Serious: Chapter 2-The trail to Marineford "Conquest of Reverse Mountain"

Carlos never fought with a giant before but he could understand that his movements would be slower because of his size. He couldn't block such a monster but he could dodge. He than noticed Don Jocobo coming form his back, a chance. Carlos quickly moved one of his hook swords to his back, grabbing one of Jocobo's swords "Shell art: Stop" He said. He than performed a front flip, making Jocobo's sword drag to Carlos' front along with his arm without harming Carlos. Before he touched the ground after his flip he turned his side to the ground and yelled "Geppo!". The technique allowed Carlos to use the air as a trampoline and launch himself to the side, away from the giant's attack and crash on the ground. The result of all that was Carlos getting out of threat and Jocobo being in the giant's way. A perfect move.

Ashly's snake wrapped around Tyran's body causing him to be unable to move, while Ashley began shooting him her rifle. He got hit in the chest five times though luckly none of them in vital places. Tyran just turned his teeth into sharp blades, and bit into Sharp Fang's body hoping to let go of his body.

Big World slashed into Don jocobo despite him being in his own crew. Jocobo fell unto the ground hurt, but not dead "Watch out you almost cleaved me in half." Big world yelled back at Jocobo "Well if you weren't such a bad swordsmen this wouldn't be such a problem!" The two began to argue ingoring Carlos. This was the perfect time for him to attack.

Darnel straggled RedBeard into the ground while he clung to his throat "Please show mercy." Redbeard's body slowly began to decay as the venom began eating his body from the inside. Darnel just held his arms open making him unable to stop his snake body from crushing his very bones. Then Redbeard's rib cage snapped crushing his spine and killing him. After Darnel was finished with Redbeard, he went after Snarkel. Snarkel ran away after seeing the marine kill his captain. "I won't let you get away!!!" Darnel grabbed snarkel's body. He slammed snarkel into the floor. Then threw him into the ceiling cracking it. Then as Snarkel's body fell back down. Darnel slammed his tail unto his back crashing it into the floor. Snarkel was dead. Darnel was on a rampage.

Kenshin jumped up and out of the way of the incoming bullet with geppou, then put his eye on his scope, shooting one bullet aimed for Krans head, and one towards Dons heart, then jumping back down on the ship and hiding behind the railings of the ship.

Carlos wouldn't miss such a perfect opportunity to finish a fight. He started sprinting toward the arguing pair and with two nimble jumps he managed to get on Big World's lowered sword. "Wing Art: Fire Dancing!" He said. He than started running on Big World's blade, only slightly cutting his feet. The Fire Dance allowed Carlos run over hot stones without getting burned using quick feet work. He used the same principle in order to run on the sharp blade without injuring his feet too badly. After running on the blade Carlos made a jump For Big World's shoulder. From there he'll try to get on Big World's neck and jam his hooks inside the giant's mouth, riding him like a horse. He decided to try using the giant's size to his advantage, making him enter a frenzy and hurting himself and Jocobo.

Kenshin's aim was true, and hit Kran right in the head killing him instantly. Kran's finger accidentallly pressed the trigger shooting a bullet straight toward Kenshin's second bullet saving Don Jocobo.

Big World screamed as Carlos jamed his hooks inside his mouth. The giant swung his sword wildly catching Don Jocobo in his left arm "Stop stop ur hurting me!" Big world just kept swing continously slicing Jocobo until he was nothing but pieces. Big world reached for Carlos with giant hand determined to crush him. The Redbeard pirates were slowly falling apart. Only Tyran and Big World were left.

"Giants sure are dumb aren't they Big World?" Carlos said. As the giant's massive hand aimed at Carlos he released one of his hooks from the giant's mouth and swung on the other to get to his face. "Too slow Bulb-Head!" Carlos said as he reached the face, dodging the attack. He than released the other hook, that was now covered with disgusting giant saliva and balanced himself on the giant's nose. "Try to catch me now Brain-dead!" Carlos said. He than switched to reverse grip and jammed his hooks into the giant's nostrils yelling "Fang Art: Sinus Mosquito!". All of Carlos' moved were meant to get the giant mad and make him injure himself in a frenzy. Carlos had no-chance at defeating a giant without any help and he decided to take his help from the giant himself.

Sharpfangs Body was a steel drill constantly moveing. He growled in pain as Tyran bit him but tightened his hold. Sharpfangs drill teeth then attempted to bite tyrans neck.

Ashley Used Soru to move within melee range of Tyran. Aiming two rifle shots attempting to shoot Tyrans eyes out.

"Your FInished you steel jerk!"

Tyran unable to move was shot dead in the eyes. His corpse fell over unto the ground. Big world balled up a fist and launched a punched toward Carlos hanging from his nose.

The marine tried to calm Darnel at the other end of the docks. The loss of his mentor has caused to snap. He kept smashing the floor with fists causing a rather large hold in the ground. His fists were bloody from constantly hitting the floor. It seemed like he would eventually kill himself he didn't stop. The surrounding marines were too scared to go near them. One marine tried and Darnel smacked him away with his tail. Not enought to kill him, but just too send a message. Darnel held his head with his arms smashing it into the ground.

"Leave me alone! I don't want to hurt you. Please I just can't deal with this right now."

A Sharpfang Returned to Ahley she noticed Darnell was out of controll.

"Damnit im going to have to reason with him Sharpy if that doesnt work im going to have to kick his ass..."

Useing Soru to Sped infront of Darnell. Ashley shouted. "Hey Darnell whats the Deal? WHy dont you come with me and relax & Ill make you cookies?....
Your Nakama is in a better place now sweetie. He would want you to lead your life and fulfill his legacy. Dont let these smelly pirates win. Dont loose your mind your too handsome for that!"

"And you're down..." Carlos grinned. He released both of the hooks and let his body fall from the giant's face down to the ground, dodging the fist that was now aimed at the giant himself. He used Geppo to balance himself before performing a perfect two-legged landing on the ground below.

Big world fell to the ground unconscious. The marines quickly surrounded the giant to quickly put him back into his cell. The redbeard pirates were defeated. Darnel quickly regained his senses after hearing Ashley's words. He turned back into his human form "I'm so sorry...so so sorry. I let my emotions get the best of me. It will never happen again." The marines dumped the bodies of the dead pirates into the ocean. Rear admiral Cardinal got up from the ground. As it turns out he was yomi yomi no mi user giving a second chance of life. He got from the ground his suit bloody and full of holes.

Darnel almost fainted when he was that this mentor was alive.

Kenshin jumped off the boat "Rear admiral Cardinal, your alive!!!!" he yelled happily

Covered with a giant's blood, saliva, snot and other different body fluids, Carlos couldn't help but laugh his exhaustion and relief out when the Rear Admiral came back to life. "Can it be a miracle?" Carlos asked himself as he watched Darnel struggling to maintain his consciousness. It was truly a happy ending to a crappy fight.

Ashley Gave Darnell a Big hug. "Just Glad your back hot stuff =P"

AShley then went to strech her muscles after the ruff fight. "DOnt wanna get stiff i might just wind up dieing if my leg locks up or somthing." Ashley went on to do some warm up exercises while she awaited her fellow crew mates.

Darnel just need to sit down to gather his thoughts. All this was kinda much for him. The marines quickly gathered around the Rear admiral "Yes yes I'm alright guys. No problem." He walked out toward Darnel reaching out his hand to pick him up " Its ok son the battle is over. The redbeard pirates are done with. Now we can rebuild." Darnel accepted his hand.

Two weeks later....
The base was getting repaired after the attack of the Redbeard pirates. The marine base would be fully operational in a few days. The bodies of the redbeard pirates were thrown away into the sea. Only Big World was trapped in a cell. Rear Admiral Cardinal resumed command of the base, and the hooded knights were on their to the grand line. The hooded Justice(the ship) was sailing toward reverse mountion. The ship picked up speed as rode on the rapids towards the top of the mountian. "Everybody hang on. This is going to be a bumpy ride!!!" Darnel said standing at the front of the ship

"That was my line captain!" Carlos shouted, trying to overpower the gushing waters. He manned the helm with skill, using the reverse waves to get above rocks without getting damaged. The sails were lowered to avoid getting out of balance by the powerful wind and the ship was pushed by the waves alone. The Hooded justice began climbing the mountain, they were about to enter the Grand Line

Ashley waited patiently petting Sharpfang.

Letting out a sigh she saw they were about to enter the grandline once again.

The hooded justice sailed up the rapids until they were finally at the top. The ship flew up in the air, and landing on the side leading to the grand line. Darnel almost fell off the ship into the ocean below "We made it! We are in the grand line!!!" The ship sailed down the mountain stopping in seas of the grand line. They made to the grand line. The hooded knights were on their way.

Carlos could let a deep breath go out of his lungs as he was filled with relief. They made it through Reverse Mountain, one of the hardest passages in the ocean, to the Grand Line. Wait, relief? They just entered the most dangerous part of the world. He quickly composed himself and prepared for his next order. "Where to captain Darnel?"

Darnel said to Carlos "Set course toward Marineford. We have alot of catching up to do. Apparently there is a new admiral, and I want to meet him."

Carlos' face was drifting from readiness to shyness. Many people would mistake Carlos for a navigator but he was actually a Helmsman, he had no clue on navigation. "Could someone hold the map for me? and maybe help me find the north please?" Carlos said, his voice filled with embarrassment.

Kenshin sighed and walked up to carlos, took the map, and showed him where north was
