The sound of his footsteps were silenced by the screams of pain from the prisoners being thrown into the boiling blood. Their pathetic voices beginning for mercy sounded like music to Nicky's ears as he walked through Level 4 on his usual patrol.

"Yes... yes... show these pathetic failures their punishment for underestimating the world!" , he let out an insane laughter in delight.

As he continued on he met up with a few soldiers, escorting a new prisoner.

"New meat, I see" , he smirked at the terrified man who were propably coming straight from sterilization.

"H-Hai" , said one of the soldiers, nervous of the presence of his superior.

Nicky clicked his tongue in delight, his blood red eyes staring deeply at the prisoner.

"So, what shall we do with you?" , he smirked putting a hand on the other's shoulder. "He might have some valuable information, take him to the interrogation room and I'll handle him from there."

"No!" , the prisoner screamed, breaking free from the soldiers grip and started to run. He didn't get far as the Chief Guard was in front of him.

"You're not worth the freedom!" , growled Nicky before throwing the poor soul above the edge into the boiling blood.

He turned to his subordinates, eyes flashing angrily red.

"FOOLS!" , he shouted hitting them all hard with his favorite whip. As they all sat on the ground, wincing at their bruises he continued. "You keep slacking off no matter how many time I lecture, really I should just-"

He was interrupted by a call from the Office.

"What do they want now?" , he groaned turning his back to the guards. "Hello?"

He waited for an answer from whoever disturbed his patrol...

The man adjusted his tuxedo as he proceeded to make his phone call. He had the title as Vice warden and since Head Warden Lucifer was out for the rest of the year, Jack would assume command. He then called Nick for one particular reason. "Hello there Nick.... this is Vice Warden Jack here... Jack Yomi, remember me? I just got back from holiday actually.. im thinking about having a staff meeting to brief you all...."

A dark chuckle errupted from his throat, an evil grin spreading across his face.

"So the Vice-Warden finally decided to take care of his duties and return" , he said with a cocky tone. "Really... we have prisoners here who needs to be guarded and you go on holiday vacation. As a Vice-Warden I think you should know better."

He turned to the trembling guards who seemed to have realized they weren't going to die today.

"We had another escape attempt today... but I took care of it, threw the pathetic loser into the boiling blood. I was about to do the same to the guards who failed to restrict him when you contacted me. The standards are way to low around here... I'm on my way up to the office, see you soon... sir."

On the last word he put a low dark chuckle before swinging his whip, hitting his leg lightly and walked towards the elevator....

Jack laughed as he heard Nick say this "Awww.. come on Nick.... gone for like a few months due to overworking and you act like you barely know me, hahahaha, dont worry.... ill work the schematics out, ever since head warden Lucifer got sick, this place has been on edge..... come up here and we will discuss some things... dont worry about the prisoners, the men have it under control, and plus you are here... you there?" Jack then realised that Nick must be heading up here, he waited patiently at the table. There were 3 other figures there. One was a man with a hump and a knife at his side as well as a pistol. He wasnt the prettiest looking thing in the world, but Jack smiled "Hey there Quatro.... you been doing well?" Quatro nodded at Jack and then smiled "Yeah... ever since the old man got sick... we've been having issues, but at least its not so bad, no break ins since the Yonkou Anubis ones...." Jack remembered those, he didnt like remembering them since he wasnt here at the time, and the warden was unable to stop it from occurring. But Jack was back now. Quatro in his mind respected both Jack and the warden since they raised him from the time he was a disowned child on the seas. At least now , he had made it this far

The lady in the next seat sighed "This is nonsense.... where is Nick anyway? No doubt busy being a douche to everyone.... Jack kun, you really need to scold him you know?" She was dressed in a overcoat and black boots. She had a long pole with her as well.

The last man in the room was wearing a dusty cowboy hat , a trench coat, and a marine undershirt and old style wild west boots. He had 2 golden revolvers one of each side of his holster. He had a white beard and white hair. He was old, and he groaned "You need to calm down little missy... time for you kids go too fast... enjoy your life.. with no scars."

Jack smiled at Alexandra making her blush. He then said "Well, Nick is as unique of everyone here, so we need to respect his opinions and what not, we run a difficult job here after all, plus i just got back from my forced government vacation. I promise this time i wont overwork." Quatro sighed, the last time Jack had collapsed from working too hard which forced him to take the holiday, but that was of course since the head warden was still healthy, now times had forced Jack back here.

As Nicky walked through the corridor, the screams slowly faded away, being forced away by thick stone walls.

His smirk turning into a small pout for a moment. He never understood what others thought were so disturbing by those beautiful sounds of pained souls begging for mercy.

The Chief Warden reached the doors and pushed them open. Inside he saw his superior, Jack, and the 3 other Chief Guard. Flashing them all an bored smirk, he sat down in one of the chains.

"So... sir... what's up?" , he grinned, resting his chin in his hand staring at the Vice-Warden with his dark red eyes.
