Side: Being largely composed of bounty hunters, they are often associated with the Marines. However, they have their own compact set of goals and do not favor any one side.
Current Members: The Order of the White Lotus system of code names is simple. All the main agents are given code names and address each other by these. No one knows the other agents' actual names. There are differences between male agents code names and female agents code names; male agents get a number in their name, while female agents are named after days and holidays. There are thirteen main pairs of agents who take orders directly from the top, although they do not know Mr. 0´s true identity, except his own partner. Below the higher ranking agents, there are 2000 subordinate agents called Millions and Billions. The Millions are the subordinates of the frontier agents and are 1800 agents in total. The Billions are the other 200 agents who are subordinates to the officer agents.

Goals: The Order of the White Lotus is an organization created by a mysterious figure, who only goes by Mr. 0, to accomplish his own personal mysterious goals. The organization accomplishes different tasks for that one purpose. The O.W.L. agents often function as bounty hunters and take down pirates in order to earn more money to aid their operations. The organization's apparent goal is to become the greatest bounty hunting organization in the Grand Line, and for this purpose, they are often seen to have allied with the Marines.

*Sigh* I guess saying that this isn't really going well with our rules won't do... give it a different name, guys... A different flag... then I wouldn't have a problem with it... Since it seems different enough from the real thing. But oh well, you're grown ups, Nikz is a mod, so you know what to do, right?
If no one else has anything against it, then I'll just go along. In fact, this might be the sloution to one of my big, big problems. Might contact you about it.

Is it really against the rules, after all we also have Shichibukai and Yonkou? So why not a Baroque Works? Its not really all that different from the original Baroque Works - they too were bounty hunters, led by a guy who had ulterior motives. Same story here.

Besides, according to nikky Admin-sama is okay with it as well (and he makes the rules), and Major's even started his character for it. o.o; lol So I really don't think its a problem.

EDIT: Nvm the Admin-sama part, apparently he hasn't replied to nikky's inquiry yet. o-o

I was talking about it with Major, and he seemed ok with it, in fact he is making a character.... i have messaged admin sama about it , just in case, and if he says no, i will change the name for the group? Otherwise it should be fine. Thank you Gore, your a excellent mod for keeping with the rules.

Well, I think it is, since it was a special in-universe organisation that only excisted once, and was organised by one person. So it's not like the shichibukai, who were something created by the marine/government long ago, or the yonkou, who earned the title for their influence and strenght as pirates. It's more like a crew, and as such, this'd be like creating the strawhat pirates in my mind. But let's see what admin sama says about it, maybe his opinion differs from mine.
Anyway, I wouldn't want you to delete it, since I actually like the concept and would even like to join, but... if it's against the rules, then that's it. I guess it'll be okay if you just change name and flag though. Anyone can create an organisation with that system, and therefore it'd not be an individual in universe thing anymore.

And again, CP9 is like the shichibukai, an organistation made by the government, not a crew. It could have been entirely different people in it, while baroque works is connected to Crocodile, and only Crocodile. See, CP9 could have been made without Rob Lucci or any of the others, but Baroque could not have ben made without Crocodile. But let's see what Admin says.

what an annoyance... way to turn an extremely epic and unique canon organization into a lame attempt at a stupid copy of said unique canon organization, guys. >_> I don't even wanna be a part of it anymore, but I've done a bit too much to turn back now so...

sheesh..... i still want this group up and running, i have some good plans for it, and it will be the centre of bounty hunting,that part has not changed.
