be a good captain, I'll try my best at being one, Saki thought with a smile on her face.

After leaving the bar, Avery had stopped at a nearby store and bought a loaf of bread. As he continued on his way down the street, he would, at random intervals, throw a chunk of the bread to Lawrence, while he himself was munching on the rest of the loaf.

The more the young man and his dog walked, the more unfocused Avery’s expression became. Lawrence noticed this and stopped in place, expecting Avery to follow suit just like they had practiced. Avery, however, was so wrapped up in his thoughts that he did not even notice that Lawrence was no longer next to him. Since this first attempt at getting Avery’s attention had failed, Lawrence solved the problem by catching up with his master and nipping him on the leg.

“Ow! Hey!” Avery looked down at Lawrence, surprised by the bite. Thinking that he had not thrown Lawrence any bread in a little while, he ripped a piece off and tossed it right at his dog’s muzzle, expecting him to catch it in his jaws.

Lawrence did not even twitch as the bread bounced off of his nose and fell to the ground. He continued staring at Avery, as if waiting for the other to say something.

“If it is not bread, then what is it?” Avery asked, sounding annoyed. “More Marines? Cats? Another wolf?”

Being a dog, Lawrence was not capable of responding in a way that would have explained his behavior.

Avery sighed. “Yeah, sometimes I can’t forget you can’t talk,” he said. Once again, his eyes seemed to cloud over and he almost appeared to be looking at something beyond Lawrence. “That crew,” said Avery at last. Lawrence’s head came up. This could be what he had been waiting for. “They were quite interesting, weren’t they?” Avery commented. Then he turned and walked on.

If Lawrence could have sighed in frustration, he would have. Instead, he gobbled up the piece of bread Avery had dropped and trotted after his master.

Snow was sitting still as he heard the wonderous songs played by the musician, he enjoyed them very much.He moved onwards Following the man that had the dog. It seemed like he hadnt joined, but in Snows mind he deserved to be a part of the group. Having eaten enough meat Snow stood up and walked outside the bar, the harsh winds were no longer bothering him. He continued to walk behind Avery followed the man until he turned and walked on, then he stood in his way. Snow was prepared to fight him to join Sakis Group, Since she was hoping for him to join it was Snows job to try and make him. The least escort him back to the bar. Snow looked at his eyes, giving him somewhat of a sensation of what Snow was thinking.

Genshi walked out of the store with several large bags of food. This was an important part of his training. Carrying heavy food for long distances helped with his strength and stamina.

"Now to bring these nutrients to my new crew." he said, gleefully.

Some who would've seen him would've sworn he was skipping, but he'd assure them they were wrong.

Lawrence tensed and this time Avery took notice. It didn’t take him more then a few seconds to see what the dog was worked up about. The wolf had returned. For some reason the stupid animal was standing in Avery’s path. Now, Avery wasn’t a nervous man by nature, but he still didn’t like the way that creature was looking at him.

“What is up with you canines and your staring contests today?” Avery asked the wolf. A rumbling growl was emitted from Lawrence’s throat and this time, Avery didn’t order him to stand down. “Look, I’ve already got enough on my plate,” Avery said. “So get out of my way.” The wolf looked so determined that Avery doubted he would simply up and leave, so he changed tact. “Look, if you don’t move things are going to get violent. And if they do that, then both I and Lawrence will fight you to the death. And what would that accomplish? You would get some fresh meat, IF you won, but I’m guessing that’s not an issue for you with all of the food people have been handing you.”

With that said, Avery started on a new course that would take him around the wolf. Lawrence followed suit, but kept a close eye on the other canine.

Snow watched him move around him, he did not seem like he was heading towards the direction of the Bar. Snow Growled at Avery, if he did not turn around towards Sakis direction he would attack. Snow was making sure he was prepared to fight this man, Snow new Saki was disappointed he did not join the crew, Snow was here to take him back, even if it was by dragging him.
Snow inched towards him in a warning manner, maintaining its composure by leaving its head straight, Snow Lets out a howl that echoed throughout the Island, warning Avery he was going the wrong direction.

On noticed the Wolf had left and went out after it. Following Snow he soon found out what the animal was after. It was after Avery On watched their back and forth and when the Wolf howled thats when he jumped in "Hey ya flea ridden mutt the hell ya think your doing?" he said stepping between Avery and the wolf.

Snow watched On get in between him and the other man. He was already in the crew, but he was also in the way. Snow was confused as to why he was in the way, but there was only one solution.

Snow ran towards him in a fast speed, His Fangs opened as he attempted to bite the mans foot, If On did jump out of the way he'd keep moving forward to try and attack Avery.

"You forced my hand mutt." quickly taking out his guitar he slammed his pick on the strings and controled the sound waves into a blast and if it hit the Wolf it would send it a good ten feet back.

The sound wave was strong as it sent Snow flying backwards, realizing he wasnt fighting an ordinary opponent Snow fell with all four paws on the ground. Two barrels appeared from its shoulders the instant it landed, 10 bullets were being fired per second as he kept on firing for 4 seconds, aiming at only his legs and arms, with only a few at his chest. He was making sure he wouldn't kill his Nakama if it did hit.

Genshi was on his way back from the stores when he saw a sight most strange. First being the bartender attacking the new pet Gens-Er Snow. Even more so he did it with a guitar of all things. Wait, Snow's up to something, he pulled guns from his shoulders somehow, and he's gonna shoot! Genshi had to stop him. He dropped the food he was holding and began to coat his entire body with a dense clay. strong enough to absorb bullets in the past (With much trial and error).

'Snow, stop." he said, running in the way of the bullets, stopping them. Maybe one or two were'nt stopped, but they were ricocheted, surely. He turned to face the bartender.

"Are you okay? More importantly, can I get a cola in a tall glass?" he asked, still covered in cay and bullets.

Snow watched Genshi stop his bullets, turning his back on Snow and asking the man for a soda. On either occasion he was not his master, Saki was the one that gave him the food, she is the captain and his new goal. Snow opened his mouth as a Cannon was put out, then a highly explosive Cannon ball was Shot out, its a highly explosive round. The Cannon then returned inside Wolfs body, the Cannon was aimed right at Genshi.
