Serious : SMiLEY CREW Chapter 1:A meeting in Loguetown

((Nobody notices the giant storming down the street? ))

Albert noticed the marines were engaged with some others who appeared to be much stronger than them. When he was 20 yards away, he leapt towards the battleground with an excited roar.

"Woohoo, finally some entertainment!" he cried, crashing down just inches from the combatants, the ground shaking from his weight.

( Nikz, Nakamura deleted his account and he created a new crew with Mizaki, his friend. I asked him and he liked to way he died lol! )

Wess saw a blue hair girl with a marine coat on it, he jumped toward her to hit her with his axe. She turned at his right looking at the marine and Wess noticed a cross on the justice word on her marine coat's back. He stopped attacking and asked her who she was ?

Ursula saw three marines rushing toward them with their sword. She took two hand bombs from her shirt, and threw them. The explosions would give her enough time to introduce herself. The bombs flew right toward the marines exploding inches from them. The marines flew all over place. Ursula turned to Wess and Ozzy.

"Sorry, ha ha ha I guess I put too much gunpowder in that batch. My name is Ursula, the pearl of the sea. If Im not mistaken you are Wess, leader of the Smilely pirates. Im here to ask permission to join your crew."

Then Ursula felt the termors on the ground from the giant coming towards them.

'' A beautiful milady like you can join the SMiLEY CREW. By the way, I love your coat. I should have mine but it's not yellow he he. '' Said Wess well looking in Ursula's eyes. Wess felt the tremors from that giant too. He looked at him. He smiled and said : '' Hope that giant is a marine so we can have some fun here hehe. ''

The giant seemed a bit confused as he watched the battle, trying to decide who to face off against. Finally, he decided on who was the strongest and leered down at the Marines.

"You weaklings, go away, you're just annoying!" He demanded, swinging a great arm down and knocking half a dozen marines away like dust as he stepped closer to the pirates.

"I'm Albert Holkin, and I'm looking for the greatest combatants in the world!" he cheered, "You guys look plenty strong to me!" He added, apparently giving no attention to the Marines who had yet to be dispatched.

'' The giant is a bad boy so... No chance at all, how can we fight someone strong as him hehe. Well Gratz! You can join the SMiLEY crew with us. I am Wess Zeuss, Captain. Over there is Ozzy, the musician. This beautiful milady is Ursula. Let's beat them up. '' Said Wess while swinging his axe beating up marines like they were nothing.
Wess looked up on the building at his left and saw a tall man watching. The man jumped and landed next to Ursula. He punched her pretty fast, he is no normal marine. ( Nikz if you know a NPC marine that can fought so we can fight someone stronger )

Ozzy then sighed "My, my , we keep adding strange ones into our crew, and that is fine, but maybe we should leave soon? We could be inviting trouble......" Ozzy continued cutting down marines who were in the way. He then grinned "One after another!!"

Meanwhile on another part of town, 3 marines were walking down the street. One with a sword and a cap. Another with a rifle and a wristband and the final one holding some sort of switch blades under his wrist. The three of them then heard the distress call from the marines "REALLY STRONG ONES!!!!! TOO MUCH GARGHHHH" The one with the sword and cap then spoke "This is trouble.... i will go and deal with it....."

The man with the rifle grinned and adjusted his wristband "No problems aniki.. i ll cover you from the top" He then glocked his rilfe which made a switch noise.

The other man with the switchblade sighed and then motioned to the other two "Then we might as well go together!!! Jeez, i dont know why i hang out with you 2....."

Ursula heard what Ozzy said, and he was probably right. More marines were coming. This was not the place fight in such closed area.
"I have a ship for us to escape in, the kraken. We can go towards the docks to the reach the ship."

Albert smirked at the idea of being invited to the crew as he kicked his leg out to the side, brushing more annoying marines who were actually trying to jab at him with their swords, but unable to penetrate his large boots, sending them flying into nearby buildings.

"Hah, fine. I'll join your crew, but like I said, I want strong opponents. You better not be a pushover!" he warned before turning to look for the docks.

"I don't think we're that far away." he said, holding a hand up to his face to block out the sun rays as he tried to focus his vision.

'' Perfect milady, hope your ship is big enought for that giant hehe. '' Said Wess while looking at the giant size. Wess let some Raja out of his blue moon. Wess let out enough raja so everyone in the SMiLEY CREW could feel some. Raja make people exaggerates their personality. With that Wess will know the true personality of his new nakamas before sailling sails with them.

Ursula all of sudden felt werid. She felt more aggressive and alive for some reason. The marine firing squad began firing their rifles at them. Ursula ran behind the leg of the giant for cover. She knew that none of the bullets would pierce his leg. Ursula began firing her rifle at them.

"We can't let these pirates escape. Awwww..."

The first marine died from a head shot. The other marine walked up to fallen commard.

"Help! We need a medic. Ohhhhhhhhhh!"

The second one got shot also in the head. The medic tried to run, but Ursula fired three shots on both his legs, so he wouldn't escape. Then she fired a shot in his head.

"That is what you get for messing with the smiley crew!!! Ha ha aha ha" Ursula said firing another shot.

Albert couldn't explain it, and at first, he didn't even notice it was happening. But soon, he found his love for battle to be increasing beyond normal. This feeling was usually reserved only against enemies who were actually a challenge, not groups of weaklings like this. He decided to just go with it for now, if nothing else, it would at least earn him bigger infamy and bring the real competitors down.

As the bullets pelted his leg, they were too small to penetrate his thick leather boots, much less with the steel plating on the toe areas. Albert put his hand down and watched as the girl was shooting down Marines and smiled.

"Hey, you're a pretty good shot!" he said, crouching down to his knees. "Here you go, I'll give you guys a handicap!" He taunted the Marines now that he had brought himself to only half height from his new position, picking a Marine up with his hand before proceeding to fling him like a rock at another troop of gathered Marines.

As the attacks came the pirates were getting scared and starting to pace back. Suddenly from the dust were the three marine brothers. the other marines roared "ITS THE RAMBO BROS!!!!"

Gash sighed "Jeez... some pirates giving you trouble? You guys need to toughen up bit..." Gash then dashed across to slice down Ursula.

Gark who was covering with his rifle then fired two shots at Wess "Cheh, they have a giant NII SAN !!!"

Gary then held his head to his hand "I can see you idiot..... ont be such a fool..... fire all cannons at the giant, BRING IT DOWN!!!" There was now a row of cannon firing at the giant all at once.

Ozzy was still fighting marines when he saw the three enter the battle "Damn... those guys look pretty good too.... crap!!!!"

Wess heard the shots from the sniper. He droped his head down a bit and placed his hand on each side of his ears. One bullet got his axe and the other one passed through his blond hair without hurting him. He then smiled and swang his axe once again but this time faster so the solar wind became stronger. He swang towards the three new marines that looked stronger than normal marine.

The bullets may have been useless, but Albert put his hands up just in time for the cannons to bombard him. The impact from the blasts sent him crashing backwards, smashing into the bar.

"Gah! Looks like they finally grew a pair!" He exclaimed, trying to massage the feeling back into his chest as he pushed himself back to one knee. He noticed the new commotion was caused by three new arrivals, and he looked at the one who ordered the cannon fire.

"You're mine!" he challenged as his body began to grow in size, his legs merging into one and his teeth gaining a long set of fangs as his skin turned to scales. Within moments, he had tripled in size, looming over the battlefield, his tail emitting a crackling rattle sound as he was now half diamondback rattlesnake.

He lunged forward, speeding towards Gary, his right arm poised to strike.

Gash almost hit Ursula with his sword. If it wasn't for her keen eyesight she would have been killed. She jumped backwards dodging another blow. This time losing her rifle. Gash had slashed the rifle in half. Ursula took out her two flintlocks in her backpockets. She began to fire upon Gash while running backwards.

Gash , Gark and Gary gained in sync with momentous speed.

Gary jumps and runs across Alberts hand as he prepares to strike, he then stabs Alberts hand as he runs across, stabbing it multiple times before landing behind Albert "Never fought a giant before... this could take time......."

Gark then swore as Wess's attack headed towards him "Oh crap!!!" He then jumped to the side nearly getting blown away. "Wah... im not good with that guys style"

Gash used his sword to slice both bullets down with ultimate reaction time. He then looked foward to Ursula "Pfft... these are strong pirates.... keep up the assault!!!" The marines fired more cannons at the giant diamond back. and Ozzy was surrounded again "Fine... i will crush you all, to get to the sea again....." Ozzy began his barrage of slices at the marines.

"Ow, ow, ow, ow! You little shi-" Albert protested as his hand was repeatedly stabbed, canceling his attack as he turned back to the marine. He was cut off in mid sentence when more cannons began to assault him, but he was prepared this time. He quickly swung around, his tail crashing into the street below in a vertical drop.

"SNAKE PIT!" He roared, his tail slamming in the center of the cannon support, sending two of the cannons crashing into a pit below.

He turned with a cocky grin to Gary as he watched the blood leaking from his hand.

"Really, I turned into a snake hybrid and you're only concerned about me being a giant? I guess you have experience with this kind of ability then." He taunted before swinging his arm forward again.

"Good! I'm sick of fighting amateurs!" he cried.

Ursula was put in a disadvantage fighting a swordsman without her rifle. She decided that something had to change. Instead of running, Ursula did something unexpected. She lunged forward to punch Gash right in his face. The blow itself would only leave him with a nose bleed, but it was enough for her to get away.

"Wezz, switch opponents with me. I'll handle the gunner and you take this swordsman!

Ursula ran towards Wess hoping that he would hear her. She began firing on the opponents surrounding him.

'' Perfect. Gunner is more of a challenge but I'm pissed off now. I wanna set sail with ya' guys and girl. '' Said Wess as he jumped toward the swordman. He smiled at Ursula and then turned back and swang his axe toward Gash with his blue moon in front. '' Tama '' Whispered Wess in the same time that he swang.

Gary sighed "Devil fruit abilities are common on the grandline.. i learnt long ago that i shouldnt be surprised about this...." Gary jumped and back flipped to safety. At a clear range. He then charged foward at a high speed to try and get on jump onto the diamond backs hand and aim to stab the neck at least once.

Gash then dodged her punch, but tripped and rolled to the front. He then turned his neck back and sliced at Ursula "LIKE HELL YOUR GOING TO ESCAPE ME!!" But his attack clashed with Wess's and Gash was pushed back. "Damn it.... you must be the captain... ive seen your wanted picture before... but i forgot your name...."

Gark then fired multi round, at least 4 bullets at Wess

"You civilian move from this area immediately before you caught in cross fire!" Said one of a group of marines who was passing a strangely clothed man, the group was heading towards the rest. The strangely clothed man who was ignoring the marines till now stop'd and a devilish grin came on his face. He took out his right hand from his pocked and held it out horizontally with his body.

"Thanks for the warning, ill be sure not to get hit by any of you." He said as he suddenly launched himself at the marine who spoke, in a flash the man appeared on the other side of the marines with his hand still held out the side of his body only that now all of his fingers were covered in fresh blood, dripping down to the ground. Back at the group of marines they were dazed unknowing what just happened when 5 lines appeared on one of the marines faces, blood pouring out of them as he fell to the ground dead. "At least put up a fight you pansies, it isn't any fun if your just dummies." said the strangely clothed man.

The marines stared at the man shivering in fear when one of them realized who he was "Its 'Mad Dog' Mickey Flinn.... hes been wrecking havoc in this area for weeks now, trails of dead bodies." Flinn looked back at the marines and smiled for he always enjoyed when he was recognized for his work. The other marine quickly drop'd his weapon and made a dash for somewhere. Moments later both marines were on the ground dead or near death with multiple deep cuts in them.

"Now lets see where the main event is" he said walking off, not moments later appearing close to the main battle. He looked at some of the marines seeing who the strongest ones in the group were, he saw one he liked that was holding a switchblade and grind. Moments he dashed and launched himself in front of Gary "How about you fight someone you own size!" he said as he swung his hand at Gary like he was going to attack him with claws, though all they would see for now is a bare palm when suddenly 5 blades would spring from each finger to cut the Marine down.

'' I am Wess Zeuss! Captain of the SMiLEY CREW and you will soon know why I have a wanted poster. '' Shouted Wess while smilling bigger than usual. When his axe clashed with Gash's sword, The blue moon side released tama. [[ Tama component is the predominance of laziness, greediness and the negative component ]] With tama around Gash, he would lack positivism for fighting and start depressing, depending on how smart this guy is. After the clash, Wess' axe went to his right so it made the bullets easy to blocked. One bullet passed in the moon form in Tsuki 'T' Mueki, passing through his yellow coat. The bullet hurt Wess' hips. Result, only pain since it hasn't passed throught but only touched skin.

Gary at this close range was blindsided and was sent flying into a nearby building, all cut up. He immediately passed out thanks to the slices from Mad Dog. He laid down, completely defeated.

Gash yelled "ANIKIIII!!!!!" He fired bullets at Mad Dog at least 5, but from behind Ozzy appeared, he had cut through a group of marines to reach this place and had no shame for doing this. "Sorry guv... im a pirate ...." He slices Gash down to the ground. Gash passes out while bleeding.

Gark roared "NOOOOOO you will all pay!!!!" Gark now barraged Wess to aim to slice him down.

Wess turned toward the swordman smiling like hell. '' Let's see if your blades can resist to a solar wind 'kay ? '' Wess shouted before he swang his axe just in front of the swordman with his solar side in front. A solar wind all yellow, orange and red. Brighter than lights itself, it appeared on the axe as he swang.
