| Kaori looked at the man, who had scampered to ground. Pathetic. He starte laughing slightly, increasing in volume. The man rose up, angry. He had been humiliated and now the random stranger was laughing at him. "What are you laughing at, asshole?!" The man pulled his fist back, aiming to punch Kaori in the face. Kaori stepped forward with the post, immediately immobilizing his vest to make the attack his chest and be reflected. The man was weak anyway. He fell backwards from the force of his own punch. Kaori ignored the man, walking into the bar. It was quite a mess. He looked around. The woman seemed much less angry now. He wondered what he had done to piss her off. | |

| The Girl was walking around and putting tables and chairs back up right and grabbing a broom and sweeping up the glass all over, having the bar looking nice agian and no time. She had noticed the owner go to punch a guy, blinking at he was sent back as he guy was unaffected. |

| Rai's reply to Pyriss' question before timeskip: "I'm good at swords...mainly butcher knives"
"Aye aye." He replied to Pyriss walking up to the edge of the ship and leaping off just after she did. He landed a few seconds later before she looked back and nodded when she did showing he was going along, but before he followed her he walked over to the small boat that was beside the ship and untied it. The boat was a simple rowing one so Rai was able to carry it onto the harbor and tie it somewhere else to to keep it safe until he came back to sell it. He then turned towards Pyriss and begun to follow her as she headed into the town.; |

| (sorry for keeping you waiting just seen the OP 10 movie!)
Pyriss began to walk in town hearing commotion from the bar. She knew not to interfere with ridiculous shenanigans such as random bar fights. She looked behind her to see Rai behind her. Rai and Kaori both possessed similarities. Both of them consumed devil fruits and used melee weapons. Though Kaori is rather pessimistic and arrogant as compared to the friendly Rai. If Kaori was behind her he would have wondered a long time ago, he is rather rude, but he is a pirate after all. Rai a little different, he seemed more......well gentle.
Pyriss started a conversation with Rai," It seems new crew members come and go, first my captain mentioned a first mate who left, then another man left when I first joined this crew, lastly Kagirinai left out of nowhere, recently. Though since then there has been at least four more men and women who has joined the crew. The people who came after me was Heiki, Aya, and you, oh and little immelman. Anyways when did you learn how to cook? I wonder who cooks better you or Kagirinai,......oh yeah you have no idea who that was.....What do you think about,.......Heiki's cooking, is her cooking at least decent?"

| James reached the food store and walked right in. He headed to the counter where an older woman stood. She was busy with customers, so James had to wait a few minutes before he could approach her.
"I was told that you might be able to help me find someone," James said. He had decided before coming here to not beat around the bush.
"What do you mean?" the woman asked James, puzzled.
"I'm looking for some old guy," James explained. "He is apparently good at figuring out someone's skill level in fighting."
Something flashed through the woman's eyes as James said this, but it was gone in an instant. She called over one of her workers to take over for her and she took James into the back of her shop. "I know who you want," the woman said. "But I cannot help you find him."
James frowned. He hadn't been expecting something like this to happen. "Why not?" he asked.
"The man that you speak of does not want to be found," the woman explained. "I deliver his food to him personally because he wants as few people as possible to know where he is."
James nodded. "I can respect that," he said. "I just...need someone to help me." For a moment James was silent, but then he said, "I'm a pirate captain. I'm not afraid to tell you that. I want to cross over into the Grand Line, but I'm not sure if my crew is ready yet. I need to know for sure if we're ready."
The woman sighed. "I wish I could help you, yes I personally have nothing against pirates, but I cannot help you with this."
"Right..." James turned to leave. "I'll be going then." James headed back out into the main part of the shop.
For a moment, the woman just stood there, thinking. Then she headed over to a crate, which had a Den Den Mushi sitting on it. She picked up the receiver and made a call. After a moment, someone came on the other side.
The woman didn't waste anytime. "There was a man, a pirate, who came in asking about you," she said. She waited as the person on the other end spoke. "Yeah...I told him no...we'll just have to wait and see if he looks for you...right...I will...bye."
On the other side of the door that led into the back room, James crouched with his ear to the door. He smiled. So, they were waiting for him to look for the man. Well, he would do just that.
"Hey! What do you think you're doing?" a worker had spotted James by the door and was coming towards him quickly.
James jumped to his feet, thinking fast. "Did you know that this door isn't soundproof?" James said. "Anyone could listen to you while you were talking to your girlfriend on the phone!"
The worker blushed. "How did you know-"
"I can fix it though," James said. "All I need is to go pick up a few materials." He left the shop quickly. He still needed more information, but at least he knew that the man knew he was here so he would be wary of traps. Besides, James had a hunch that this was a test to see how far he would go to find this person.

| Rai was curious about the commotion when he heard it, he was thinking of checking it out but heard Pyriss begin to speak, Ahh good...she seems to want to have a conversation, if all members are like her i should be making friends in no time, he thought to himself as he heard her questions. "Oh right...my mother taught me how to cook..." He said smiling "...I learned quite a few ingredients and skills from her but i still crave for more." He was then asked to comment on Heiki's cooking, Rai wasn't one to say that someone was bad at something but when asked a question he would usually always aim to tell the truth as he did now, "Actually yes, it was decent...quite nice in fact." He said as he walked up beside her and turned to her to ask his own question to keep the conversation going. "So then this crew had been made quite a while ago right?" He asked referring back to the number of members currently in it and were in it before.

| Pyriss overheard the question of Rai. She was quite interested in the actual establishment of the crew. She did not know much of the crew before she arrived, only rumors and gossip. If the world would have became a threat to the World Government, the crew would benefit quite nicely on the infamy, Pyriss would not be the only one who was curious of the crew's conception.
Pyriss answered the question of Rai, delighted he asked it," Yes a question I still wonder as well, though yes this crew was created a while ago, to my records we have sailed to two three or was it four islands. Anyways, I still wondered how you managed to get into the sea with such a small and lowly technological ship without drowning. A spectacle that a navigator such as myself would never take."
Pyriss looked over to a flea market, she looked back at Rai asking," Shall we by supplies? It would be great if we bring some souvenirs from this island. Or food supplies for cooking."
She searched her pockets, grabbing loads of Beri. She counted the number of beri. " Yes, about 200,000 beri this will do quite nicely." Pyriss started to giggle.

| Rai listened closely has she spoke, Rai had realized that when he left his town he hadn't planned anything much, he just went out on a boat and let himself drift away. he had enough ingredients and tools to make something to eat anytime he wanted so food wasn't a main concern for him but when he heard her say that they should check for food supplies he got quite excited. Any chance that propped up to do with finding out new ingredients or getting new cooking equipment was seen as an unmissable opportunity in Rai's eyes.
He saw how much money she had on her and reached into his own pocket, he puled out about less than half of what Pyriss had which he had gotten from his parents before setting off. "I'll need to get some eggs, meat, veg and fruit too...you know, scurvy prevention and all that." He said smiling as he followed her into the flea market. |

| Pyriss smiled, walking around the flea market in agog. Interested in the most beautiful jewelry she had laid her eyes on. Everything, looked priceless from the crystal earrings to the............sea stone necklace. The necklace, sky blue, cultivated into the form of a tear, in the middle laid the yin and yang symbol, a beautiful necklace, fitting the fashion and tastes of Pyriss. Though, she put the necklace down, she realized Kaori and Rai, the man right behind her, would be effected by this necklace. Devil fruit users are weak to sea stone and sea water, imagine Kaori and Rai feeling weak as they sail the grand line, talking to Pyriss. Pyriss far from selfish looked disappointed but did not regret her decision. Though, she could use the necklace as a weapon, though it would backlash to the people she loved. Pyriss reactivated her attention on Rai.
She pointed towards the produce section," To the produce section I guess. We need to find fruits that were grown on this island, imports from other islands tend to be.....well unhealthy. Though you are the chef, we will buy what you want to buy." Pyriss walked towards the produce section, though she did not lose her attention on Rai, if Rai wanted to head for another section, then she would follow.

| Kaori looked at where the drinks would normally be served. No bartender. The guy the girl chased out was the bartender? This brought a new layer of hilarity to the whole scene. Kaori looked at the previously angry girl who was now smiling. "I have a devil's fruit." Kaori said plainly, continuing to look around the bar. Just cleaned of what had happened. Apparently the bartender was knocked out cold. Kaori walked to the bar counter and poured himself a drink. | |

| Kaori sighed. He didn't like strangers prodding him. "I make things immovable." He hoped that with a simple answer, she would leave him alone. He took a sip. | |

| James was once more in the streets wandering aimlessly. He had spoken to a few more people and had learned that they had seen Dee (That's the name of the woman who runs the food store) head off to the other side of the island, which is covered in trees. No one lived over there, or so people claimed, so they had no idea why Dee would go there. James stopped to think. It was obvious that the other side of the island had to be the place where this man lived, but it was a big island and James didn't want to have to search all over the place for him. Then an idea came to him. James smiled grimly as he ran off in search of Pyriss. | |

| Rai smiled as he walked to the produce section, he had also seen the sea stone jewelry before but just completely evaded it as they walked on. Rai looked around picking the best things he could think of and more ingredients he had never tried before, moments later he went off to the cashier and came back with two small plastic bags of different foods. "This should do nicely for now, i already have some more ingredients on my own in my rucksack too." He took her advice about picking only the fruits grown on the island. "So...you got your eyes on anything you might wish to buy?" He asked presuming she maybe wanted to check out some weapons or jewelry. |

| Pyriss responded sincerely," Uhhh....well yeah." She looked to a stand behind her. The selection was several knives. She waked to the stand, seeing the variety. The knives, made of different material, differed in size, and some looked heavier than the others. She picked up one in the corner of her eye, the blade was about seven inches long, it felt like it was made of nickel, she could not decipher it.
She looked back at Rai," Hey Rai come look at this knife it looks lethal."
The man looked down at her and started to talk, he appeared out of nowhere, probably ducking when Pyriss came to the stand,"You know lady, each of those knives are 1000 beri."

| ((Lol, secret text in white))
Rai walked up to where she was and looked down at the knives then up at the guy who had emerged from behind the stand. "1000 each huh?...Well they do look like they could cause quite a lot of damage, in the right hands that is." He turned to Pyriss to ask "Are you any good with knives?" He said jokingly as he picked up on of them to feel them as he flipped it over and over before placing it down, "Personally...i prefer my current ones...they are good for both cooking and self-defence" he said taking one of them out off his back and spinning it. |

| Pyriss smiled as she responded eagerly,"Actually yes I am quite well assessed with knives. I have used knives all my life.
She grabbed the knife in front of her with amazing swiftness. She stabbed the counter in a split second. The stand, made out of concrete, started to crack, until the stand submerged, split in half the other knives started to descend. Though in two mere seconds, Pyriss slid left, catching each knife, her hands looked like visible wind as each knife fell into her hand. In total there were about twenty knives, as she had two knives between each finger.
The man behind her sighed as he remarked,"You know you have to clean this up right."
Pyriss responded to the man, looking back at him,"You known I'm a pirate right?"
Suddenly, the man became enraged. He yanked a butcher knife out of his artillery from behind him, striking horizontally at the neck of Pyriss. Pyriss extended her left hand up, the knives rose the butcher knife up. the salesman realized his right hand was rising. As he reached for another knife, Pyriss slashed at his abdomen, ten knives in one hand gripped like a fist should have slashed the man, but the man possessed zero flesh wounds as he fell to the floor. Pyriss murmured," Shadow Paralysis" The man dropped the large butcher knife to the ground, his hands and the rest of his body, immobile.
Pyriss looked down and spoke to the paralyzed man," How rude! I was going to pay for these knives and everything." She dropped every knife in her left hand. Placing all the knives in her right in her pocket, sheathed with her clothing.

| "PYRISS!" James jogged up waving a hand to get her attention. He glance curiously at the destroyed stand and fallen owner, but didn't comment. "I've been looking all over for you," James said. "I have a question. Remember back on Camille Island when you located people from a distance? I was wondering, could you do that to detect a human, who you didn't know, if that human was the only person nearby?" | |

| She looked to James from her right. She grinned, the captain wanted to use her again. She closed her eyes concentrating on........ she opened her eyes, looking at James in confusion. Pyriss asked James a question" Wait! Who are you trying to find? .........Are you trying to find that old man you were talking about earlier? Why didn't you just ask me earlier? What a waste of time, really captain."
She closed her eyes once more, unable to detect him with all of the civilians around. Pyriss commented, remembering what James just said,"Oh yeah! Lead me in the direction to where the old man is."

| Rai saw what happened with the man, it seemed that Pyriss was quite skilled with knives, "That's peculiar." Rai said bending down for close examination of the man he thought Pyriss had just cut, he found no wounds but the man had fallen dropping his knife, "Hmm..." Rai picked up the Butches that was beside the man and flipped it over and over, his knives where much lighter than the man which was how Rai preferred it so he placed the Knife back by the man. Rai got up and turned to James who had come jogging up to them, Detection...cool Rai thought to himself. |

| James's right eye twitched slightly as Pyriss what a waste of time this had all been, but he kept a smile on his face. "For one thing, I didn't have a clue where this old guy was when we first got here and I doubt you could pick him out of all these people," James said, keeping his voice level. "For another thing, you didn't think of this either. Anyway, the old guy is supposedly on the other side of the island. There's some forest over there and no other humans live there except this old man." James looked thoughtful for a moment and then said, "Perhaps I should gather the crew first. It might be best to have everyone together before we enter a possibly dangerous situation. What do you guys think?" | |

| Pyriss responded to James suggestion,"Actually, I was focused on shopping, and sure we should get the others, everyone but Kaori is still on the ship. When I left I sensed his presence in some bar." She looked back to Rai," What do you think?" | |

| Rai looked back then towards James, "Um...i could go get them if you wish...it shouldn't take long for me." Rai had the added ability of increased speed gained from the Goro goro no mi fruit, he was much faster than any normal human. "I can let them know where we are and ask if they wish to join then return back here" Rai then raised his bag "Also if they are back at the ship it gives me a good reason to go back and put the groceries away." he said smiling. |
