Dead End Race/Competition (open to all crews and loners)

Mist stood in his human form, turning the ships sails into the fast moving current. It propelled their ship forward, giving them some good speed, and allowing them to catch up.
He decided they were smooth sailing, and reverted back to his lizard form, climbing up to the top of the mast. Once he reached the crow's nest, placed at the top of the mast, he scanned around for any enemy ships.

Shaunic moved the ship to the current so the can get extra speed Not knowing theres a HUGE fish slepping in th current.
"Were going to win." mumbled Shaunic.

Mist looked around, wondering why this thread was so inactive. He knew it was a dead end race, but why so literally DEAD? He wished people would hurry up and post. As him and Shaunic neared the current, their boat was propelled forward, launching them towards the other boats. As they moved, Mist noticed something something peculiar. A large shadow was following the boat.
The shadow was big, and with swaying like a fish would swim. Suddenly, there was a large splash of water, and a huge sea king leaped from the ocean. It looked ticked off, and it was aimed for their boat. It had large fangs, hanging irregularly from it's face. Mist was shocked, as it was gaining on them.

:What a great day to win a race." Said Shaunic, not knowing they were in danger

"Shaunic!! Get the hell over here!!" Mist yelled, quickly changing into his human form. He didn't want to risk jumping towards the beast to attack, because he would likely fall in and drown. His only ranged attack was the rankyakyu, so he'd have to make due with that. He changed back to chameleon, and started whipping his tail upwards, sending series of flying air blades at his foe.

"Okay" Said Shaunic Running over. "Wh Wha Wha What the heck is that."

"I don't know!" Mist shouted back. He continued rankyakyu, feeling pretty helpless. He specialized in close combat, not off the side of a ship, shooting at things in the water. The beast snarled it's teeth, shrugging off the air blades that the chameleon was shooting. It leapt from the water towards their boat, taking a large clamping bite at Mist's head.
He quickly used Tekkai, almost completely blocking the attack. Unfortunately, the sea king's attack was too powerful, knocking Mist forward and creating a large wound on his head, and an instant headache. Mist looked at Dim, his fly with the dimensional pocket, and threw it into the air, summoning all of his underlings.
What emerged from the fly were 5 figures. There were 4 more flies, and a large bison. The bison landed on the water, freezing it as it touched it. It could do that, because of IQ. The 5 flies charged towards the sea king, all positioned to attack.

Shaunic jumped into the air to help. He was about to use a attack he never done before. "Saru Saru......" Shaunic said.
"Champion punch." he hit the Fish to push it back some. then Shaunic started to fall to the ice. "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee." Shaunic screamed.

Housen, the large wood bison, rushed towards the falling Shaunic, catching him on his back. He let Shaunic down easily onto the ice, as it was stable enough to handle the weight of someone. As long as there were no large impacts on the ice, the ice should remain stable.
The four flies spiraled towards the sea king, ready to attack. Solo, the first one, served as a distraction as usual. It landed on the beast's back, and buzzed around it's ears, trying to get it angry. It had no risk, because it couldn't die. Next came Firefly, who could literally produce fire. He flew into the beast's mouth, producing flames around it's gums, and burning it's insides. There was no law against fighting dirty.
Meanwhile, the two more powerful insects used a full on assault. Envy, the mosquito with razor wings, charged at the beast, submitting powerful slashes at it. This proved infective, so it stuck it's sucker into the beast's flesh, as it's second ability was draining power.
The bee, who has eaten the horo horo, shoved it's stinger into the sea king, inserting all sorts of random hormones. By this time, the beast was getting pretty pissed off. Constant buzzing in it's ears, burnt gums, power being drained, and injected with all sorts of nasty stuff. It started to spaz out and contort it's body in random ways.

Shaunic jumped on the ship to see how hurt mist is.
"You okay?" Shaunic asked. "I mean enough to fight?"
Shaunic stared at the battel. "Can thos animals handle that fish because I can use my
Super kick." Shaunic said

Mist responded to Shaunic's question, "Yeah.. I'm fine... And yeah, they can probably hold the fish off for a while.. I've trained them well... What the heck is a super kick?"

He turned into his human form, running towards the beast. It was contorting in pain, not even focused on Mist. Mist could land on the surface of the water, because it was frozen clean over by Housen. He launched a powerfull punch into the beast's lower part, probably it's stomach. This was the final straw, and the beast got red with anger. It's face literally turned bright red, and steam emerged from it's body. The ice around it melted, and it pounced towards Mist and Shaunic.

Saru saru champion kick that's the super kick" Shaunic explaind.
"Like I'm about to do to the fish don't worry I won't die." Shaunic hastied. "Problobly"
Then once again Shaunic jumped of the monkey wrench.

As the beast neared, Mist and Shaunic both used one of their most powerful attacks. Shaunic ((I'll assume)) used super kick, and Mist send the biggest rankyakyu he could manage flying at the beast. The attacks hit it, sending it flying back into the water, full of bruises and cuts. Mist's flies returned to him, seemingly happy for their victory. The sea king probably wasn't dead, but it had submitted defeat, and knew it couldn't win.
"yeah!!" Mist yelled, "You'd better run, dam fish!"

"Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo dont run, come back." Yelled Shaunic,falling. Just then he saw a ledge. so he grabbed it. "Littel help here." Said shaunic hoping Mist heard him.

Jean soon was manning his own cannon and still cackling away like the mad-man he was. With a broad grin, he caught sight of an enemy ship. If memory served him correctly it belonged to a pirate named Shaunic. Wrenching the cannon towards his opponents ship, he fired and waited with great anticipation for the cannonball to hit.

"Awww man we just finished two fights without a rest." Said Shaunic while Mist
Pulls him up. "Mist take care of the canon." Said Shaunic jumping on the enemys

Ziv didn't move, just stood there and watched the newcomer jump on their ship...
She wasn't going to try and fight him, no. She wasn't even going to make him notice her. At some point, she'd sneak somewhere more safe.
Right now, though, she was curious. She had never seen a fight between pirate captains before.

"Cant we wait for this fight?" Asked Shaunic. "Its yes or no. Anything is good well not the no. But if you want fight i will let you take the first punch." Said Shaunic clenching his fists.

Jean's lips pulled back into a wide, feral grin at Shaunic's question. Slowly he circled him like a hungry wolf, looking over it's prey before going in for the kill. Really he could have let him go for the moment and he really could have taken him down much later in the competition. Yes there were those options, but Ziv had seemed to take a slight interest in what this might turn into. Now how could he let the poor girl down.

"I'm afraid that the answer is in fact no." he said before bowing his head graciously, "You are indeed a better man than I for allowing me to do so." With a slight twitch of his head, Shira seemingly appeared from out of nowhere with Jean's black and white striped staff and handed it off to him before she disappeared into the rigging to watch more of the race unfold.

"Thank you dear." he said absently, brandishing the staff as his weapon. In a blur of black and white, he rushed Shaunic and brought the butt of the staff speeding towards his midsection.

Shaunic sidestep out of the way to doge the attack. Then turned into a monkey Hybrid. "Saru Saru strike." Said Shaunic punching at the enemy.
