History: Victor Brzezinski was born on the Island called Karakuri where a Great Scientist was born and so it almost seemed fitting that another great mind of the world was born there, he was at first a normal child who lived on the Island and looked up to Great Scientist kind acts toward the island as did everyone else. His life though changed when he was caught in an accidental explosion from one of the labs on the island, it badly injured Victor and nearly killed him due to the amount of damage it did to his chest area. It was only through the work of scientist who knew about cybernetics that Victor was saved from the jaws of death, sadly the accident did another thing to the poor boy and that was warp his young mind. He became far more intelligent but his cruelty also grew as well as his unstable mentality; he would do sick experiments on animals that he caught and by the age of twelve he created the toxin called Anthrax Alpha.
That was enough to gain the World Government's attention as such a toxin was more powerful than most poisons that their scientist created, and that is what caused the World Government to take Victor away from his family on Karakuri island. Now when it happened Victor didn't care as he followed the World Government officers when they offered him better equipment and resources as well as the chance to work with other scientist. When it was all said and done Victor happily worked in the labs he was provided and was already working on his next powerful toxin, and he would be the youngest scientist there for a long time. By the age of sixteen he created many different bio-weapons but even made biological enhancement drugs to be used which pleased the Government, but his next break through in the toxin would come at a cost.
When in the final stages of creating Anthrax Beta it seemed someone from the revolutionary forces used a few spies in his lab to sabotage Victor's lab with some explosive materials that would go off if certain conditions were met, and the creation of Anthrax Beta seemed to have been the trigger as a large explosion shook the lab of his and nearly took off Victor's head when it happened as well as killing all his assistants. Victor was able to drag himself out of the lab despite the wounds due to the biological enhancements he used on himself, and that was the very thing to save him from death itself. Soon after he had dragged himself out of there his toxin was released and made the area highly dangerous for months at a time, but that did not bother Victor as he was still going to produce more viruses and toxins but he did need a new face and even lungs.
It was a cybernetics expert that worked on making Victor's new face, lungs, and eyes due to the man's great knowledge of cybernetics though Victor insisted on his new mouth being changed to what it is now, and when it was finished Victor looked like a monster out of some poor man's nightmare but it didn't bother Victor one bit as he enjoyed the new face for some reason. By the time Victor was done with his bed rest his lab was cleaned up and repaired for the most part and the good doctor just went back to work as if it was all normal, and he would create more bio-weapons and biological drugs for four more years before his next accident that would try to take his life.
It was when Victor was only twenty years old that he finally finished work on the next step in his Anthrax virus that made him so famous in the scientific circles, and this time there were no revolutionary spies to blow him apart this time so everyone thought things would go swimmingly. They were wrong because as soon as Anthrax Gamma was finished and being moved into storage that one of Victor's idiotic assistants tripped and nearly caused Victor's vile of the virus to be spilled all over the floor and ruined. Victor though was fast enough to reach the vile before it hit the ground but a drop of the virus had gotten onto victor's left arm and already he could feel the virus working its way up his arm. He knew he didn't have much time so he quickly grabbed a medical saw and used it to saw off his very own arm all the the dismay of his assistants, and when it was done Victor stood there with blood oozing out of his arm as he walked toward the Assistant that nearly destroyed four years of work. He glared down at her for a second before kicking her across the face with his shoe and the man would not stop there as he would kick and stomp on her face until her head was just a bloody stain on the floor. He then simply informed the medical team of the accident and got medical assistance in only a few minutes while everyone else ignored the; this time a cybernetics expert was not needed to fix up Victor thankfully.
No this time Victor himself helped make the new arm that would replace his lost one and poured all his knowledge into that new arm and even went as far as making it weapon grade, when all was said and done Victor was very pleased with the arm but he knew one thing. His body's weakness to poisons and viruses were slowing down his work.....and then he remembered reading about the Doku-Doku no Mi and knew he had to have it. When he told the World Government that his body's weakness to his own work was slowing him down and that having that fruit would speed up his work by two hundred percent.......well that was all that needed to be said for the government to use their resources to find another one of the things. With that the most dangerous mind in the world became also one of the most dangerous forces in the world for the simple reason that it would make him produce weapons faster.
But the Government also noticed that more and more Assassination Attempts were targeted at Victor by the Revolutionaries and they knew that they needed to train the good doctor in how to defend himself if their defenses were to ever fail, it was because of those factors that Victor was sent off for combat training with CP9 to learn a few of their techniques, learn how to fight in hand to hand combat, learn how to use a gun, and to learn how to use his devil fruit powers more effectively though the last part of his training required him to go to see another Doku-Doku no mi user and learn that person's moves. When that was finished Victor was now twenty five and was now considered a special assassin for some missions, and when they were trying to figure out a code name for him he simply said "Dr. Thrax." and from that day forth Victor gained the freedom of an special assassin while having the resources of a world government scientist.
Personality: Victor is a person you do not want to end up on the wrong side of as this man has no problems killing masses of people over a thing as small as his favorite pen getting misplaced, he will easily ignore a woman's beauty if there is something of scientific importance in the area, and if the woman is the scientific discovery then God have mercy on their soul. As he will be more than happy to knock the woman out and then do painful experiments on the poor thing, be it changing her into a cyborg, using different toxins on her, or worse yet slowly taking her apart to see just how much trauma the poor thing can take before dying. He is a man of science first, monster second, and a man last and as such relationships are only made if they are of use to his work. One could in theory gain enough status with the man that he would actually give a damn about them, and try his best to keep that person alive but yet again it is only a theory as none have been able to keep alive around him long enough.
He has little to know respect for anyone around him except scientist that are able to match or surpass his own high intellect and even then he is just neutral to them instead of rude, when it comes to a fight he is ruthless and due to his lack of caring for anyone he will not worry about accidentally hitting people on his own team with his toxins. When he is dealing with a loosing fight he will retreat since there is no point wasting his life on something as silly as honor, if he can get out of a loosing fight by god he will do it without any care about who he will have to leave behind. He also loves to make twisted little jokes that either anger or un-nerve people. All in all being around Victor is a game of wits and luck as he can become a great ally but it just rather hard keeping alive long enough to do it. Even if the guy fixes you up when he poisons you.

Effect: Grants the user the ability to produce and control different types of poison, as well as grant immunity to all forms of poison
Special Abilities: Victor has extremely high levels of physical strength thanks to his cyborg parts as well as biological enhancements, his physical strength is on par with that of a giant though the extra mass behind a giant's fist makes them still able to punch harder than he can. His speed is not that high as he can only move as fast as some Olympic Runner Gold Metalist, his entire left arm is made out of a super strong metal so it is a weapon of sorts for him and is going for blocking attacks. His eyes are mechanical so he has the ability to change what type of vision he has, from night vision, thermal vision, and has a zoom in feature. With being a cyborg and biologically enhanced his endurance is very high so he is a tough man to put down, but not a hard one to get a lock on though. His skills with Guns and hand to hand combat is high but he knows nothing of sword combat and the like. He is also an expert in the medical field and could fix up anyone.....if he resists the urge to experiment on the person first.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Geppou: Allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual.
Cerberus: After producing vast amounts of liquid poison from his body, Victor is able manipulate it in the form of a three-headed demon dog. It seems that it can even separate itself from Victor to pursue escaping foes. With this creature,Victor is able to engulf any opponent in deadly poison. The level of toxicity is so overwhelming that it actually causes the unfortunate victim to dissolve. The poison acts on the nervous system, paralyzing the victim and making them suffer excruciating pain until they die, The color of the toxin is a bright neon blue color so it is very vivid.
Mustered Bomb: After chewing and blowing up some of his poison like bubble gum, victor spits the bubble at high speed towards an enemy. Upon impact, the bubble explodes and releases a cloud of poison gas. The gas acts like tear gas and causes severe sneezing, and immobilizes the enemy and anyone else near the vicinity. The color of the gas is a bright neon green color so yet again very vivid.
Toxic Transport: While producing his Cerberus, Victor completely engulfs himself in the liquid poison. While engulfed, Victor quickly travels within one of his Cerberus's necks and out of its mouth to where he would want to go. Victor has also used this for vertical travel as well.
Anthrax Alpha: Victor simply opens his mouth to allow his toxic breath to issue forth from him, the toxic cloud is bright neon green in color and is very good at knocking lower level foes out right. When used on stronger foes it will slowly drain them of power the longer they breath it in, this does have the problem of harming allies too so it not a very crowd friendly attack. This is an attack that doesn't require him to really try to make as even sighing will cause the toxic gas to flow out of his mouth, so it can be used while in melee combat quite easily.
Anthrax Beta: Victor sucks in large mounts of air before he begins fire out fast moving toxic liquid bullets that are bright neon blue in color, the toxins in the bullets are as strong the toxins in Cerberus.
Anthrax Gamma: Breathing out large amounts of his poisonous breathe, Victor creates a fog-like cover in an area. This poisonous fog not only blurs the sight of any opponent caught within in, but also slowly weakens them as well, by gradually robbing away their strength, eyesight, and hearing. The cloud takes on the shape of a large skull and crossbones as well as being bright neon purple in color.
Toxic Golem: Victor's ultimate attack. He produces an enormous amount of a special liquid poison, that he calls Anthrax Omega. He then forms into a massive slime creature that mimics his every movement, with a head that looks a lot like Victors and claw like hands. The color of this poison liquid is pitch black in color and releases a noxious smoke to go along with it. The poison made from the Toxic Golem is so powerful that it affects even non-organic objects, with the poison spreading like a disease over everything that makes contact with it, even if not directly, and seems to kill the afflicted victims right away once the infection spreads all the way throughout the body (which seems to be at a very rapid rate).
Chemical Armor: Victor covers his entire body with a powerful toxin that is bright neon blue in color, it allows him to deal with melee attackers easily due to how melee attackers tend to get poisoned if they attack him and make direct contact with any part of his body.
Kami-e "Slime": Instead of the body becoming limp like paper, it stretches and moves in ways slime or sludge would move in order to avoid attacks.
Bio-Sphere: Victor produces large amounts of bright neon purple toxins that take on the form of a sphere around his body. The sphere is five feet thick and is used to protect Victor from large amount of gunfire form different directions, as well as a way to protect himself from rubble if he is caught inside a collapsing building.
Knock out gas: Victor breathes out a white smokey cloud of toxins that do only one thing to a person, it will knock them out for a while if they were to breath that stuff in. Thankfully the range of the attack is short as only things that are within forty feet can get hit by this. ~Knocks out for 3 of that person's post.~
