After listening to a rumor that Oro Jackson was found somewhere, Maximillion and his newly formed crew started travelling to that supposed place... Maximillion, while on his way to the place, though seemed to be thinking of something... Something that happened right after he left the Bee Island with his crew...

*FLASHBACK*

It had been a while since the crew left from the Bee Island. After that event on the supposedly "quiet" island, Maximillion decided that it would be better to not go somewhere for a while, while he prepared himself for his next move. He was in his room for days and he was thinking of his plans. He was taking a good look at the map. He was searching for a place to create his very first basement. However, as he was working, he listened to Koga, the talking turtle who shouted "Captain! Captain! There-There is an island on our way!". Maximillion took a look at the map again and got out to see with his own eyes. According to the map there should not be an island on that place. Something strange was going on. He did not know what it was, but it was worth investigating. If the island was not spotted by anyone before, he could make his basement on there... Without thinking for long, he said "Okay... We will stop here. We will explore the island." but little did he know... That the island was L'island della Luna, one of the islands that belong to one of the Seven Warlords of the sea... It belonged... to Shichibukai Gael Iura...

Shrieker was swimming along the ship and then climbed up into the ship as they approached the island. His massive body stood out even in a crew like this. Not that shrieker minded too much of what others thought. He would devour everyone of this fools if he had to , if they got in his way. Shrieker then looked to the captain "Cheh... you want to explore a island we know nothing about? Sounds fun actually... maybe we get to meet some good prey along the way.. i do hope they actually put up a fight, GAARHAHAHAHHAAAHAH"

Tail flapped at speeds that to the average eye it only appeared a blur, as Chidori swam around near the oceans that isolated L'island della Luna from the rest of the Grand Line. She did not know how she had managed to get this far out of Fishman Island but apparently the Sea King she had tried to target today had fled. No one ever fled from Teiden no Chidori after challenging her, she had made sure of it.

Stupid Sea King had come out of nowhere while she had been collecting seashells. It had tried to attack her, but Chidori was not the average mermaid, now was she? She was a "fishmaid", as she liked to call herself. Her 'hideous' appearance had led to her isolation from Fishman Island and she often practiced around these parts, wrestling with sea creatures while she was at it to build up her abilities. While she couldn't really take down a Sea King just yet, this one was still apparently young and inexperienced. Still, it had managed to hurt her quite the bit.

She had bloodied wounds across her upper body, mostly across her fishnet-covered chest. There was a large clotting gash running across from her left shoulder to her stomach, and she was having difficulties with her gills. Still, luckily her tail was still intact and she could still swim, albeit she was tired and not nearly at full speed.

She wondered if she could find some food in here... there were no shellfish around, unfortunately, and unlike regular mermaids, due to her Fishman-like tendencies, the sensually-clad fishmaid had no worries about eating all species of fish. If only she could have killed that Sea King, then she would have had a nice meal. But it escaped, despite its injuries. Little rascal...

The mermaid with a fishwoman-like upper body could see the Island above. She knew to whom it belonged. Who didn't know of the Shichibukai, right? Still, it couldn't hurt just to climb up there and rest a bit. Its not like she could be seen immediately, and even if she was, she was still fast enough to run away.

Splash!

The dark-haired blue-skinned fishmaiden came out of the sea, crawling over to the beach. She was still not far from the sea; the tides rose up and immersed her tail half-way down at every high tide. She sighed and lay her scale-covered back on the sand, using her hands as a makeshift pillow as she stared up at the blue sky above. It was a stark constrast to the dark blue ocean 'roof' she could see when she was several thousand meters underwater. It was a lot... bluer.

The fishnet-clad outcast suddenly picked up the sounds of something coming and turned around to find a ship coming towards the Island, apparently on a course to dock a few meters away from her current position. "Curses, what now?" was all she gasped out. Humans, and from what she could see it was a Pirate Crew. There was a skull flag on it, after all. And someone had probably seen her too, by now. Curse her for not moving out of here fast enough. It she'd been paying more attention

"Wait... what am I running from?" Suddenly, the mutant blue mermaid grinned. "I'd love a challenge, and maybe..." she trailed off. If this was a good enough crew, maybe she could join them and get her ugly mug away from Fishman Island. Maybe she could find a place where she belonged. Fishmen joining pirate crews was not unheard off, though... what if they too didn't let her in on the grounds of her appearance? Or caught her and sold off? Pirate Crews in the Grand Line were no joke.

Still... the challenge-crazy fighter in Chidori didn't want to back down and pass up an opportunity like this, even if she was injured somewhat. "We'll see how this goes..." she said under her breath, smiling knowingly as the Monkey King slowed down ever more...

The Death Dragon, a decrepit ship, was slowly floating forwards. It could have been mistaken for a ghost ship coasting along the waves, and close to that description it was. The only living creature on board was an armored form standing in the front of ship, at the bow. He was going to simply bypass this island. It did not seem inhabited. No need to bring the slaughter here. The animals were inconsequential.

However, Dispater saw something from the eye slits of the helmet concealing his entire head. A ship. It was going to land, and it was directly on his path. The figments of his shadow manning the oars accelerated their pulling of the oars. The Death Dragon sailed forth faster, pushed forth by the tireless wraiths.

He could see people on the deck, and he was approaching fast. There were many. Pirates they must have been, judging from the haphazard composition. Either way, he was going to kill them all. Maybe they would even be suitable for his collection. He didn't have many strong bodies right now, and having some on hand really accelerated things in taking out towns.

There was no escape for those he preyed. A vessel sent forth by tireless shadows could not be matched in speed. He hailed the crew, taking his two-handed axe to his hands. "Greetings, impure ones!" The ship was approaching them from the side, and his shout had undoubtedly taken their attention to him. "I will purge your plague from this earth." He hefted his axe threateningly, ready to board the moment he got close enough. "Prepare yourself."

Shrieker didnt even bother looking at the new comer who had just sputtered gibberish from his mouth. Shrieker then stood up "Ohh, well, i hear the sound of breakfast... certainly one weirdo steak should do the trick for this morning.... GARHHAHAHAHAAH" Shrieker was ready to bust heads and beat the hell out of this guy. He looked really strange even for a human, but Shrieker didnt care, he would rip his filthy innards out and eat his flesh like the meal he was. Shrieker stood foward ready to lash out against this new stranger.

As the Monkey King had almost reached the dock, the captain decided to take a look at the beach. The area was incredibly beautiful. There were thousands of plants around and the beach was really clean. It did not seem to be affected by anything human-ish at all. It was like a paradise... That was the true beauty of the nature (OOC: kinda ironic since a human made the island). However, as he was watching he happened to see a strange, injured creature. It was a creature that he had never seen before. It was a mermaid with a beautiful body, that her upper part looked like a fishman. Although she was very strange, she also was very pretty and interesting. Even the sadistic captain of the Avenger Pirates could not deny that... If she was strong enough he would definetely let her join his crew.

On the other side, the first thing that Koga, who was a talking turtle, spotted was the mermaid. He was with the Avenger Pirates for not much and he had happened to encounter two beautiful creatures of the sea, in such a short period time. He thought that it would take him a while to meet another mermaid, except from Lena. That was really awesome for him. Without asking his captain anything, he jumped down from the ship and he swam to the beach quickly, with a smile on his face. He was intending to flirt with the mermaid. As soon as he reached the beach, he run towards Chidori. After smiling to her, he attempted to kiss her hand like a gentleman would and said "Oh my. What a beautiful creature of the sea... I am Koga... Known as the Sea-King Hunter or Sea-King Slayer by many... and known as the Ninja Turtle by many others...But you can call me "your man". I see you are quite injured. Would you mind if I took you to our crew's ship so that our doctor would take a look at you?" Koga was definetely the most weird turtle at the world...

And as Koga was flirting Chidori, Maximillion spotted Dispater who had reached them with his own ship, the Death Dragon. Dispater was a giant man. His face was completely concealed as he was wearing a face-concealing helmet. He was also holding two different kinds of axes. He was weird... Just like any other member of the Avenger Pirates. Before Maximillion asked him what he wanted, the man said "I will purge your plague from this earth.". Dispater was definetely violent and looked like a pathetic barbarian... The captain looked at him with an angry look at the face and said "You are pathetic... There is no need to prepare myself. You are just an idiot with a helmet. Get lost.". Maximillion was not underestimating Dispater... He was just trying to provoke him.

Dispater smiled. Not that anyone could see under the helmet. "You consider yourselves warriors, I see." The ship approached, but suddenly slowed down as Dispater called the wraiths to his side. "You will make excellent additions to my collection." He then looked at the mermaid-like creature on the beach. "Another one." And he had thought that this place would be barren of sentient life. How wrong he had been in his assessment. The armored form covered any clues of emotions, but he certainly could be doing worse.

He all but ignored the captain's insults. He would be dead soon, as would the rest of the crew here, and their bodies would be salvaged to make them serve him in death. But he would not underestimate these pirates. He suddenly leaped, jumping onto the deck of the ship, his wraiths floating close after him. He stretched to his full height, ten feet tall. Then he moved, hefting his axe and bringing a powerful strike down at Maximillion's head, attempting to cleave him in half as the 15 wraiths covered his flank, two spectres floating forth to meet the fishman, raking at his face and body with talons of shadow.

Toshiro was in the bowels of the ship working on some designs for improving the ships weapon systems when he heard that they were approaching an island. Toshiro climbed on deck and saw the island, but before he got a good look he heard a voice. The newcomer was offering to purge the "Impure ones" from the earth. This got Toshiro angry, he had just escaped marine hands only to be threatened again in such a short time. He went back below deck to gather his kanabo an prepare for battle. As he returned he found the stranger standing on top of the deck.

Maximillion smirked as he watched at Dispater going with an all out attack against him, without even defending himself at the meantime. Although, the barbarian seemed to have incredible raw strength the fact that he did not defend himself could prove useful for Maximillion. The captain of the Avenger pirates moved his hands downwards in a way that they were pointing towards the floor of the ship. Then, he said "Shockwave!" as he launched to shockwaves on the floor. The floor did not seem to get damaged while the captain was propelled on the air because of the attack he used, dodging the upcoming attack of Dispater. As soon as he reached the air, he clenched his right fist and moved it backwards, charging it. He said "You will definetely not fall from a simple Shockwave attack...I can guarantee that... Shockwave Punch." and as he was falling on the floor again, he moved the right, charged fist forward to perform a punch, that was echanced by his signature Shockwave, aiming to the helmet that was covering Dispater's face in an attempt to break it and reveal his face.

At the meantime, Koga did not seem to understand anything that was going on on the ship...

Shrieker cursed when he saw the mans ability, he then used soru to dash fowardand avoid the shadow. He landed some distance away and then sighed "What the hell is this? Some sort of joke? Im going to freaking kill and rip that weirdos little metal clothes OFF and feast on his guts!!!!" Shrieker then thought for a bit, he didnt know what this thing was, but he knew what the thing that was attacking him was not normal , he decided to test the waters, with this one. He aimed 2 Jyogan punches at the spectres , hopefully to shatter them completely.

Chidori watched with quite an amused expression on her face as the ship she had first seen had been attacked by another next to it. She barely paid any attention to what went on between them though. If the two Pirate Crews wanted to rip each other's throats out she could give less of a damn.

However she could not help but blink and then her blue skin turned a shade of red around her cheeks as the turtle popped up out of nowhere and then suddenly began commenting on her beauty. Wait, her beauty? That was wrong... Chidori wasn't beautiful. Chidori was an ugly, despicable speak of nature that was nicknamed "Monster-neechan". She, "a beautiful creature of the sea"? Was something incredibly wrong with this turtle, or did that simply mean that out of all the species in the sea, talking turtles found her attractive?

Incredible...

But, like all really tough girls who were flirted with, the fishnet-wearing fishmaid responded by backhanding the turtle across his face. "Pervert!"

Koga moved some steps backwards as he listened to Chidori calling him a pervert. He tried to be as polite as possible to her and make her smile. However, instead, she called him a pervert. He was not annoyed, though, as he had realized that she enjoyed it when she listened to him calling her "a beautiful creatyre of the sea". The turtle said "I am not a pervert, miss. You are just a beautiful creature of the sea and I have to admit it. I always say the truth and I always admire something beautiful... I am amazed with your beauty, that's all." and then, he tried to kiss her hand again, the same way he did before so that he would show his gentleman manners, once more.

As Maximillion jumped out of the way, Dispater got ample time to reposition his axe. He angled the axe for a block above his head, trying to make the blow redirect to nothing. Then, as the punch hit the flat of his axe, he shifted the axe to one hand, taking one of his one-handed axes to his left hand, slamming it at Maximillion's side.

The wraiths did get a hole punched in them, and they momentarily faded away, becoming more discorporeal centered on the hole, but suddenly, around Dispater, there were two more wraiths, charging at Shrieker to rake him in the sides as they passed the fishman. Two more wraiths swiftly followed, as the other 11 started spreading around seeking for others on the deck to slay, eager to strike out at whatever was there. Two charged at Toshiro, clawing at his stomach as the others spread around to guard the flanks and take out the rest of the crew.

Maximillion was surprised to see that Dispater could block his attack with his axe. That was a really surprising move. The man was definetely strong and would be a pain to deal with him. However, he knew that they would win the battle against him. Right before he would be slammed with the one-handed axe that was carried on Dispater's left hand, he moved his own left hand downwards and launched a Shockwave, propelling himself to the air, once more. Then, as he was falling, he said "Shockwave kick!" and he aimed to strike his enemy's axe this time, with a kick that was capable of shattering the axe, as it was echanced with his shockwave, just like his previous punch.

Shrieker growled and then used soru with Jyogan rapidly against the four specters attacking him. He sent them all flying and then curse. This was pointless, even he knew punching those things again and again would be useless to him. So he proceeded to use soru and try and blind side the man who was attacking his captain, he aimed a punch at the strange man from behind "Hyakumaigawara Seiken!!!" This would hopefully destroy his armor so he can smash a second strike to shatter his spine.

Koga's frenzied attempts to reach Chidori had resulted in something that to him would've seemed inconsequential. Koga had bumped into the branch of a ambling, running plant, and moved on to Chidori. Now, if this were any other plant, this would have meant nothing. However, this was a plant that went by the name "Mimosa Pudica", more commonly known as the "sensitive plant" or the "touch-me-not". As soon as Koga brushed against that limb, every leaf on that shrub folded inwards. Now, this shrub covered the entire perimeter of L'isla della Luna, and actually connected to a similar shrub over on L'isla della Stella. After a few moments of leaf-folding, the chain reaction reached the center of L'isla della Stella, where Gael happened to be sitting. "Oh my... we have visitors! I'll go greet them, okay?" Gael said, turning to his pet animals who were laying around on the smaller island in the center of Gael's moat. "You all stay here and make sure no one breaks anything... and also... Squil and Rirnef, don't rip each other's heads off?" Gael grasped the end of the 'touch-me-not', and proceeded to use his fruit to check the perimeter of L'isla della Stella. He'd move on to checking L'isla della Luna momentarily.

Nick sat in his as the above rumbling didn't seem to interrupt him from finishing his book " Man this guy rally knows what he's talking about, I wonder what's going on up there with all that rumbling" Nick got up and begin walking above deck still reading his book, he realized that the ship was about to dock on an island and that everyone was fighting, Nick looked up from his book being extremely calm in a middle of this crises " You guys need any help with this problem or can I just sit back down and finish reading my book?" Nick this looks around and saw that everyone was fighting " Naw you guys have every thing under control" Nick then leans against a what and continue reading his book.....

Dispater's wraiths let him see each attack coming. Defending against them was a different issue. They were too fast to be blocked by wraiths. Nevertheless, they started making a beeline for his position as the three attacks were aimed at him almost simultaneously.

First, Dispater leaned back, already starting to turn around as he took his axe out of the way of the kick. Then, the spin brought his hand to the bullets path, him angling his forearm to make the bullet redirect to the floor of the ship from the slopes of his armor. The fishman's strike hit an unintended spot, angle skewed by Dispater's spin. Still, while most of the force dissipated from the bad angle, it still knocked him off balance, sending him down to the deck, supported on his elbows, his facing away from the Avengers.

The wraiths sped up, floating on top of him, intended to buy him time to recover and get up.

Maximillion takes a good look at Dispater's actions. The man was definetely a skilled fighter. He would be a good addition for his crew, as well. Even if he seemed to be losing his battle, it was just because he was attacked by multiple people at the same time, with equal strength as his. The outcome of the battle was only natural...

As he saw that the man with the mask was knocked off balance, the captain used his shockwave on the ground to propel himself into the air. Then, while he was still on the air, he aimed towards his enemy with his two hands and said "Shockwave." as he launched a shockwave attack from each hand in an attempt to damage the enemy who had his guard open.

Toshiro landed on top of the crow's nest and saw that his bullet had been deflected. It was obvious that this was a skilled fighter, and those shadow thingies seemed to be helping the man see attacks from multiple angles. As his captain launched shockwaves towards the man Toshiro dived off the crow's nest so that he would hit the fighter right after the shockwaves did.

Chidori could not help it but blush again as the inherently strange turtle once again tried to warm up to her. Still, unlike last time, she did not know why but she allowed him to kiss her webbed hand. What could he possibly find beautiful in her? She was a disgrace to the name of the mermaids for crying out loud! Whoever heard of a mermaid with a Fishman's upper body? It was something that did not exist even in folklore.

Yet apparently she was attractive to a turtle.

Whatever the case may be, like any other girl, she was not about to get wooed so easily without playing hard to get, even when a turtle said the very words she had wanted to hear since the day she had opened her blue eyes. That, like all mermaids, she too was a beautiful creature of the sea. So, despite the warm tinge that had replaced the otherwise cold navy of her scaley cheeks at this 'gentlemanly' turtle, she once again slapped the turtle across the face. Only it was a bit lighter this time. "Ero-kame (Pervy-Turtle)!"

Cole: He looks out of the ship seeing the ruckus and narrowed his eyes. It is time for me to use the commodore.
He turned to Lena. Hey Lena did you know there were any other mermaids around here there is one over there. He pointed at chidori.
Altough it is weird yoçu might want to get to know it. I got to go now I am going to join the battle.

Lena: really. She said as her eyes sparkled at the chance of meeting someone of her species maybe even someone she knew when she was a child. She didn't think about the protection from Cole and jumped into the water happily as this was the first time she sam in the water for a long time and came back on shore where she gazed at chidori.

Cole:Left the ship and sorued out of view and then touched his head with his left hand so he copied the body and face of commodore Melphior and then he sorued to the place where they were fighting the newcomer.
He turned to the ghost ship captai!n and yelled at the top of his voice. Captain of this ship you are arrested by commodore Melphior. I have a marine ship ready just behind the corner to arrest you if you come quietly nothing will happen!

The wraits faded away, shifting into a churning shadow around Dispater who had now risen up to be supported by his left hand. Then he quickly turned around to face the threats. He swung his two handed axe roughly towards the incoming threats with the flat of the blade, despite his reach being much too short. However, as the axe moved, the churning shadow around him ran up it, coalescing around it into an axe much larger, yet none heavier. The concentrated, much more solid than the wraiths, slammed towards Maximillion and Toshiro in an effort to smash them into the sea.

This done, the axe returned to normal size, the shadow returning him as he swung up on his feet, still crouched.
