Appearance: Standing at 6'9 with a wide muscular build, has his hair tied in a top knot though is often conceled by his large, iron, viking-style helmet, has a large bushy blue beard, wears a basic iron chest plate conected to some spaulders on his shoulder, also quite basic, a simple pair of breeches with some armoured boots, and a simple leather jerkin underneath the chest plate, as well as a pair of metal gauntlets. Usually seen carrying his large weapon in a sheath strapped to his back, and with his pet manticore, Widdles, sitting on his shoulder.

History: As a child, Victor was constantly pressured by his parents to become a marine, just like his father, and obdiently followed all the training and tutoring from his father to do so. When the time came for him to join the marines, Victor joined willingly without much fuss, and he passed training with flying colours, took up swordsmanship with the zweilhander, a giant iron sword, his weapon of choice, and after a few years of hard work, became an upstanding commander. After one of his battles against pirates attempting to invade a town in his juristiction, Victor discovered a devil-fruit among the pirates treasure as he and his crew were collecting it to be sent to back to headquaters, and decided to eat the fruit, though had'nt felt much different, and had yet to activate his powers. During the heat of battle, Victor accidently used his powers for the first time, which let him practise it a little against his pirate opponents, although intentionly attempting only to capture them accidently killed them with the posion from his attacks. He continued as normal, except of course training and developing his new found powers, and eventually became a commadore. Ten years had passed since he ate his devil fruit, and it seemed as if life would go on un-changed for Victor, but then the deadly side-effect of his devil fruit came into play, as he suddenly and un-controlably released an immense amout of spores, almost eliminating the entire island he was on at the time. After the terrible, yet quick event he franticly searched around for any survivours, but the only living creature apart from insects was a helpless baby manticore. Riddled with guilt of the destruction he accidently unleashed, Victor took the manticore into his care, and fled from the island, knowing fully well that the goverment would most likely belive he did this on purpose, and began a career as a criminal hire only mercenary for the last five years, with a thirty million bounty on his head after his manslaughter of the island had been discovered and linked to him.

Personality: Victor is a rather serious man, his mind focused on the work at hand, he is also quite professional at his work, and rarely let his emotions and pleasure get in the way of buisness, and rarely does little else than caring for his pet manticore in his spare time. Due to the affection for his pet, Widdles, he treats it just like a baby, and constantly fuses over the manticore, and would do anything for the little creature, and constantly tries to ensure the manticores saftey, forbiding him from any from of combat. He also seems to have little concept of sarcasm or figures of speech and takes everything literaly.

effect: The ability to create and control poisonus mushroom spores, for example able to form clones of ones self or send out a large cloud of spores. Side-effects are that the user also needs to release a large amout of these spores every ten years, to balance the number of spores inside their body, and the user is hghly vunreable to fire, as welll as his spores, as well as the standard devil fruit weaknesses.

Special Abilities: Basic command over his pet manticore, inhuman strength and endurance

Learned Techniques: Advanced swordsmanship; Lethal Lunge: lunges forwards zweilhander-first.
360 Massacre: spins around while cutting with his zweilhander.
Sky Slash: A basic air slash.
Focus Slash: Victor focuses on an opponents weak spot, and throws all his strength into cutting a lethal wound into it.
Devil fruit: Bad Breath Blast: inhales deeply before exhaling a large cloud of spores.
Spore Sword: surrounds his zweilhander wuith spores, turning it into a poisoned weapon.
Poison Punch: a last-defence move which surrounds his free hand with spores and punches the enemy.
Spore Slash: basicly Sky Slash except with added Spores.
Spore Stream: Launches a stream of spores towards the enemy.
Sporenado: Spins round and creates a tornado of spores, which spins into his opponent.
Sporesplosion: Every ten years the user of the noko noko no mi release a large amount of spores, though Victor usually puts this into a container of some sorts, he will use it in battle as way of eliminating the enemy if he is in battle by himself at the alloted time.

Weapons/Items: Has a pet manticore named Widdles and a zweilhander which he keeps sheathed at his back constantly. He also tends to carry a few snacks for Widdles, and a emergency container in case if the ten year effect of the devil fruit is about to come into play.

Goals: Find a way of eliminating his side effect of releasing an immense amout of spores every ten years, and look after Widdles.

his previous bounty was 30,000,000, for suspcion of destryoing an island with his devil fruit powers, although accidental, it was raised because it was confirmed that he was in fact the one who destroyed 99.5% of the island, whch was also where he was originally a ranked marine officer, effectively "betraying" the world goverment.

How large of a tornado does Sporenado create? It wouldn't make a whole lot of sense if it was a life-sized one. Please specify the size on that.

How strong is Sporesplosion? Is there a certain range to it?

oh around the Sporenado is the same height as he is really, and as for the Sporesplosion it has a very large area, because of this side effect he annhilated almost an entre small island, but luckily it is rarely used at all, due to not only it only happening only once every ten years, but also that it is way too risky to actual use in a fight, as well as Victor usually is in an uninhabited area when the effect comes into play, and is used more of a plot point than an actual technique for easy use.
