Name: Casus Fortuna, "Mr. Seven"
Age: 29
Bounty: N/A
Species: Human
Occupation: Bounty Hunter, Marksman
Allegiance: Order of the White Lotus
Home Village/Ocean: Grand Line, Sors Island, (it's actually Whiskey Peak, he just wasn't raised there).
Appearance: Casus Fortuna has short, spiky hair, with a mostly straw color. However, it is a lot more yellow than most would expect it to be. His hair goes out all over the place. His eyes are a forest green, and when most look into them, they swear he's laughing through his eyes. He has a V-necked, long sleeved white shirt. The shirt has golden lining around the wrists, around the waist, from the bottom of the V down, and up the back of the shirt, and each border is one inch long. He has long pants, with golden, half inch thick gold piping down the sides. He has white leather loafers, and white gloves. The gloves have larger, flared out wrists, colored gold. Baccarat is strapped to his back. A pistol is attached to either side of a belt on his waist, and a leather pouch located on the belt, above his right thigh, holds ten each of his special bullets, as well as normal ones and the Sign of Sors.
History: Casus was born on Whiskey Peak to two bounty hunters. His parents didn't want him to have to grow up training to fight, so they did what they thought was the only sensible path: they fled the island. They took Casus and left for Sors. On the trip, Casus' mother fell ill with scurvy. Though she survived the passage to Sors, it was too late. She died, leaving Casus' father to care for him by himself. Though Casus' father did an admirable job, his mental health slid further and further into the gutter, and by the time Casus was seven, his father had became a cheating, gambling drunk. In order to save them from starvation, Casus needed to do odd jobs around Sors, such as busboy, courier, and... other things. Casus was able to keep him and his father alive, though he wasn't able to help his father's condition. Though Casus knew his father's addiction was unhealthy, he was awed and fascinated by chance.
When Casus reached the age of fifteen, his father was extremely sick, and in deep debt with the owner of the only casino on Sors. Convinced that he would not last long, Casus' father told him about his past, and how his family had been raised as killers. He gave Casus his and his wife's pistols, before leaving, not to return. Casus learned that his father vanished entirely, and yet... the debt was gone. Casus could only reach one conclusion: his father had been killed by the casino owner. A week and a half after his father vanished, Casus stormed the casino, dual wielding the pistols of his parents. He killed the casino owner's two guards, and moved onto the casino owner himself. The man offered him money, power, and 'companionship', but nothing would sway Casus. He took a special coin from the man, and said to him, "Heads, you live. Tails, you die." Casus left five minutes later, the casino empty, the coin in his pocket, and the casino owner-less.
With nothing left for him in Sors, Casus left for the only island he know, sans Sors: Whiskey Peak. He reached Whiskey Peak at the age of sixteen, and became a prominent bounty hunter. His skill with two pistols became near peerless in the bounty hunter world. He used his pistols for the next four years, before an interesting event happened. He had taken another bounty poster, and took the pirate in while he was menacing a bystander. The bystander just so happened to be an excellent gunsmith, and promised to make a masterpiece for Casus in thanks for saving his life. A month later, Casus received Baccarat in the mail, along with his three special Glans. He began using the Baccarat in his everyday missions, and became even better wielding it than his parent's pistols.
Casus joined the Order of the White Lotus at the age of 28, rising through the ranks with alarming speed, and became known as "the Gambler" amongst the Order. More than one man has accused him of ruining their eyesight due to a coin flip gone wrong...
Casus became a Frontier Agent the best way he knew how: he gambled. He entered a gambling contest with the then Mr. Seven. The game: poker. At first, it seemed Mr. Seven was winning, but Casus had a turn around, winning all of Mr. Seven's money. As Mr. Seven was a greedy man, he began trying to win it back. First Mr. Seven's property went, then his clothes, and then his dignity. In time, Casus could only collect one more thing: Mr. Seven's life. Two days later, Casus was proclaimed the new Mr. Seven, and the previous Mr. Seven was never found.
Personality: Casus has a very laid back and fun-loving personality. He loves to gamble, and has an obsession with luck. One could say that luck runs his life, and you wouldn't be that far off. Casus is rarely formal, and will often invite his bounty targets to dinner or a gamble before attempting to claim their bounties. Casus is rarely 'loyal', persay, attributing most of his actions to a decision by Lady Luck. He will flip the Sign of Sors to decide most of his actions, including handing someone in, killing a target, or even deciding whether or not he'll get dressed that day (believe me, he's gone nude before). This can result in some hilarious situations, and even occasions in which he'll betray someone he's trusted for years. This, however, doesn't seem to happen often. He also believes in the concept of "live for the day", which can occasionally harm his future fund.
Ship: Lady Luck
Ship Flag: The symbol of the Order of the White Lotus, not commonly shown.
Devil Fruit: None
Special Abilities: About 970 Dourikis in strength, is rather fast, and is very durable, to the point of being utterly unaffected by gun recoil.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): N/A
Weapons/Items: Baccarat, and the Sign of Sors, a silver coin. The 'heads' side of the Sign of Sors is in the shaped of a stylized meteor, coming from the top left to the bottom right. The 'tails' side of the Sign of Sors is in the shape of a eight petaled flower. He also has two pistols.
Character Flaws: Casus has a tendency to do coin flips for arbitrary, stupid, and unintelligent things, which can cause him to do things that will result in him gaining enemies. This also extends to when he is battling, for occasionally he will stop fighting to make a coin flip to decide whether he should keep fighting. He will always follow this 'decisions', which can land him in a pickle.
Goals: Gather a fund of as much Belli as humanly possible, and bring his home town economic salvation.
