Appearance: Lizyette is very tall, about 9 feet 3 inches, but also slim. She is pitch black in color and quite thin, all qualities of an eel. She doesn't look very muscular, but her frame holds a surprising amount of power. Her limbs are quite long and double jointed, as well as being able to contort and bend on many places, her frame being much less rigid than with humans. She wears sandals and a blue vest, along with red shorts. She wears a conical straw hat.
History: Lizyette comes from the bottom of the grand line, where she was raised by her parents. The area was quite dangerous, and despite her parent's best efforts to shelter her, Lizyette came to learn how to fight at a young age. She found it exciting, and often sneaked off from home for that purpose. She was lucky not to face any sea kings, though she did overpower many a shark.
After she had matured, she left home, and sought land. She became a pirate for a while, but didn't really rack up a bounty, or like the job. She liked fighting, but not what usually came with piracy. She didn't want to oppose the world government, but she didn't want to be chained by authority as a marine. So she took a third option. Being a bounty hunter.
She made quite a name for herself solo, and got her blade made by a famous blacksmith, who imbued it with the Ha Ha No Mi. She continued taking down pirates, though she wished for a group to travel with, since she was often lonely in her line of work.
Personality: Lizyette is cunning, but also somewhat childish. She likes fighting and company. She has a moral fiber, and she doesn't like piracy simply because it tends to hurt innocent people. She is aware of marine atrocities and is even somewhat scared of the government. That doesn't mean she likes it however, and bounty hunting generally means she can oppose the pirates, but doesn't need to be shackled by an often tyrannical and corrupt government. She doesn't think the fight between pirates, revolutionaries and the government is really her business, but revolutionaries appeal to her the most. However, she is content as a bounty hunter.

Eel Electricity
Lizyette can generate electricity, because eel. This isn't generally fatal, but can be used to give power to attacks. Generally, Lizyette electrifies metal balls before throwing them. In addition, Lizyette is immune to electric attacks, and can infact just use the electricity for her own attacks. Lizyette can't really power up her electricity attacks by charging up for a long time, since her mechanism for generating electricity just isn't that powerful.
Eel flexibility
Lizyette's limbs are double jointed and she can bend at almost any point. This gives her flexibility unmatched by humans. In addition, she can whip limbs around and create much more momentum than normal, becoming stronger in battle due to this ability.
Fighting Skills
Lizyette is quite good fighter. She is great with a sword and adept at using her natural talents to empower her fighting skills. She is good at hand to hand combat as well, but her expertise lies with swordfighting. She also sports a mean throwing arm and is quite accurate.
Superhuman Strength
While she doesn't look it, Lizyette is superhumanly strong and while some of this is thanks to her species, she has also trained extensively to achieve this level of strength.
