Appearance: Raphael is a tall boy, standing at 4 feet and weighting 40 kilograms. His skin is milky-white and is covered with turquoise tattoos, resembling ancient runes, that faintly glow when Raphael is meditating. Raphael has a long silver hair that goes down to his ankles. He almost never cut it. Raphael's eyes are mint-green and are always half-shut. He wears a series of black and white robes that cover his entire body and a thick black scarf that covers his mouth. Underneath these robes Raphael wears a fighting gi. Raphael's legs and arms are covered in bandages that cover his tattoos except for when they're glowing.

History: Raphael was born on an island named Yeshua, a small island in the East Blue. The island is the source of a secret cult known as "The Prophecy". As a new born on Yeshua, Raphael had to go through a test that the cult performed on every baby born on Yeshua. The test was done to check if 'god' is in the child. Most of the babies don't pass the test and are raised as normal babies, but Raphael was different. The test, that required Raphael to eat a special mix of a certain herb, reached the results that Raphael is a vessel of god. He was immediately taken from his parents and was raised in a temple.
In the temple, Raphael grew as a prophet child. He spent his days meditating, praying and studying, learning how to collect information from his visions. He showed a great interest in medicine after learning about Raphael the angel who could cure every wound.
When he reached the age of ten, Raphael was taught the ways and beliefs of the Holy Creed religion. The temple served as a branch of the religion to locate and teach promising children, and Raphael was the perfect subject. He was taught the fighting style of the religion.
All these religious lessons made Raphael hate and fear sinners. He saw the world not as marines and pirates, but as good and evil, both trying to reach to the One Piece or stop the other side from achieving the said goal. He realized that the key to world peace, was One Piece. Without it there will be no pirates and therefore, no marines. It was the Holy Grail!
From this day forward, until the age of 15, Raphael spent his life training, both his mind and his body, in the ways of the Holy Creed, to put a stop to sins.
He was taught by the brightest monks and priests, by the best martial artists, to become what he is today, a prophet child with a future of serving god on earth. He was kept in the temple, standing by for the right time to make a move, waiting for the Holy Creed to send him a message, to tell him to head out and fight.

Personality: Raphael is a blind believer. After living his entire life meditating, preying and learning philosophy, he can explain every event with god's will. After seeing angels in his dreams and visions, Raphael grew scared of sins and evil, up to the point where he can be called sin-o-phobic. His entire outfit is supposed to hide his body from the outside world that is filled with sinners and evil doers. He is obsessive with good dids and virtues, because they give him better visions that help him sleep at night. All of his actions are derived from his visions. His visions are the ones that made him sin-o-phobic. In his visions, he speaks with angels and by staying away from sinners and keeping the virtues, the angels are more pleased with him. He will do anything to keep the world clean of sinners, up to the point where he will kill sinning mothers if the angels in his visions tell him to.

Fortune Telling: Raphael has an odd and unexplained ability to predict the future. He calls it "visions" and he believes that they are messages from god himself. These visions come at unexpected times and help Raphael predict major events. While he sleeps, he sees his visions in his dreams. As a result, by going to sleep Raphael can "summon" the visions. The visions are the result of Raphael consuming IQ (The herb from the test) While he was a baby. The IQ enhancement developed Raphael's brain, making it notice the smallest details in a subconscious level, put them all together, make an assessment of the following events and than presenting it to Raphael in the from of a dream. Raphael's visions come true 97.7% of the time. (It is basically the same as Madame Shirley's future seeing only with dreams instead of crystal balls).

Face of the Cherub: The Holy Creed style teaches that to emulate the angels, one must first emulate their worldly equivalents. Thus, it teaches four stances that emulate the four faces of the Cherubim:

• Man: The transitional form, designed to foster adaptability. It is the most natural of the stances for a human. It emphasizes no particular style of fighting, instead allowing the user a loose posture which can be used for any sort of movement without first changing stance. It is also easy to change into the other forms from this one.
  
• Eagle: The user focuses on their perception, sacrificing adaptability to see better. In this stance, the user can effectively target pressure points, and strike effectively without strength.
  
• Ox: The user drops down lower, adopting a stance to increase their strength, striking with more force than finesse, pushing the opponent back with each hit. This stance also allows the user to better endure attacks
  
• Lion: Like a lurking predator, this stance allows the user to strike quickly and decisively, utilizing momentum and swift and unpredictable movements. It is the most offensive of the four stances.

Holy Creed Secret Art : Aura of the Ophanim: This technique is Raphael's ultimate technique. After years of meditation, Raphael gained a special ability. By focusing, Raphael can amplify and manipulate the bio-electric energy naturally produced by the body. The vast amount of electric energy that is produced is than conducted through Raphael's blood and nerves, making the iron in his blood form a powerful electromagnetic field around his body. This field can be used in various methods but it is usually used to disturb the enemy's nervous system, resulting in paralysis and possibly death. While in this state, any conductor that touches Raphael, including living beings, receives a violent electric shock. The shock deals great pain and weak skin-deep burns. The bio-electric stream in the shocked area is disturbed, resulting in the paralysis of the said area.
