Serious: My justice isn't like yours (closed)

Oooh, a proud one? He hadn't expected him to be...
"No, I really wouldn't want to beat up a child..."
Jackson stepped forward and cleared his throat.
"Sir, I have seen him fight, and I can assure you he is capable."
"Oh?"
Johan looked at Uddo for a while before he started speaking again.
"I have no doubt in Jacksons judgement, but would still prefer not to fight you..."
He scratched the back of his head thoughtfully.
"Captain!"
Both Jackson and Johan turned to see the rest of the crew approaching... well, sprinting towards them. Jackson seemed to frown at them being so late, while Johan was simply happy to see them alive and well.
"Crew! That means we're setting sail!"
He turned back to Uddo with an apologetic smile.
"How about this... Any time you want to have a little sparring match, even when I'm asleep, just attack me and I'll be in. It'll be training for both of us!"

Uddo thought about this, and then nodded. "Actually, it's probably better that we don't fight now anyway," he said. "There are these kids on this island who want to get your bounty and they seemed pretty confident in their ability."

Luna had a confuzed look on her face as she blinked. she then reilized johan though she was a child "im not a kid" she mubbled under her breath "im 21" she sighed and rubbed her head.

"Yes, I know."
It wasn't entirely clear to who he said it, most likely to both of them.
First, he turned to Uddo.
"We, meaninng me and Luna here, ran into them earlier, and trust me, their confidence is well placed."
"You fared better back there than I did, after all! Quite an achievement for someone your age!"
He laughed apologetically and laid a hand on her shoulder.
The cameraderie was so thick one could have felt it in the air. Ther was also something else in it. A slight... awkwardness.
"Actually, sir... she just said she was 21..."
Jackson said, but Johan couldn't hear him due to one of his men shouting from the ship.
"Captain! Ready to leave!"
"Well, let's get going then! Everyone on board!"
Jackson headed for the ship, then turned around when he noticed Johan wasn't coming.
"It's okay, I'll follow up in a minute. I just have something to... discuss with Luna."

Gapping at Ernok massive size it never ceased to amaze him how large and natrually strong they were, he had seen them before but only in slave capacity. He knew they were tempermental but decided to play with him none the less.

"Hey you there. Your strong right? Carry my bag why dont yeah. He grins under his hood"

Bakura plays with the large fruit like object is pocket his father gave him. He felt its aura of love and he wondered why it didnt rot long ago

(darn it i forgot to cover this. And there were 2 perfect opputunities!!! My character doesnt know about Devil fruits)

(Dude, Jackson did not fight anyone. Johan fought that boy. You weren't even there.)

Luna blinked as everyone was getting ready, and heard johan say he needed to discuss something with her. She walked over to johan and blinked innocently "am i in trouble?"

((Yes! You are in trouble Labelisa! You said Luna was twenty-one, when on her character page it says she is twenty! ))

Uddo headed for the ship, following Jackson. He was quickly lost in his own thoughts, wondering what he was going to do to try and surprise Johan first...he was actually thinking about taking the man up on his offer. It should be good training for him, since he was so small and needed to learn how to be stealthy, not to mention fast.

"No, no!"
Johan shook his head and smiled softly, as he always did... well, when no one wanted to kill him, anyway. Weirdly, that made up about 70% of his time...
"You are far from being in trouble. I just kind of wanted to cover what you are going to do now? I'm pretty sure these kids will be looking for you, as well, and... uhmm...."
This wasn't half as hard as when he had tried to ask Avis... But that time had just been plain weird! Seriously, he was always a little less blunt when it came to women, but.... Back to reality! No time to think about that now!
He hoped she'd get it by herself.

"I know what you're thinking."
Jackson said to uddo, without looking at him.
"I have seen your powers, and knowing Johan, he won't really ever hurt you, but you should still be careful if you really want to go with it..."

Labelisa has confuzion writen across her face as she tried to figer out what he was trying to ask, and kept coming up with a blank.

"Huh?" Uddo looked over at Jackson, then grinned. "That may be true, but since you know my power then you know why I would even consider doing it at all." He stared out over the ocean, his eyes losing focus as he continued. "I'm not all that strong. I'm not really a fighter and I don't think I can kill, even if I had too. But I still want to get as strong as I can, as fast as I can. Which means I'll have to work out a lot and build up my physical strength first before I can really get strong."

Jackson nodded.
"You will definitely have both your hands full of training here... On bad days, we get attacked every two hours or so... Our captain's famous for his bad luck, after all. And, well... we don't have a navigator, either. Died in the ambush me and the crew escaped from."

Johan sighed and looked at her blank expression. He decided to just ask her straight forward. Should be eassy... He took a deep breath.
"I guess what I'm trying to say is... Would you like to come with us? Y-you don't have to be a revolutionry, of course, and I won't expect you to fight or anything, and... uhm, we're currently all guys, so I u-understand if you don't want to, er..."
This wasn't nearly as awkward as aking Avis. But still, if someone didn't shut him up, he'd most likely keep stuttering forever.

Luna cracked a smile before she started laughing "i'd love to come along" she giggled "why would you have such a hard time asking that?" she giggled

"Attacked every two hours?" Uddo repeated, a look of shock on his face. Then the corner of his mouth began to twitch and he started laughing. "You guys...are so...lame!" he managed to gasp out, tears forming in his eyes.

Genuinely releved, Johan sighed.
"Ah, that's a relief! I wouldn't have been able to leave you back here..."
Though he found him having a hard time less than funny.... He had been like that ever since he was born, as long as he could remember.
"I.. uh, wasn't having a hard time at all!"
Now that was just childish.
"L-let's get going... who knows when those kids will show up..."
He turned and went towards the ship, mostly so that she wouldn't see him blush slightly... And it was still not as awkward as that time with Avis.

Jackson looked at the boy gasping for air from laughter. His expression was a friendly smile, as always. Inside, he was a little confused.
Johan walked up to them from behind.
"Well, thank you for your critique! We're trying.... At least we manage to defend ourselves."
He was slightly hurt in his pride, but he knew it to be true. They really were kind of lame. It was an accepted truth.
When Jackson was on board and most likely couldn't hear them anymore, he leaned forward slightly and lowered his voice.
"Hey, don't expect Jackson to act human. I don't really know much about him, but mostly his human emotions range from a to b."
Why was that guy even in his crew? Johan found himself unable to remember...

Ernok was silent as he observed Johan's crew chattering together. They were obviously a weird bunch, but well that did not surprise Ernok since he knew Johan well, and he knew the kind of crew members that Johan would gather. They all seemed to be not the tough, but Ernok knew well that these people had the potential to overthrow the world government, and create a new era of peace.

Ernok silently followed Johan. After all, he had a few words to tell him before he departed to the battle.

"Johan!!! I will be heading to Dawn island now to try to do my best in saving whoever I can...and don't worry I won't let the dogs of the world government capture me." Ernok said. It was true that Ernok totally understood what Johan told him, but well the huge fishman was just too stubborn and he was not from the type of people who had the ability to be patient, specially during hard time like now.

"your crew members seems to have the potential to become a great threat to the World government so make sure you take a good care of them"Ernok said as he jumped at the back of a huge whale. Gladly, as a powerful fishman Ernok had a great influence under the sea that made him able to control a lot of sea animals.

"farewell my friend, and remember that a lot of our allies lives will depend on you in the upcoming battle." Ernok said, and after all he was true. Johan had to make it in the right time to save the Rebellion soldiers who were most likely going to get captured.

Johan didn't even try to convince the fishman to stay with him instead.
He had known him for long enough to know about his stubbornness. He also knew he could trust his words when he said he wouldnt be captured.
So he simply nodded an tiped his hat.
"Still, be careful. It will be harder to win without you on our side..."
So if he knew him so well... how come he was still worried? Ernok was as- if not more- powerful as he was.
"If you happen to see Jamil and Zuzen, tell them not to be too reckless."
If they were still alive. Dark times...

"Consider your words already delivered my friend" And with these words The whale sank along with Ernok as it started to make its way toward Dawn island. Ernok was ready for the battle, and he was going to make the World government suffer.

Labelisa was giggling as she just flew up to the ship and sat on the side rail and waited for them to take off, she would look for her family when they stoped at the next island.

"What a rude fish"
Disgusted at having been ignored by such a loly animal he boreds the ship hood down. He takes a look around the deck. He doesnt notice Labelisa when she takes flight only that she is now th ship.

Luna smield softly as a man came over and offered his hand to her, she shook it as a light blush crossed her cheeks, she needed to get used to being around men now that she was the only female abored. "look like it, im luna, its nice to meet you bakura"

Uddo nodded. "One of 'those' Jacksons, huh?" he chuckled softly. "I've read something about them. Right, I'll be..." Uddo frowned. He wasn't sure what he was supposed to do with that information. Should he be careful? Happy? Surprised? Muttering quietly to himself, Uddo wandered onto the ship and headed to the side to look down at the ocean.

"Read about us, did you? Only good things, I hope."
Jackson seemed to have appeared out of nowhere behind Uddo. His question wasn't threatening, it wasn't flattered or frightened. It was simply a statement, and one that he didn't want an answer on. He layed his hands on the reling and looked out on the sea, seemingly deep in thought. Then again, him being Jackson, he could just as well have been just staring at the waves.
"Not many people have ever heard of us..."

Johan thought a little while about... well, Jackson, the war, the marines, Rashmi, his crew, the newbies....
Then he headed for the middle of the deck.
"Listen up everyone!"
He raised his voice so all of his men could hear him.
"We are going to depart shortly! On the next island we get to, we wait for news! Also, I might need Jackson and a volunteer to do something for me.... might."
He wasn't entirely sure about that part of his brilliant, made-up-on-the-spot plan yet.
"This is related to finding one of our old friends, some of you might remember her. I am talking about Avis Ridley. But right now, let's just get away from here as fast as possible!"
The crew seemed to agree with that, and started working even harder. Some of them had shivered a little when he had mentioned Avis, others had frowned, but none of them seemed to have forgotten her.
Jackson, too, left Uddos side without a word and got to work. At least that's what one could expect from him... Since everyone one would ask would sincerely say they had seen him do this or go there a while ago. But if someone was looking for him, he was never anywhere to be found.

A volunteer? Uddo could do that. And he would be working with Jackson, who was really the only...'person'...that he knew on the ship, so he immediately went over to Johan and said, "I can help."
