Jhonen Vincenzo
Crew: Stargazer Pirates
Role: Captain / Navigator
Location: South Blue
Description: Captain of the Stargazer Pirates, he is a navigator with the ability to navigate by stars, so does not need compasses or Log Poses. He is loathe to kill people, as he is not yet settled into the role of being a pirate and does not yet understand that living with a bounty on his head may mean some sacrifices.
Devil Fruit: N/A
Special Abilities: Celestial Navigation, Rokushiki techniques [Tekkai, Soru], Anchorweight Combat Art

Carver Bruce

Role: Heavy Gunner / Tank
Location: Grand Line
Description: A huge man who towers over even Whitebeard, Carver is a human-giant hybrid. Hot-blooded and always desiring a challenge, Carver is nonetheless uncertain about his place in the world, as he is too big to live with humans and too small to band with giants. He lost his hand to a destructive bigot that hated all hybrids, and has since replaced it with an adaptable gun-arm fitted with various destructive weapons.

Special Abilities: Massively strong, Giant Grappling fighting style, Orb Tactics [Defensive, Offensive], Arsenal Arms (destructive finisher weapon moves)

Location: South Blue
Description: A cyborg fitted with only minor modifications, Dreyton is able to generate electricity in his body for combat, and has an experimental lightning weapon fitted into him as well. He strives for progression in the ranks of the Marines, only wishing to become stronger and more influential in the fight against pirates. Despite his stern ways, he is fair and honorable.

Special Abilities: Denka Sawaru [Electric Touch] combat style (unarmed lightning kickboxing), Electric Lightning Cannon [experimental lightning weapon implant]

Errol Fynn, the Angelic Okama of Fishman Island!

Role: Thespian, Dancer
Location: Grand Line
Description: A flying fish species Fishman, Errol is an acclaimed theatrical performer with many shows under his belt. He is renowned around the Line for his amusing, inspiring and often downright odd shows. The main reason for their oddity is Errol's nature as an okama, a lifestyle he's immersed himself entirely in.

Special Abilities: Featherweight Fishkama Kenpo [a combination of Fishman Karate, Okama Kenpo and synchronised swimming and dancing]

PIRATES

Walken D. Plank
Description: A large and powerful man, Walken is captain of the Plank Pirates, having protection and control over a small group of islands in the South Blue. Though he does not use a Devil Fruit, he fights with an Adamwood staff and the passion of a D, making him a challenging foe for most pirates in the South Blue. Able to effortlessly defeat Captain Brussev of the Red Coats and also stronger than any one member of the Stargazer Pirates, Walken commands great respect in the South Blue, despite his relatively small bounty of B 8,000,000.
Personality: Calm, stable and like a giant oak, implacable. As a pirate, he runs a protection racket for money, but does feel that he must honour his protection promise, even if it is a way to make some easy money. Also is very observant of keeping people on side, and as a D has great charisma and leadership abilities. Has a tendency to make puns about wood and trees quite often, though he doesn't realise it.

"Galeforce" Dorothy
Description: Captain of the Yellow Brick Pirates, and owner of their ship, the Twister, Dottie is an orphan from the island of Canzazz. She wants to find the legendary Emerald Island and the Grand Wizard, who is said to grant any wish. Dottie possesses extraordinary levels of superhuman strength, speed and durability, as well as the power of the Kaze Kaze no Mi. This Logia allows her to take on the form of wind and to control it in all its forms, making her a frighteningly powerful individual in a world where transport is ruled by the wind.
Personality: Dottie is a psychotic but deceptively calm young girl. Though only 15 years old, Dottie is a natural leader, being forthright and commanding, and unwilling to take crap from anyone, most especially her subordinates. She is a dreamer, willing to go to any lengths to achieve her dreams, even if those lengths are not at all pleasant or moral, and is completely fearless.

"The Black Cloud" Hellhound Toto
Description: A huge black hellhound with glowing yellow eyes, Toto is Dorothy's pet and her steed, carrying her into battle on his back in a terrifying spectacle. Towering at over three metres tall and five and a half meters long, Toto's strength and endurance is inhuman, and his killing instinct is finely honed from years of life on an island of life or death. Toto possesses an evolutionary ability granted by multiple SIQ injections to dispense a huge cloud of thick black smoke, foul-smelling and light dampening, for ambushes and the like.
Personality: As far as canines go, Toto is highly intelligent and incredibly loyal to his owner. He has a very violent nature, and enjoys cruelly playing with creatures before he devours them. The SIQ treatments he has received have enhanced his aggression levels dramatically.

Taketa "Scarecrow" Tano
Description: Lank and lean, Scarecrow has consumed the Bachi Bachi no Mi, which allows him to transform into a frightening scarecrow-like creature with metal nails for fingers and to transfer damage inflicted on him to other individuals through use of straw voodoo dolls. To make the voodoo dolls he needs something of the person he wants to transfer damage to, such as some hair, a fingernail or blood. He carries a large number of voodoo dolls on him at any one time, and fights using an energetic capoeira-influenced fighting style, augmented by the flexibility of his scarecrow form.
Personality: Scarecrow is not a particularly intelligent person for the most part, though possessed of a demonic battle genius, but is very optimistic and seemingly good-natured. However, his good-natured state belies his true wretchedness, as he is enormously sadistic and takes pleasure in causing pain to others. He and Dorothy use each other for sexual pleasure, despite the significant age gap between the two, indicative of his warped nature.

Eustogoras "Tinman" Andolfito
Description: Large and bulky, Tinman is a full-body cyborg with only his brain and spine remaining as human components. Made of incredibly durable metal many times stronger than steel, Tinman is an axe-hurler, utilising throwing axes and a pair of finely balanced hunting axes for combat, mechanically dicing people up at speeds near-impossible to follow. His mechanical body gives him a number of abilities, such as extendable arms, night vision, rocket-assisted jumps and the like. He is powered by a "heart" of seastone, which is gradually eroding as he draws his power from it, and it is this heart that allows him to fire Kairoseki Beams that paralyse Fruit Users, rendering them helpless.
Personality: Tinman is emotionless and stoic, being a very reliable and logical individual. He is nowhere near as monstrous as his compatriots, but occasionally shows flashes of what he calls "the buried dead", surges of white-hot fury and bloodlust that overcome him and override all rationality he has, sometimes causing him to turn even on his crewmates.

Aku "Lion Emperor" Adlai
Description: The Lion Emperor is a warrior who has consumed the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Lion, granting him the ability to transform into a grand lion or a deadly lion-hybrid form. Where Tinman serves as the tank and the strongman of the group and Scarecrow serves as the adaptable and quick-witted fighter of the group, the Lion Emperor's role is that of speed. Well versed in all forms of Rokushiki, Aku utilises Soru and his own feline speed, balance and agility to dominate the battlefield. He abuses a close-combat dirty style of fighting, utilising tricks and cheating dishonorable methods to ensure his victory.
Personality: The Lion Emperor is actually a cowardly man, so used to people obeying his every whim that he is fearful of any situation he does not control. Because of this, Aku is a terrible control-freak and when things stop going his way he gets very frightened and very angry, lashing out at those that have caused the issue to spiral out of control. He is terribly arrogant and sure of himself when he is in control, however. Dorothy sees him as the most pathetic of the crew, due to his fear of reaching out for his goal, lest he should fail.

WORLD GOVERNMENT

Petty Officer Jurgen Luri
Description: A Marine who joined in order to get the benefits of the health perks and the status symbol of being a Marine, as well as wanting the Marine uniform because he believes women are attracted to men in uniforms. Thin and weak-looking, he has neatly combed blonde hair and a very whiny voice.
Personality: Has an inflated sense of entitlement and complains bitterly when things don't go as he thinks they should. Lazy and cowardly, Jurgen is weak-willed and has never been in a particularly dangerous situation, so has no idea how to deal with such things.
History: Is currently trapped in a broom closet in a Marine base overrun with insurgents. Locked himself inside to avoid being found and killed.
RPs: Revolutionary Trouble

Seaman Cooper Corrodus
Description: One of the best Marine marksmen in the South Blue, Cooper is also adept at improvising weaponry and is an adaptable and quick-witted fighter who is seen as a potential rising star of the South Blue marines.
Personality: Calm and collected, Cooper doesn't lose his head in a fight, which is considered to be one of his most worthy traits. He has a natural sense of leadership in times of crisis, and even higher-ranked non-commissioned sailors will often obey him in a critical combat role.
History: Attempted to apprehend Jhonen Vincenzo and Bryce McEnroe as part of a patrol with Lieutenant JG Shocker X. Dreyton, but failed to do so when Bryce killed two fellow seamen.

OTHER

Remus Crowley
Description: A bounty hunter famed the world around, Remus bears the epithet of "Five Fruit Remus" for good reason. by investing more than a million beri into acquiring particular Devil Fruits, Remus has created four seperate gun units that mount on his arms, two to a forearm. These guns have been treated with a Devil Fruit each, granting them unique effects. On the right arm one is treated with the Noro Noro no Mi, allowing Remus to slow down more nimble prey, another the Seigyo Seigyo no Mi, which grants the ability to disperse unlimited amounts of irritant tear gas. On the left arm the first of the guns is treated with the Ami Ami no Mi, allowing Remus to catch his opponents in unique nets, whilst the other is treated with the Nigate Nigate no Mi, which fires a beam of absolute mediocrity that will strike down anyone it hits with crippling inability. Finally, Remus himself has consumed the Yami yami no Mi, granting him both the ability to drag his opponent into range and the ability to swallow up his prey whole, for delivery to the World Government. Remus himself is as tough as they come, but surprisingly unimposing, being lean and nimble rather than huge and fear-inducing.
Personality: Remus has a strict code of professionalism that he calls "The Hunt", which includes always taking his prey alive so that the correct processes of justice can be delivered, as well as many elements of honor with regards to fulfilling contracts and respecting the nature of his employers. Despite this, Remus' Hunt also includes an iron rule that What Remus Wants, Remus Will Do. This means that though he respects the wishes of his employers, Remus will always tackle a particular hunt in the way he deems best. if someone pays him, it is to do his job to the best of his ability, and he exerts every effort to do so. For the most part however, Remus tends simply to hunt down outlaws with high bounties, only taking on personal contracts when it pleases him. He does not work with other hunters and absolutely never with assassins.
