Kesu Chapter 4: The mission continues.

The Soldier of Fortune was propelled by the turbines toward the island. The ship was almost there. The approach would be a slow drift for maybe five minutes before arriving at the docks. The Thespian saw this as the time to brief the crew and allow Kesu to discuss what would happen. He closed the window of his cabin and stepped onto the deck. He cleared his throat.

"We are after a locked box. The box itself is of no consequence, its contents are what matter. We will need to locate this box, steal it, open it, and then make of with the fruit. The stolen devil fruit is very valuable and if any of you try to steal it for your own fortune I will hunt you down; and there is a safe bet the rest of the crew would hunt you as well. Failure is not an option; treachery is not an option. The only choice you have is to follow orders. Am I clear?"

Devin smiled "expecting something are we sir?" he said laughing as they rushed closer to the strong hold when suddenly he jettisoned the metal on the ship in to a huge volly of iron porjectiles as the ship hit the beach running aground a bit

Menos smiled, they were in "those of you with soru come with me, we'll go after the fruit" he said disapearing with speed tward the stronghold

Alison and Defluo Ran after Menos, and caught up with him quickly. They ran through the tower with no trouble, moving so quickly that no one really saw them. In Just a Few Minutes they reached the top Floor. Defluo Turned Invisible and rounded the corner to take out the guards "Easy" he said Alison rounded the corner and saw Six men knocked out on the floor and defluo sitting in front of a big Door.

Menos was first inside and sorued to the other side of the gunman as they fired at alison he grabed ahold of the chest and lept out the window to return to the ship

meanwhile at the ship Devin was firing off all of the extra cannons to keep the advancing forces at bay

Alison Easily blocked the bullets with her fans and jumped out the window and she and Defluo Landed at the base of the tower.

Menos materilaized on deck "Ive got it now" he said holding up the box "at leist I think this is it, perhaps we should check..."

Devin fired the last of the canons "we've run aground captain! we cant leave"

Alison landed in an area swarming with pirates all of whom attacked in unison

"Damn it" She cussed to her self. Alison and Defluo started to Fight all the pirates off, but with every one they killed two more attacked in its place.

Staples looked at the pirates and shrugged. "...guess its time to start fighting." He moved his hand toward the wave of pirates and laughed. As he did so the gunpowder amassed, "....Give me a little bit of time!" He yelled, but it was drowned out by a gun blast.

The bullet missed Staples. At the same time the Thespian had shot the attacker and his arm jerked as a bullet knocked the man down. "Don't lose your will to fight!" The Thespian was not going to accept a loss at this moment. "Crew, we have nothing to fear! In fact, they are the ones who should be terrified!" As he yelled, he made it be so.

Ozzy walked through and he was hummig a musical tune walking past the confused pirates, he then lifted his sword and said "Tears of God......." The pirates all started bleeding from their chests as blood sprayed out of their wounds and fell down Ozzy then began running and cutting down all pirates in his path, he was running towards where Allison and Deflou was and then dashed past them, protecting thm again with Tears of God tune. "Ill cover you...."

Menos apealed to Devin now "I think I hear some ticking in this box... you dont think one of those pirates we passed tiped them off did you?" Devin leaned in to head Meno's unseen finger taping on the metal of the box, this sounded enugh like ticking. "well lets have a look" said Devin holding his finger to the keyhole creating a metal key which broke off just as it touched the seastone where upon Menos turned the lock and opend it. Meno's eyes widend then narrowed "thank you Devin" he said tossing the box in to the sea fruit in hand "Ive finaly got the Kyomei Kyomei no mi in my hands" he said taking a bite and swallowing. "Ive had my eye on this for years" he said as a powerfull pressure and slight rining sound could be felt on the ship.

The others could hear Devin now "WHAT THE HELL MENOS!"he cried covering himself in steel armor and charging at him "so very rash" Menos said softly placing a hand on Devin as he ran closer "did you forget that I had just eaten a devil fruit?" he said as Devin's armor shattered "beating you now is as simple as claping my hands" he said simply brining his other hand forward sothat both were on Devins chest as he got over the shock "Roukuougan... automatic" he said forcing a massive shockwave though Devins body breaking a good number of bones and forcing the whole body through a large amount of pressure as he fell off the ship twelve yards away on to the sand, half dead.

"thank you all, youve been so helpfull" he said with a smile as all eyes fell on him

Alison Spun around to see Menos betray Devin "NO" She shrieked "Tempest Pulse!" and The blue light shot out ward and killed most of the pirates surrounding her and she soured to Devin's side and kneeled next to him, she felt his pulse, he was alive, but only just. she looked up at Menos, with hate in her eyes.

Ozzy turned around and saw Devin get beaten, his face now with rage "YOU DAMN BASTARD!!!" but Ozzy was blocked by the pirates.Ozzy began his attack, He starts singing a strange fast tune, about king arthur and knights, and all of a sudden a sort of illusion of 6 white knights standing over him, as he charges foward, he lets out a barrage of slices and aims to strike the opponent 6 times across at vital points of the opponents body , this slices are the strongest slices he has, and the illusions look like they are attacking all the pirates around him directly. Ozzy came out, but there were more pirates, the ones behind him fell. Ozzy glared "GET OUT OF MY WAY!!!!! I NEED TO KILL THAT GUY!!!: He was fighting off the pirates.

Menos took a few steps forward "you fufilled your roles beautifully, all of you I really must say..." he looked at Rebeca "but it is a pitty that Ive got to do this, you see I planed on begging forgiveness and never apearing before you again, but with thespian's promise it seems I cant leave you loose ends untied..." he lowered a hand at the deck "Quash" the deck and hull of the ship were suddenly forced open, the boards were damaged at the ends and fell apart a bit, if they werent run aground they would have sank, this ship wouldent sail again the way it was now "so I took the liberty of calling in the Navy, you see theve been wanting to destroy this island for a long time now, and since their defenses are lowered and no one but dangerious criminals areleft here, the end result will not change weather I kill you personaly or not, are crippled here and the navy is coming with weapons far greater than what you have here, your first mate is down for the count, your out numbred by two armies and you cannot run, so if you wish to kling to your silly little anger now would be a good time to try" he said steping off the ship as the hull cracked "you wont get another chance"

Ozzy sliced down more pirates, they seem to be ganging up on him "Damn it all, if only i could get rid of these tossers!!!You just wait there you coward!! Ill kill you!!!" Ozzy moved with rhythm and style, slicing down all the pirates one by one, but he was doing this violently, his face filled with rage and hatred for Menos, he was concerned about Devins safety, and wondered where thespian was in all this.

((OK no one do any thing untill Major comes back, he has to attack first))

M-menos...?! Why....? Becky had her head down, staring at her feet in disbelief. So he was nothing but a turncoat? A back-stabber? He was only in it for himself? Tears started to form. "Is this.....?" she started to grow angry "....IS THIS WHAT THE WORLD IS ABOUT!?" Maybe I should've stayed home. None of this would've happened. No....I'm stronger now. I can survive. I can....I can get over this. But if I just stay here and cry....I'll die! She geppou'd off of the ship onto dry land. Devin! She quick soru'd over to Devin's side, but she had no idea how to wake him up. Aw damn it.

The Thespian recognized what would happen if they stayed there. "Everyone! Flee now! Go and don't look back!" He shouted angrily. He drew his knife and continued. "You still have a chance it. Escape!" The Thespian looked toward Menos and used his devil fruit, making Klarius hate Thespian. "I suppose if they try to flee you'll kill them. I won't let you." The Thespian soru'd towards Menos and swung his knife from his right hand. The horizontal chop was aimed at his neck.

Menos sighed "I have no time for you, and less mercy... three hundred sixty degree king pistol!" vearing away from the knife Menos sorued in a circle around Thespian unleashing a rappid sucession of Rokuougan shockwaves at point blank attacking with such power from all sides.

Thespian dashed out of the way using soru. "Very good... But I'm afraid you should use something a little less showy." The Thespian had no technique to attack with, but could stall for long enough. Staples grabbed Devin and ran off, giving a hand sign for the crew to follow. The Thespian nodded to him, and drew his rifle. He hadn't fired yet, he needed a way to predict Menos' movements.

Menos was still rather close to him "disperse" he said emiting a destructive wave attacking all around him in a radious which Thespian incombased tearing though the ground and forcing out debres

Alison ran up to staples and Made a Mirror about the size of Devin's body "Here, put him on this, we cant afford to break any more bones" she said then Staples helped her put Devin on the Mirror like stretcher "We Need to Steal a ship!" she said

Hyu was upset. Dipshit betrayed them all. For what? A power that's more of a liability than a upgrade. With a combination of Soru and Geppou, Hyu was behind the semi-distracted Menos. Without a word, Hyu threw five seastone kunai at his head, neck, shoulder, back, and side.

Ozzy ran the other way again humming and slicing down the pirates in his way he then saw a ship and jumped on board at the other side, there were pirates on board, and he began using his tears of god attack again, he then shouted to Allison "WILL THIS SHIP DO?!!!!" It was a galleon.

The Thespian hadn't a chance to dodge the attack of his opponent. He was victim to the blunt of the blast.

Clay Crawler had a boat, and was in the harbor preparing to shove off before anything had escalated. He was worried that he wouldn't make it, but only barely. Staples saw the man and pointed to him. "....Maybe we can 'borrow' his ship?" It was a bit of a demand, and not really a suggestion as he moved toward Clay's location.

Ozzy was fighting off the pirates and then suddenly saw Staples run towards some other ship "Oh ok, fine" He then slid and jumped off the ship on t the ground catching up with Staples "SHOULDNT WE GO BACK FOR THESPIAN!!??"
