Serious: the adventures of the oblivion pirates: part 1

"We will buy our food, we have already caused too much trouble and the people will be ready for an attack, but if you really want you can start a bar fight while I go buy the food. Xarx stays here and watches little miss." Connor walked off searching for a place to buy some food.

"yes that what i wanted." he said dramaticlly. He headed off into the bar as a realization hit him. He was going to be in a bar where some of the most voilent people lived. "Oh well more fun for me.''

Connor bought some and brought back to ship. Then set off to search for Saru, although he guessed where he was cause some guy flew out of a bar and slammed into the wall of another bar at the other side of the town. He entered the bar when some guy tried to punch, Connor side-stepped the punch and countered with a sonic boom that sent the man through the left wall of the bar. "Saru, let's go." Connor waited for a response.

"awwww i was just haveing fun." As a two-ton giant loomed of him Saru looked up and punchhim in the gut blood started squirting out and he fell to the ground. Saru had used the punch with three knives coming out of his knuckles. "TIMBER!!! Alright lets go." as they headed out Saru punched someone in the back of the head cracking his skull.

Xark was napping against the ship's mast when they arrived at the ship again and their "guest" was still tied up on deck. Even though the others arrived and probably made some noise while getting on bored, Xark remaind asleep.

Certain now that there was no way she could get off the ship before it left, Clarisse slumped against the mast. Her escape would end up being anything but easy at this rate. There was still one problem for her though. If she didn't follow the captain's orders, it would be quite obvious that she wasn't sincere about joining the crew. And of course that could only lead to death.

Xark wakes up with a yawn and sees her resting agains the mast too. "So you have finally given up on looking for a way to escape? Dont let it get to you. These guys dont look to bad." Leans agains the mast again to continue resting.

"hey Claresse no hard felling back there i still think that you brought class to that place. It was so dull but you made everything alot of fun." He said sitting next to her looking up at the sky. " when ever im mad i always tell myself there are always new places to go and new sights to see. Maybe you should start thinking like that."

Clarisse kept staring down at her feet, not even acknowledging Saru's comment. She'd think of something, all she needed was some concentration. But the more and more she thought, it just seemed like only good luck and good timing would get her out of this situation.

"Alright, let's get ready to sail." Connor signaled to Xarx and Saru to get the ship ready while he charted there course to next island. "Saru, go steer the ship." Connor watched him go and told Xarx to watch clarisse.

"Sure thing Capt!" Xark goes to the side of the ship and lays down in a direction that he can see her. "Although I do seem to have the boring jobs."

"A new crewman will have to earn his title. Of course, there are only three crew members and one captive/crew member." They were out of the port now. "Saru, steer her to the east. Xarx, go find something to do. I'll keep an eye on little miss here."

"Alright then! I'll take a look down below." Xark goes below deck to take a look around for anything.

"hey where are we going anyway." Saru said puzzled. "you said we were going somewhere but didn't say where."

Xark walks below deck and looks around at all the stuff this ship has. The leech forms and also looks, "Not very rich now are they." "Nope sure doesn't look like it." "Why did you want to join them anyway? I mean look at how low rank this ship and crew is compared to others we've seen and destroyed." Xark looks at the leech, "Because, they seem like a fun bunch to be with. Plus, its boring only having a life energy hungry bug to talk to." The leech looks annoyed, "Well excuse me for needing to feed myself." Just then the leech senses something and so did Xark, "Did you sense that, bug?" "Yeah. There is something wrong here." "Lets go see what it is." Xark walks deeper into the ship to see what it was that they felt.

It took a while, but Clarisse now had a plan to get away from these people. It was simple, yet efficient. The only problem now was, being able to start it. Being under constant watch meant she would never be able to put the plan into motion. She could stand to wait so there were no mistakes.

"Do you cook at all?" Connor asked Clarisse, as his stomach started complaining. "We all gotta eat and you got to work to, so can you cook?"

Looking up at Connor, Clarisse wore an irritated face. "No. I can't." She soon returned to simply staring down at the deck.

"Well your going hungry then." Maybe I can use "persuasion" to get her to do what I need. "You may want to re-consider your statement."

Standing slowly, Clarisse stopped before she stood straight. "If you insist, where's the galley? And another thing, I'm not going to say I told you so."

Xark walks deep into the ship and then something makes him stop in shock. "It can't be...its..." He sees the food area and it has an area of meat. "Fresh Meat!" He runs to the boxes and opens one up. "Finally some decent meat!" He takes a large chunk and then closes the box and begins to chow on the meat. "Mmmm, good." He starts to walk back up on deck.

"Clarisse, you are making your own food, not cooking for everyone. On this ship its every man for himself when it comes to food." He looked at Saru and shouted. "I don't know the name of the island!"

Clarisse walked over to the rail and leaned over. "Very well then. I'll cook when I need food then." She could stand to eat something now, but she wanted to use a little display. If she was going to be kept here, Clarisse wanted to show them she was not someone they would be able to push around. But for that, she would have to wait a while.

Xark walks up on deck while eating the piece of meat he found."Is that an islnad? Its about time."

Connor grabbed a spyglass and was able to see the island. "That was a short trip, Xarx, get ready to dock. Saru, try not to damage the ship when docking it, okay? Clarisse help Xarx. Get to it." Connor climbed the mast and started rolling up the sails, then shouted down at Xarx and Clarisse. "Actually, grab the oars, we're gonna paddle the rest of the way there."
