Marine Fleet Admiral and the Admirals

In essence, our idea is that it's a naval battle instead. Three of your frigates face a Ship of the Line commanded by my admiral applicant. It would happen so that your revo is moving with the ships for a conquest, but gets cut off by Ran.

i have decided to make Frogs character a admiral because the people who were supposed to do that arc with him bailed and left me and him to rot.... quite frankly frog is one of our longest serving people and his character is made really well, therefore i have no problem in making this character our second admiral, if there are objections speak or forever hold your peace.

I have a question about fleet admiral. besides the golden mushi what powers comes with being fleet admiral? Also does the fleet admiral have to stay at marineford or can they go out to battle during war?

Fleet Admiral would have the ability to command the navy and also the three admirals. Fleet Admiral could move around if they wish, but they usually dont.
