| Uddo looked at the people around him as he followed Jackson. Some of the people were looking at him strangely, apparently noticing his younger appearance. He fingered the knife at his side self-consciously, knowing that the weapon would only make his youthful appearance even more obvious. Desperately wishing he had gotten a cap to pull down over his face, Uddo sped up to match Jackson's stride. | |

| Luna laughed softly as she look his arm "thanks you johan, thats very kind, but i only need one thing, and thats a new outfit, this dress is kind short and i dont have shorts for under it" she said and rubbed the back of her head as she blushed embressed. "but anyway, was there something you wanted to know about me?" she asked looking up at him. |

| "Ah, yes..." Johan smiled back at her. What a friendly girl... Made him wonder what his own daughter was like... if possible, he wanted her to be like Luna... "For example, where did you get that devil fruit? Where did you live before going on this journey? What made you leave?" He had men of many nationalities in his crew, and even more stories they had to tell. And every single one fascinated him to no end.
"Don't rush..." Jackson said quietly, without looking at Uddo. It was hard to tell whether he did it because he didn't want them to get spotted or because he didn't want Uddo himself to be nervous. "Marines don't rush if there isn't an emergency. Relax. Think: At your age, being a marine already speaks for your morals, determination and abilities.... Not to say the marines have such high morals..." He fell back into silence. He hadn't even looked at Uddo once, his eyes fixed on the building right in front of them. When they were standing at its gates, he looked at Uddo directly. "I want you to take a look around in there. See what you can find on miss Ridley." Then he opened the door, stepped in and saluted.

| Great...now Uddo had to find info on Avis and he didn't even know where they were. He assumed it was a Marine base or house because Jackson was saluting, so Uddo saluted as well. | |

| Labelisa smiled kinda of sadly "ah, ill tell you my story, but promise me you wont cry" she said half jokingly as she smiled. "well, ill start with leave, it wasn't of my own will, when i was very young, my mother hadn't told me about strangers yet, because where i lived it was a very trusting village" She said softly "one day, a stranger came up to me and asked me if i wanted to play....when i said he, he grabbed me and dragged me away to his home. For years he kept me hidden in a cell in his basement, until one day he slipped up and i made my escape, i stole some of his food he had down there, which was only a bowl of fruit, i was bout 12 then and i didn't know anything about the fruits and ate them as soon as i got the chance...when i finally got home, i had found my family had left a long time ago. So thats why im trying to find them, mostly to see if there still alive or not" she said quietly looking at the ground. |

| "So you're... looking for your family..." Johan looked down as well, but had the feeling it was his turn... This was deeper than he would have imagined. "I have a family too, somewhere... Or at least something that once resembled one..." He took a photograph out of his pocket. He always carried it with him... It showed him, younger, but unmistakingly, with a pregnant woman, with fair skin and hair and a little girl with his hair and the womans eyes and smile. He looked at it for a while. They all looked pretty happy... "Anika and Abigail... and little Adrian, though he isn't born yet... You know, waht they say about me and the princess... it's all true..." He looked up again and forced a smile back on his face. As always, he couldn't hide his sorrow. "What a depressing subject, right? I guess we're one of a kind. Ah..." He looked over to a store. "That looks like a tailor to me. Want to go see if you find something?"
The marine behind the desk looked up as Jackson and Uddo stepped in and saluted. "Ah, Jackson. Good day. Weren't you in the phoenix battle squadron the last time I checked...?" Jackson stepped forward. "You must be mistaking me. The Jackson you're talking about is... at marine headquarters right now, where captain Talitha Blythe is being made rear admiral as we speak." The marine behind the desk smiled and shook his head. "Can't beat ya guys when it comes to that kind of info... So, what can a lousy informationist like me do for you?" "Well, you see, I am looking for info about..." Jackson had a hand behind his back and waved at Uddo to go and start looking... with all the files and newspapers flying around, he was sure to find something. And then, there was still the info they could get from eventual prisoners... Though it was hardly more reliable than that given to them by this marine...

| ((I'm forming all sorts of theories about the Jacksons and as to what they are. My latest theory is that they are clones of one another and can see through the eyes of all the other Jacksons and know everything the other Jacksons know.))
Uddo saw Jackson waving him on and he knew that it was time for him to go. He was supposed to be finding information on Avis...so where should he start? And how would he get past the Marine at the desk? Uddo causally walked towards a corner of the room near a filing cabinet, while staring at the picture above it. He considered opening the filing cabinet slowly in the hope that the man behind the desk wouldn't notice, so first he looked around to see if the man was watching. He wasn't. His back was turned as he helped Jackson, so Uddo slowly opened the cabinet and looked inside. It was filled with the names of what appeared to be missions that various Marine groups had been sent out on. However, considering the fact that the cabinet was not locked, Uddo realized that they could not have been secret, and in any case it didn't matter. He wasn't looking for missions. He slid the cabinet closed and spotted the word on the cabinet: 'Old missions'. Feeling rather foolish, Uddo turned away from the file cabinet to move across the room slowly, looking around at the room as if interested in everything around him. Really, he was looking over the other three filing cabinets in the room and looking for one that contained people's names.

| (James, love you for being so awesome to Jackson. wish I could tell you whether or not you're even remotely close, but.... I don't know don't wanna spoil anything here. Not that i plan him getting that important...) The office wasn't really big, but there were papers lying around everywhere... even in places where no paper should logically be lying. On the back, besides two especially big stashed of paper, was a door. It wasn't locked, but rarely seemed to be used. The cabinets standing at the walls obviously contained obscene amounts of paper, sometimes it was spilling out. The ones Uddo was heading towards were labeled "Command: South Blue", "Unresolved Issues: 2 to 7 years old" and "News: Possibly dangerous subjects: N-R". Really, what kind of order was that? South Blue, Unresolved issues and dangerous... And then there was the question of people with names from A-M and S-Z were... Was this really a marines office? "Hey, what're you..." The marine seemed to have noticed Uddo, his voice was loud and a little angry. What was he so mad about? It wasn't like uddo could do anything to disrupt his order... Jackson came to his rescue. "That's ensign Thomas Black. He's new here, and the boss wanted me to show him how informationists work, so I told him to have a look around. That's not a problem, is it?" Under his cap, he stared at the marine, who suddenly didn't seem so corageous anymore. "N-no, of course not.... Hey boy, those are sorted by last name.... I mean... B-back to the issue at hand..." When Johan and Luna stepped into the shop, they were immeadeatly greeted by what seemed to be the owner. The store was completely empty except for them, so it was only understandable that he'd have time to care for them. "Greetings, strangers! What can I do for you?" He said with a heavy accent, most likely from South Blue. He cast a nervous look at Lunas wings, but money seemed to be more important than danger. Johan, meanwhile, dragged his hat deep into his face, so that one could barely see his face. It was weird, he got so nervous in situations in which he really didn't need to be, but he was completely unfaced now. "My friend here is looking for something to wear. Why don't you have a look around, L... Larissa." No naming. Important. No real names, ever. maybe he should have told her that before. (Zal, tell me where you're going, and I tell you what's happening.) | |

| ((What can I say? When you've got a good idea I'll roll with it.))
Uddo took the distraction in stride. Ignoring what the Marine had said about, 'B-back to the issue at hand...', Uddo spoke up and said, "So if I was looking for...say, Avis Ridley..." Uddo opened the cabinet and pulled out Avis's folder, flipping it open. "...I could look in here and see how old she is...(Really? She's THAT old?)...and I could see where her last known location was..." As he looked over the location, Uddo committed it to memory. "...oh, cool. She's was fighting some group called the Senturies, and some of our guys were moving in on her." Uddo looked up at the Marine behind the counter. "You have some really up to date information in here!" he said, trying to sound deeply impressed.

| (i can tell you one thing for sure... Jackson is becoming way more important than I intended him to be...)
The marine smiled, obviously flattered. "Yes, we work really hard to obtain it! If only we had one of those Jacksons... just one... No offence, I know how that kind of stuff sits with you people!" He cast a quick look at Jackson and jumped back when he saw... Jackson was leaning against the wall, breathing fast. He was looking at the ground, his head hidden in his hands. His cap was lying on the floor in front of him. "Get out!" He uttered it in a tone that would not have been frightening at all if it wasn't for him speaking in a monotone all the time... Now, his voice was jumping, he was speaking through his gritted teeth, and it seemed to cost him some strenght. "Oh shit! Come on boy!" The marine jumped over his desk, grabbed Uddos arm and dragged him through the door at the end of the room, knocking towers of papers over as he did so. Once inside, he smashed the door behind him and fumbled in his pocket for the keys. The room they were in turned out to be a hall with improvitionary cells on the walls. Only one of them was occupied at the moment, aomething the marine was ignoring completely as he finally got his keys out and locked the door, after which he stumbled back form it as fast as he could and finally sat down in front of a cell. "We should be safe in here..."
Johan looked at the dress and then at the shopowner. "Is there somewhere she can try it on?" "Why of course, please follow me, mylady!" He lead Luna towards a door at the end of the room and held it open for her.

| Shad was waken up by the marine and the boy coming into the hall. He kept quiet and crept towards the celldoor. there, he kneeled down and waited. this was convenient. The marine sat in front of his cell, slightly out of breath. "We'll be safe here, at least..." "Sorry to disappoint, buddy." Quickly, he got both his arms out of the cell and hit at the marines neck quickly with two finger of the left hand. With the right one, he caught the body. It took him a second of uncomfortably close searching, and then... "Keys!" He grinned like a boy presented with his christmas present. His hands were back in the cell asap, his handcuffs unlocked. Way to go! Now to find the one for the celldoor.... He made his leather gloves as hard as he could to hit the lock. 1 min later the door dehisced and shad walked out of the cell and went to the other cell were the other guy was sitting in. "You want to get out of here?" he asked. | |

| Uddo was initially surprised by what Jackson had done, but he quickly calmed down, thinking that maybe it was just something that all Jacksons did. However, he was shocked again when some guy in a cell grabbed the Marine, who was with Uddo, through the bars, and he knocked him down, and probably out. Oddly enough, the guy didn't even pay any attention to Uddo, but instead went on down to another cell to talk with another prisoner. Uddo wasn't to scared. He figured he could beat one random, unarmed, lowlife. Still, he placed a hand on his knife and glanced nervously back at the door behind him, wondering what was happening to Jackson. | |

| Upon remembering the marine hadn't been alone, Shad turned to the younger soldier with a mix of boredom and slight interest on his face. He took in the boys features, his size, his body type... The conclusion: a lean, small boy with glasses and a scar on his right hand... Could be interesting to make clothes for, small and skinny... would almost be like making grown up clothes for a kid... He turned to him fully, turning away from the cell and made a step towards him, keeping in mind that the boy had his hands on a knife... "Hey boy, no need to get anxious, I don't mean no one harm... How about you just let me out and act like this never happened?" Not very likely to happen... Those marines were so damn headstrong all the time... A slight smile crept on his face. It wasn't a nice one... "Of course, we can always settle this the oldfashioned way..."

| Uddo turned to look at the man and frowned. Normally in a situation like this he would be extremely nervous, but now that something was happening to Jackson, it wasn't all about him anymore.
"I don't think anyone should go out there right now," Uddo said. "A friend of mine...well, I don't know what happened to him, but he started freaking out and screaming at me and this guy.." He poked at the knocked out Marine with one of his feet before continuing, "...telling us to 'get out'. But, by all means, go out there if you want to. If you die, then I'll know that it isn't safe." Uddo took several steps away from the door, pressing his back to an empty cell and waiting to see what Shad would do.

| "Ooooh." Johan admired his new comrade for a while. "That suits you very well, Luna!" He turned to the shopkeeper. "How much is it?" He already had his purse out (way back, Jamil had attached it to the inside of his pocket with a string, since he always ended up losing it. The guy was surprisingly good at sewing...Though Johan was pretty sure the only reason he got out of it unharmed was that Jamil would never do anything to harm him... anyone else would probably have been scarred for life.). The shopkeeper came forward with a big smile on his face. "Why, for you, it's free, mister..." There was a gleam in the shopkeepers eyes he didn't like. Something was wrong here. Very wrong. "Well, yes. Okay. Thank you. Very nice. I've got to go now." He grabbed Lunas arm and dragged her out of the shop hurriedly.

| "Oooh, nervous condition, or something? Scaary." Shads grin got even bigger. Pfeh, either the kid was bluffing or that friend of his was asleep now, he couldn't hear nothing. He went towards the door, petting the boy on the head when he passed him. He was feeling adventurous today. And kind of curious. Yeah, figthing a monster sounded fun. He wanted fun! He put some different keys into the lock until one fit, and with a slight clink, the door was unlocked. Shad kept it shot for now, took a step backwards, waited a second... and kicked it in. He stormed into the room. (gore approved this post) | |

| Johan looked tense, his eyes were inspecting the market place they were on. After, a while, he sighed and sat down on the edge of a well in the middle of the place. "I think he knew who I was..." With a bounty like his, it was bound to happen sometimes, but the shopowner should have been at least a little frightened... "Something's wrong here, Luna. We'd better keep our eyes open."
When Shad stormed into the room, it was empty. Papers were flying around in a slight breeze coming from the open window. It was a little spooky, but one could have sworn there was still a hint of presence lingering in the room.

| Kain look around and sighed....as he yawned in a lazy way, seeing the island from the roof he's on, on top of a shop where people could see him easily, but it can't be helped that he's too lazy to even try to move. A stick of grass in his mouth as his straw hat cover his view of the sky. He came here a few days ago. The last island was a bit interesting but he found that there are people already on the works so there was no need for him to be there. All he was doing is just watching on how this island will go, and what it will take him to. | |

| A bluff. Of course. Always when it was about to get fun, it turned out to be a bluff. Shads face fell a little as he turned around, the disappointment a little less obvious than it should have been. "Yeah, your friend's some bersek, all right." He looked around in the room with an expression of dull surprise on his face. "This place is a complete wreck. I mean, wow. Those papers will think twice before rising up against him again." Really, what a guy! To turn the office of a hard working marine into such chaos and disorder! Little did he know it hadn't changed at all.

| After waiting for a minute or two and not hearing any blood curdling screams, Uddo edged into the room slowly. He spotted the open window and dashed out the front door, throwing it open as he raced out in front of the Marine base, looking around carefully for any clue as to where Jackson might have gone. | |
