Appearance: 7ft3 362lbs Doctor Oda is tall and thin he wears rocker boots loose formal pants topped off with a dark blue sash, said sash usually has a bottle of booze tucked into it. On top all he wears is a blue silk vest leaving his mid drift bare under a long oilskin duster with the Oda crest printed on the back. His hands are covered by bicep length leather gloves that are connected by straps and buckles. He wears black Lennon shades unless he’s operating in which case he wears half moon spectacles, Atop it All Basho wears a Tall black top-hat with a red band, the band is surrounded by a string of smokey beads. Tucked into the band of the top-hat on the left is the ace of spades on the right is a white feather. Basho's face is thin pale and delicately featured his nose is medium length and straight and his eyes are violet. Both of his ears are pierced with three Amber drops hanging from each. Basho wears a necklace of turquoise beads that has two read prayer beads in it and in the center of the necklace hangs a pear shaped piece of gold with a large dome of amber set in its center. His platinum blonde hair is pulled up in a shaggy topknot/ponytail bound in a leather ring with a black wooden needle holding it in place. Doctor Oda carries a large Hisago gourd strapped to his back filled with Sake from the east blue that helps him achieve the proper state of drunkenness. “The Queen of Spades” usually rests in a tanned hide holster resting at Basho’s hip, as string of Sea-stone Prayer-beads wrap around the Doctor Oda’s wrist looping through the iron loop at the end of the pistols pommel. Concealed beneath his coat on his left hip is the ammo pouch that supplies the “Queen of Spades”
History: Basho Oda was born in the village of Big Horn village on drum Island, To Nagamasa And Oichi Oda both of whom were very kind to the point they would risk their own lives to treat a sick patient, The two of them taught their son as much as they could from an early age this continued until Basho was 16 on his birthday his parents were murdered by the rulers of drum island while attempting to treat wounded revolutionaries. Fleeing into night the Basho took shelter from the bitter cold in what turned out to be a brewing cache for strong alcohol. To escape his pain and keep himself warm he began to drink as much as he could without killing himself he found by members of the drum island army, in his inebriated the fear disappeared as did the anger motivated by his desire to survive he struck for the points of the soldiers bodies that he know would do the most damage. Immobilizing them the Basho fled back to his parent’s house collecting as many of the Medical supplies as he could as well as his families heirloom sea stone prayer beads stowing away on a ship he jumped ship when the ship reached whiskey peak where he spent 12 years treating the mercenaries and training himself to perfect his style of drunken fighting he flourished there he grew very close to many of the mercenaries he healed many and lost only a few but there were times when the injuries were to severe and he had to finish them off himself the alleviation of suffering at any cost is the code he lives by. 5 years into his stay he saved the life of the young son of a gunsmith living at whiskey peak he worked tirelessly into the night finally collapsing when the boys fever broke. the Father had no money but plenty of materials as a way of repaying the young man the gunsmith created an elegant black steel 10 barreled revolver incorporating the ancestral prayer beads into the gun as a way to retrieve it and as decoration. Once again Oda sailed the seas hunting down pirates for the bounty and also participating in street fights for the money as well as his mercenary contracts. The black steel revolver became known as the "Queen of Spades" The unlucky XIII Revolver so dubbed because once her sites was set on a victim their luck had run out. Finally after two years he, made a home/ base for himself on Mirror Ball Island becoming addicted to the rhythm he quickly became an excellent dancer and has frequently competed in the yearly dance festivals and competitions. Over the years Basho absorbed the culture which gave him the clothing he now wears. 14 years later he is still working as a mercenary and doctor living on mirror ball island only leaving the island to carry out his contracts. Basho has had hundreds of lovers over the decades, both men and women though all but very few have ended badly either they broke it off from anything from his job to his age or they have been killed by his enemies vengeful family of the people hes killed or, young bounty hunters and mercenaries trying to carve a reputation out of his hyde. *(that’s were our story begins)
Personality: Doctor Oda is eccentric often talking cryptically or in famous quotations. He becomes quickly attached to or takes an interest in. In all but very special situations he is allied to the highest bidder. He is man whose bedside manner is fantastic however he will nearly cripple someone to keep them from opening their wounds Cheery even in battle to the point he often seems psychotic. Doctor Oda is quite vain claiming that the secret to his youth and beauty is connected to his fondness for Ume sake (plum wine). Basho enjoys a good chase he will even go so far as to lower his rate if a Job he takes truly interests him. Flamboyant and flirtatious Oda is continuously chasseing beautiful men and women. He has an interest in both personality and beauty. Oda is extremely sensitive about his age often going after love interests much younger then himself. His sensitivity about his youth is displayed by the fact he will often attack people for calling him old man pops geezer etcetera. Oda takes his responsibilities as a Doctor very seriously he will work tirelessly to save a patient if it is within his power to do so, but is not above giving them a painless death rather than letting them suffer. He sends a percentage of his profits to a children’s hospital ran by his sister though they haven’t spoken in many years Oda still faithfully sends 60 percent of his profit from any job to fund the hospital.

Medical Knowledge: Using his knowledge of the human body after studying his trade for over 30 years Doctor Oda has a near encyclopedic knowledge of the human body inside out and knows how to both heal and cause serious harm to it
Hawk eye: Years of practice have given the user incredible accuracy and the ability to focus under pressure making him a force to be reckoned with, in his skills with a gun.
Dexterous hands: After many years of practice Doctor Oda’s fingers have grown quite agile. From stitching up wounds to massage and or the hitting of pressure points Basho has both skill and an advanced sense of touch that makes his job much easier and his work quite precise
Drunken Mastery: Doctor Oda functions at his highest efficiency while intoxicated his movements are stronger his accuracy is higher. Decades of drinking have made intoxication the Basho’s natural state (the downside is if he goes more than 4 hours without a drink his dexterity and accuracy begins to suffer
Drunken fist: A martial art known to mimic the movements of a drunkard including flowing movements and stumbles as well as rolls and whip like movements and shows of flexibility. Though drunken fist is usually not practiced while intoxicated, Doctor Oda uses his inebriated state to use this martial art to the fullest in its purest form. While intoxicated the various falls and tumbles do not cause Basho pain until he sobers up
Learned Techniques:
#1. Bullet Ricochet x4: in quick succession. Shoot four bullets then another 4 The bullets strike the other bullets and ricochet into the enemy, hitting them from 4 directions.
#2. Rapid Reload! Quickly Reloads all the chambers of his “revolver”
#3.Bullet Shot: Able to shoot a bullet to stop an oncoming bullet.
#4.Quick Draw: able to pull out guns and shoot at high speeds
#5. Jackpot shot: The user fires all 10 bullets in quick succession aiming for either the limbs or the vital points of the body.
#6. Incendiary shot: Using one of the nitro glycerin tipped bullets the user fires a shot for either the opponent or near them, This explosion will cover up to 10 feet and the bullet explodes on contact with anything once its left the barrel.
#7. Snipers shot: Screwing on the extended barrel and attaching the scope to the pistol the user takes aim and fires for targets at greater distance this shot will cover up to 900 feet.
#8. Holy Pistol-whip: wrapping his hand around one length of the 3 foot string of prayer beads wrapped around his wrist connecting him to the pistol. The user swings the pistol and beads hoping to strike the opponent with it
#9. Pressure point pounder: Using his knowledge of the human body Doctor Oda attempts to strike a point in the body to either cause intense pain or damage to the body or to paralyze a limb.(paralysis lasts up to 4 rounds only)
#10. Doctors Special Solar plexus strike: using an open palmed strike Doctor Oda aims for the Solar plexus aiming to knock back, knock the wind out of, or immobilize the opponent.
#11. Drunken Doctor Style Whip kick: leaning back and catching himself on his hand or allowing himself to fall the user allows the momentum to whip his foot and or leg into the kick because of the whipping motion this attack will come more like a slap or a whiplash effecting a larger area of contact.
#12. Drunken Doctor Style Serving fist: With his hand in the shape that one would hold a traditional Japanese wine cup the user whips his arm allowing his wrist and the back of his hand to smack into the target at his chosen location.
#13. Drunken Doctor Style Stumbling Sumo Strike: The user stumbles forward bringing his open palm into the target at the desired point with his full weight
#14. Drunken Doctor Style Iron fist whip: using a closed fist the user whips his arm around to gain momentum attempting to slam their fist into the opponent with the momentum of the swing
